We've been a distributor for Pierce dump kits going on four years now and we couldn't be happier with their service. These guys are really down to earth and care about their distributors. I watched a pickup bed loaded with lightweight compost twist off the truck frame after the dump was raised up.It was a mess to unload and make the truck safe to drive home.I would think twice about their poor engineering and design.

Great product, easy to follow instructions, Dylan was very help full with tech information when deciding which hoist to use. Now that I have it installed it works great and operates smooth every time.

Two things to say: Value, customer service! I just bought a dump hoist kit for a flatbed truck and as to expected, I had difficulty with the complex installation. I called several times for advice and help, sometimes after hours, and it must have forwarded to a cell phone because I got answers each time! Thanks to that help, my truck is now a dump truck with chipper box that can dump about 8,000 lbs of cargo!Try and beat that when you order from China.

Some of the best people you could ask for. Dylan answered the call when I had a problem with my winch. He offered to help and correct the problem with nothing but respect and courtesy. Curtis, the guy who actually did the work on my winch was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained a few things that I was trying to figure out. Even the ladies that take your money are super nice!! I have the Pierce 9K winch and I love it! Will never buy another brand.

Just purchased a new Kaufman trailer with the 6000 LB winch. The winch is strong and appears to be manufactured with good quality. Functioned as designed. Thus far I am extremely impressed with my purchase.
