Great place to purchase a vehicle. I bought the pickup sight unseen, it was exactly what they said it was. Clint did a great job getting me everything I need to make this a perfect sale. When I go to trade it will be 1,200 miles away in Hereford, TX again with the team at Whiteface Ford

Vehicle purchase was simple and straight forward. Whiteface Customs also had the Pronghorn bed we wanted which made it a one stop shop . Clint was our salesman who arranged all the details flawlessly, saw the truck was serviced for us and even delivered the truck once it was completed at the custom shop. Overall, a very good experience!

Everyone at Whiteface Ford (service dept) was fantastic. I called needing some serious work to my truck. They came and picked it up (1hr & a half away) and I had a diagnosis the next day. Ashley, Kerry, Juan and Randy were all very helpful and polite. In my experience, the staff at Whiteface Ford all have a Servant's heart. Jeremy made my buying process easy and fantastic between him and Mike I was approved a day before I even got to the dealership and was able to walk in get my paper work and leave with my new vehicle in a fast efficient manner. Even when discussing something I felt something was wrong with the truck these two guys figured it out and fixed it up super quick! Great family they have at this place if I ever look for another truck again I ll be going back here!

I had a great experience with Dale while buying my 2023 F350. Even with the shortage of trucks they are one of the few that accept X plan and gave me top dollar on my trade. Very few dealers like that these days. Also, finance was quick and painless. No pressure or any extra dealer add on fees .

Top notch customer care. Huge thanks to Kerri, Gabriel, Eddie, and Cody. I travel all across the U.S. for work and have been to countless Ford dealerships for schedule maintenance and more. Hands down, the best experience yet. Kerri got me right in for diagnosis (blown turbocharger), Gabriel was a true competent professional, and Eddie provided a safe and comfortable ride to and from the dealership (60mi round trip).On the 4th of July, I was traveling east on I-40 when (what ended up being) my turbocharger failed on my 2017 F350 while hauling my 42ft 5th Wheel, heading to Michigan. On the 5th, Cody promptly returned my call and graciously offered to take a look.Gabriel got busy right away. After diagnosis, Kerri was able to confirm all the parts in stock to fix everything. I opted to get oil, fuel filter, and transmission filter change as well as a new turbocharger.Kerri kept me informed of the progress, and by 4pm the next day, I was picked up 30 miles away and the job was complete.I paid the tab and was on my way.Now THAT is service.Many thanks to the entire team. You really went above and beyond.I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Recently bought a used 2019 Ford explorer with a little over 87000 miles on it. Maybe it was just my expectation or assumption that they at least gave it a fresh oil change and did a thorough inspection. But when I got it home I noticed that it only had 20 percent oil life left and the oil was very dark. The other fluids were low. 3 days after I got it I started hearing a noise when I slowed down. Found out the back brake pads were bad and had to get then and 1 brake router replaced. Love the vehicle but already spent $300 dollars on it past 2 weeks.

I had a great experience with Whiteface Ford in Hereford. Heath was so helpful, knowledge and very friendly. He had the car ready to go and parked right up front by the time we showed up for our appointment. He was able to get us the car we wanted in our budget range. Joe in finance was icing on the cake of buying the car we wanted. He explained everything in understandable terms and got us through the financial part very quickly. I'd definitely recommend Whiteface Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car. Car buying is never painless, but they made it as painless as I've ever experienced in my years of car buying. They will be our first stop for any of my future car buying.

Awesome service! Came and picked up my new Bronco and performed the recall. This was a great benefit because we live 25 miles from the dealership and it is hard to find time to take care of our vehicles. Whiteface will be our only dealership forever!

I live in Amarillo. Gene Messer Ford, where I bought my car, expected me to leave my car with them for a minimum of 3-4 weeks before they would even look at my car for warranty service! I won t buy from them again!Tri-State Ford, where I bought car after car for over thirty years promptly looked at and diagnosed the car for warranty repair. Neither Amarillo dealer has a body shop, so my warranty door repair needed to be contracted out. Tri-State never got me scheduled in over two months, despite my weekly calls to them where I begged for just an appointment to be set!I drove to Whiteface Ford in Hereford on advice from a call I made to Ford Corporate Customer Service.From the moment I stepped into Whiteface I got top notch service!!! They went above and beyond helping me get the car inspected and diagnosed by picking it up from my home in Amarillo, then dropping it back off at my home! That was exceptional! Then they topped that by again picking it up from my home to begin repairs in their body shop! About two days later they put the cherry on top of the exceptional service experience by dropping off the perfectly repaired car off at my Amarillo home! All of this was done for $0 out of pocket cost as a warranty repair!! Since I only own one car, this saved me hundreds of dollars in car rental fees!!!I will be buying my next Ford from Whiteface Ford!!!This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had!! Since I m seventy, that s saying something BIG!!!

Drove all the way from Dallas just so I could deal with a competent fair dealership. I ordered and purchased a 22 f250 after the last dealership butchered my order. Everything was exactly to spec, I also had them add a retrax bed cover, spray in bedliner and b&w turn over ball which they did all to perfection!They offered me the best all around deal I could find and believe me I tried just about every dealership in Texas. Payton was my salesman and Brady was my finance guy, they offered me extra warranty and insurance which I declined but unlike other experiences they did not try to keep pushing them, they just simply informed me of the risk, which was great!Jon is the owner and he is in there answering phones and whatever else he can to help out but will drop whatever he s doing to come fix a problem. All that to say he runs a great business and I d recommend it to anyone.

Amazing service! My truck was fixed within two days. This is with the Amarillo dealerships telling me it would have to sit there for two weeks before they even looked at it! Everyone was courteous and friendly. Definitely will be returning to Whiteface Ford if I need anything else!

EDIT: Jon Galland personally called me within minutes of knowing about situation. Whiteface reimbursed me for initial repair cost for clunk sound, tow, and new repair cost to replace bolt.Dropped off 10/04/2023. Picked up 10/06/2023. Broke down 10/08/2023. Paid nearly $1,200. I brought my f150 in to fix multiple issues. The main being a clunking sound from front passenger side. The other issues were miner, but we re fixed. They insisted during the whole process they would test drive the pickup with me after, which never happened. The sound continued until 2 days later, when the lower brake caliper bracket bolt came out while driving. Had to get my pickup towed from a dirt road, and picked up. When I finally got ahold of them about the situation they said they told me to bring it back in if you hear the sound. Correct me if I m wrong but that s the reason for a test drive I was sold on in initial repair interview.

I would really like to thank the Whiteface Ford Service Team Randal, Juan, and Cody for assisting my company in repairing my vehicle. Randal took our vehicle in with out hesitation and had a tech check the codes. Not only did the tech do this quick, they went above and beyond and checked every detail and they were able to ease the stress of the problems we were having and we were finally able to get the truck diagnosed. Juan also kept us updated on the work and Cody was able to give us an amazing eta of vehicle parts orders and completion. I would also like to thank their cashier Susan for being so kind and professional. All in all I have to say we are extremally satisfied and we will always recommend this Ford Dealership. We cant think of a better team.

Whiteface Ford was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle and the needs to get the problem fixed efficiently. The concern was found right away, parts were ordered and the problem was resolved. More work needed to be done and it was done in a timely manner. My car was picked up and dropped off at my house from beginning to end. Great service from the phone calls to the in-person service!
