Great service from the team there at HE Powersports. Very complete with the explanations of the unit and its potential. It was a gift (4 wheeler) for my grandchildren and just wanted to make sure it could grow with them as they grow. Very fair price based on competitive models. Highly recommend HE Powersports.

I purchased a used motorcycle from these guys in Henrietta. From my first contact with Tim Richardson and then working with Gary Haynes (and Chuck was a great help also!), I always felt like I was being given full transparency, courteous interactions, and a willingness to make the process easy for me. They accommodated all of my requests prior to the sale and within 48 hours of my first contact in person with them, I was trailering my bike back 250 miles home.My experience was extremely positive and will certainly look here first for any future purchases!!!

I have been to the shop on several occasions and each time I tell them the 3rd brake light is out. This light has been out since shortly after I purchased by new vehicle. I have asked for the part to be ordered several times and told on each visit we will call you when the part comes in. I have owned the since 2022 and the alert light on the dash is still on and the part never comes in. I never receive a call to come in to fix the light. If there was another shop that covered my warranty and was within a two hour drive I would never use my local agency of Herb Easley.

I've bought a few UTV's over the years and every place I have been have had the "ONE AND DONE" mentality. That is not the case here, they are in for your next purchase and every oil change and every question you might have between. Coming from the sales industry myself, this dealership is everything we strived to be at our location. Not only are they very knowledgeable they are great people.

Checking in I believe mans name was Coby was super helpful and informative. Replacement parts had to be ordered so took longer than expected to get car back in but service knocked it out quickly. Picked up on weekend so some weren't there and billing was incorrect but immediately was fixed. All around good experience

Extremely happy with the service all around! We had the opportunity to work with Allen on purchasing our new 2024 Defender XT HD9! Allen was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with! Never felt pressured into buying anything, he made everything accommodating to our needs and had us out on the road fully gas and trailer to go in no time it seemed! I'd definitely recommend HE Powersports and Allen to work with! I promise you'll be happy with the decision! We'll be back for another & will make sure our friends shop with them also! Well worth the hour drive further North. Message Chuck on Sunday, talked to him on Monday and picked up a new 2024 HD9 XT at lunch on Wednesday. Much better deal than ANY place in DFW! Laid back, super friendly, zero pressure and sold me exactly what I ask for.. Pretty much had the entire deal done over the phone before I showed up!

Booked Oil change for 18 Sept, dropped it off at 0900.Also asked for them to look at 2 other issues.- When backing up, pressing on the breaks the car makes a noise- When turning right slowly there is a noise/vibration in the front end of the car.Was told that the shop was really busy, but they would try to get my car looked at.At 4:40pm Koby called and said that my oil change was completed, but that the shop was unable to look at rest of my vehicle. He asked if I could leave it over night, but that there was no guarantee that it would be looked at the following day. I left my vehicle overnight and was told that Koby would call the next day.19 Sept at 4:11pm, Koby called and said that they spent all day looking at the noises in the rear of my vehicle. It was determined that it was a bad caliper pin. I was told that it is recommended that they are oiled and since HE couldn t pull any of the history for maintenance on my vehicle, it would cost over $1500 to have it fixed. I told him that didn t seem accurate, I have maintained my vehicle. He told me that Fidelity declined to cover the issue.May 16, 2023, I took my vehicle in for my front and rear brakes to be replaced.I asked Koby if it was not part of the inspection check when brakes are replaced to ensure everything else is that area is good to go.He started talking to me like I was ignorant and that because of my negligence, that it would don t be covered under warranty (extended warranty through Fidelity). At that point, I told him that he can stop talking to me like I am an ignorant female and that I am aware that VW (along with all other places) still does a point inspection at each service. I asked him if that was part of it and he wouldn t answer me.At 4:43, he called me back saying that it wasn t covered and there was nothing else I could do. So a friend drove my son and I up to VW so that I could figure out what was going on with my vehicle and see if I could get more information.Koby told me that he is unable to pull any of the maintenance prior to me coming to HE in 2022 for my vehicle and that they are unable to determine if I have performed the correct services on my vehicle.I gave him the phone number for both Lokey VW service manager and Kuhn VW manager located in Clearwater/Tampa, Florida. He could call both of those people to validate service history as I have only used the two of those dealerships for service on my vehicle. He informed me that he would talk to management and see if they could resubmit the claim or cover it in good faith since I have been loyal to VW and had issues with a pervious Atlas in the past.There was no follow up call on the 20th.I called at 2:48pm on the 21st to check on the status of my claim or steps to move forward. Koby told me that it was just easier for management to do a good faith repair on my vehicle instead of trying to go through Fidelity again and risk there being someone to come do an audit.On Sept 22nd, at 10:14am Koby called me back and said that everything was good to go and that the part was being ordered. On October 4th, I called to check on the status of the parts and Koby called me back at 10:06am and said that they were having issues getting the part in, but he would call me when it came in.On Oct 18th, I called to the parts department directly and asked for the status. I provided my VIN number and was told that nothing was ordered in the past 30 days and it was a $20 part.He asked me if my service advisor had informed me that it was ordered and I told him that I was. He got quiet and then asked me if I wanted to order it. Since I am not 100% sure what all needs to be repaired, I told him no and I would follow up with the dealership.

After finally deciding to move up from our golf cart we shopped for a new ride. Gary and Dayton went way above and beyond to make our desires a reality!! Honest, straightforward guys! Very friendly staff, but still need to work on relaying to the customer how long the requested service apt. will take. I was there for 90 min for an oil change. (On my lunch break) Had I known ahead of time, I would have scheduled a ride back to work & picked it up later rather than wait on it. Communication is important. I totally get that things happen, staff is short some days, the car before mine is taking longer, ect. -what ever the case may be, but let the customer know.

I always get friendly and thorough service. The shuttle is very helpful, as well, so you can go to lunch or shop while your car is being serviced.

I loved working with this team. I originally bought my Spyder from them and just recently wanted to upgrade my stereo and added color lights underneath and LOVE them!! Roger was amazing and communicated with me every step of the way!I highly recommend them!

I was promptly greeted and my car was serviced in a timely manner. It took a couple of hours but I feel that considering the amount of vehicles being serviced, my vehicle was taken care of with just as much care as the next person s. The service consultant was very patient with my questions and very helpful. He explained the issues clearly and was very polite. I checked out without any issues and my car was brought to me without any issues.

We have had issues with the Bluetooth and XM connection for the last year on our new R-Line Atlas. We have had it in two different VW dealerships four times total. Nothing has been done except wasting a lot of time and fuel. HE VW is working with VW America and finally a part has been ordered. When it comes in I will take it back to them.

Very clean and well laid out floor plan. They have everything for your Seadoo, Can-Am, Alumicraft, and Manitou pontoon boat. A very helpful and friendly staff. If you're looking for a boat, PWC, ATV, or side by side, this is your place. Make sure and stop in and check them out.

Coby is very accommodating. I drive from out of town, he keeps this in mind with service. He s understanding, patient and knowledgeable. The waiting area is top notch. The wait time for an oil change is minimal. They always wash my car, which is so appreciated!

I made an appointment online for an oil change. Arrived and was told it d be up to 2 hours so we decided to get shuttle to the mall. (We don t live in town.) Waited almost 3 hours, took the shuttle back to the dealership and asked for an update and was told still 45 more minutes but it d be up next. We had waited long enough and couldn t wait anymore. We had to get back home. He told me that those with appointments went first he thought we just wanted to spend the day in town?! Literally no one wants to hang out at the mall if they don t have to. The front desk lady had an attitude and said next time to make an appointment! When I showed that we made one and she said online appointment isn t working right. If it s not working correct then it needs to be disabled because I had email and text confit mine. It should ve been immediately said when we showed up that they didn t have an appointment time for me. We live 45 minutes away and made the drive for nothing. Idk when I can get another day off soon to make it before the mileage limit for warranty.

I was glad that I was able to use the VW's "end of summer deal" to get a discount on an oil change. I also had a question about a humming sound and one of the service managers was kind enough to ride in my vehicle to see if he could determine whether it was the brand of my new tires or what. However, it did not make the sound at this time. He indicated that it would cost $150 to do a diagnostic test. I was disappointed that it would cost that much to determine where the sound was coming from, so would think the dealership could be more accommodating especially since I have to maintain my warranty work here.

Bought a side by side and the customer service I received is top notch. Recommend them if your looking for a UTV. Dayton is the guy to go to.Update on the Mule. Once I got it home I noticed the right headlight aiming towards the sky and after checking it further I found crash damage so needing a new headlight, bucket and adjusting screw. The bumper brackets have all been bent and attempted to be straightened. Not a knock against the reseller but check your used machines.
