I had a headlight out and this young man that works at AutoZone on Hewitt Drive. His name is Randy. He helped me and he help me put the headlights in and everything. He was so nice thank you Randy. He deserves a raise.

Randy provided outstanding customer service today to help me with a few issues. He cleaned the battery for me and checked it twice for reassurance that the battery was in working order. He also noticed my antifreeze was low, so he helped find the correct antifreeze and filled it for me. He also gave me a few pointers on other minor issues he noticed that needed to he addressed at some point in the future. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention to detail he provided. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and completely went above and beyond to help me today. I highly recommend this Auto Zone and their staff, and will definitely return for any car needs in the future!

I m giving 5 start only because Tyler C. was so nice, helpful and was able to help a pregnant lady with the battery issues. But the manager need to change he attitude and improve he customer service.

The service here is fantastic. I've been several times and they've always been knowledgeable about my car problem. Randy even recommended some courses of action and fixed some things on my car for free that saved me a ton of time. Great store!

We were in a pinch when our windshield wiper blade broke off of the hinge. The amazing associate helped us find and install the perfectly matching blade on the driver's side. 100% worth the stop, he was a total lifesaver.

To have the clerks say that corporate says they have something just to get me in there is absurd. To not have simple washer sets for differential plugs and not to be able to order them or the vehicle manual is also absurd. I will not waste my time here ever again. I got everything on Amazon for $48.75 less than here anyways and it's delivered.

Randy helped me out so much!!! I had no idea what I was doing but this man knows everything about cars, he even helped me install my bulbs and windshield wipers! 10/10 love this man!!!!

I came in to purchase a headlight for my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee Randy & his manager Stephanie were very helpful & were able to find one for me at the S Valley mills location! I was able to pay here and pick up at the s valley mills location!! Thank you for your great customer service!

I visited this location for a high beam bulb and was told it was 104$ then proceeded to tell me Amazon would be cheaper so I went to O reillys and they found what I was looking for as soon as I stated what I wanted it wasn t 104$

On January 31st I went into this location to exchange a bulb for my headlight for the correct one because the day before I had went in to purchase one and they gave me the wrong one. Upon having to pay more for the new one, I went out to my car, popped the hood, and attempted to change it myself. Having only done this one other time before, I removed the coolant container to get better access to my low beam headlight and I replaced the bulb. However, after multiple attempts, for some reason, it still wasn t switching on. Having done all of the work I could, I went inside to ask the worker who helped me get the right part if he could take a look at it to make sure that it was on right. He came outside, peeked his head under my hood and said yeah that looks right to me, nothing more I can do for you. There might be a problem with your wiring or maybe a fuse. I proceeded to tell him, that doesn t really make sense to me because the bulb that I replaced is burned and I haven t had an issue with wiring before so I think either the bulb isn t working or it s just not on right and I showed him the old bulb. He took one look at it and said I can t help you, sorry . So, trusting that he knew what he was talking about I had to make an appointment with my car dealership in order to see what the issue was. After I left my car with them they called me to let me know that the bulb simply wasn t attached to the connector properly so there was just no power running through the bulb. All in all, I had to spend an extra $40 at the car dealership for them to attach the bulb properly because the worker at autozone couldn t take 5 minutes of his time to reach in and make sure it was connected correctly. Never shopping here ever again. Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. I would assume since I had already removed everything and made it easily accessible they would have at least been a little more helpful.

A BIG THANK YOU to the honest gentleman (Roger?) who charged my mom's car battery for her rather than selling her a new battery! God bless you! Too many people and businesses take advantage of the elderly. So please give your support and purchase dollars to this honest and helpful AutoZone!!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! About a week ago I needed to replace my battery as my vehicle was totally dead until I jumped it with our second vehicle. i didn't make it to the Hewitt store until about 8:50pm right before closing time. They checked my battery and though it tested good, I decided to replace it anyway since this was the 3rd time in a few weeks that the vehicle would not start. I was discussing how to get the battery installed and eventhough it was now already 9pm and closing time, Zach (Zack) spoke right up and said "Ill install it for you right now" and he did. The vehicle has run great since and it was such a blessing to have the vehicle ready to go that night and prepped for the family the next morning.Good customer service seems pretty scarce these days. When you encounter GREAT customer service, you can't let it go unnoticed. Both the guy that checked me out (can't remember his name) and Zach were so professional and helpful, and I really appreciate the much needed help with installing the battery.Thanks so much.
