I drove 3 hours to look at a used car I saw on the internet. My sales person was Jefferson. He and the whole team were wonderful. Jefferson was very patient in showing me the features of the car and answering all my questions. The finance manager was so accommodating and helped me find a solution to purchasing the car.The only small issue I have is that there was a delay for 2 days in being able to go see the car because it was having a scratch repaired. When the car was available and I drove to see it, the detailing was still not complete and we had to wait while the detailing was done. However, this was a small issue considering the value of the great sales team and the great value on the car.I would highly recommend Yates to anyone looking for a car.

We drove from Dallas to Yates to buy a new truck. This is our fourth vehicle that we have purchased at Yates. Clayton took care of getting everything ready for us so that by the time we got here our new truck was ready to go! I highly recommend anyone that needs a vehicle to go see Clayton at Yates GMC Buick, in Henderson!

I had an amazing experience hands down will come back for any future buying. Got approved and drove off the lot with a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon and I absolutely love it Clayton and Blake were very honest people and definitely didn t beat around the bush, so anyone who is looking to buy a car/truck THIS IS THE PLACE

Everyone from the salesman (Gary Wilkerson) to the service writer were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Usually when you purchase a new truck you wait weeks for the dealership to payoff your trade-in and get your vehicle registration completed. Everything was completed within a week, bedliner sprayed in, running boards and gooseneck hitch installed. Thank you Yates team for great customer service. Steve

I had a great vehicle purchasing experience and will definitely be a repeat customer. Josh, my sales consultant, was very helpful, honest and a pleasure to do business with. Everyone was so nice and friendly. A smooth and stress free buying process with no sneaky sales tactics like you might find at other dealerships. I can t recommend Josh and Yates Buick GMC enough!

We are happy and please with our purchase. Blake was very upfront and straight to the point. We had no issues with anyone there. Most places you go sales reps will try to push you into spending more than your limit or push you to buy a vehicle you do not like. In some cases other sales reps would just waste our time, but not at Yates. Here we did everything over the phone (we are 2 hrs away) and had everything set for us just to go pick up. Best experience in purchasing a truck. We appreciate it very much.

Tammy was absolutley wonderful. I called early in the day, she had the vehicle ready for me and made it an excellent process. I was honestly unsure if I would be approved but she made it happen! I will always buy from her now :)

We have purchased two vehicles from Yates and have been treated like family both times. Blake Wallace has helped us both times and has been up front and honest about everything. I have tried purchasing at different lots but always end up coming back to Yates. If you want an honest car shopping experience look no further!!!!! ASK FOR BLAKE WALLACE....

I got my oil changed and the customer service was AMAZING!! As a matter of fact, the oil change was done so fast I was able to run some extra errands that I didn t think I would be able to get make. I am a Happy Customer!!

Had a 9 o'clock appointment on a cold rainy day. Was greeted and offered coffee while I waited in the lounge. Service was completed in good time. Was that ked for coming in. Great bunch of people!

When I got my car back from service, the floor and the door sill were very dirty from the mechanic dragging his shoes on them. I asked the lady who took my keys about checking the seat belt hanging in the back and about the park assist chip that we are still waiting on from when we bought the car in August 2022. She said no problem and she would have them look at it. When she told me my vehicle was ready, I asked her about the seat belt and chip. She said they didn't have time to check the seat belt and the chip she didn't know anything and didn't even offer to find out for me. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I was very comfortable with the experience of test driving a unit with Clayton Brooksm. He answered all my questions. Don't know just yet if we will make deal. But this is a great place to shop. No high pressures

Amazing, have bought 2 cars here and was never disappointed. Good customer service, Nice people and a good deal on both my vehicles. Not like most car dealerships with pushy car dealers and un-interested staff, this place is definitely above that.

They have a vehicle listed on their site that is sold and they will not take it down. Furthermore Veronica Cornerstone was extremely rude in our correspondence. She told me it was available and I said I wanted to buy it full price. She said that she was going to call me to go over the paperwork. I get a text a while later saying, "ITS SOLD" all caps and no apology. I asked how is it sold if she said it is available and she just responded again, "iTS SOLD NOW !!" Absolutely no way to treat a customer and they should not tell you a vehicle is available and that it is sold to you and then rudely tell you they sold it to someone else. 1 star from me

Got my oil changed and it was done quickly. My Yukon also had a recall and that was also addressed. Love this family owned dealership. Always friendly and professional..

When you're thinking of getting an oil change, you tipicly don't think of going to a dealership. You assume it's going to be more expensive, but that's not the case with Yates. They can change most any make and models, I take my Lexus there, and I couldn't be happier with the cost and service I receive.

I bought a vehicle here and had a great experience. If you want to get your oil change here expect at least an 1-1/2 hour wait time. I had appointments both times and have no idea why an oil change takes so long. I won t get my oil changed here again! I hope this is not a sign of how their entire service dept is!

Everyone was super friendly. Probably the easiest and fastest car buying experience. My salesman Blake was awesome. He got a late afternoon phone call to guard the vehicle until I got there. I walked in and said who is Blake; the keys where on his desk and he already had the vehicle pulled up to the building for me to look at. Awesome experience!

I love this dealership and will return for future vehicle purchases. Our salesman, Mr. Conway has been over the top helpful throughout the entire process. The service manager was very friendly when I got my car serviced last week as well. I love the no pressure, laid-back and down to earth atmosphere at this dealership. Top notch folks for sure!

Easiest car buying process I ve ever had. We were able to do most of the process over the phone. Sales rep and finance department were excellent. Very knowledgeable and willing to help! They even delivered the car to us since we were two hours away and couldn t get off work in time to pick up the car. Highly recommend and will always call them first when we are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks Justin and Scott!

Dealerships like Yates are rare gems these days. They worked me in for an emergency diagnosis/repair, when 4 other dealerships in the area wouldn t. Charlie and whole team were so friendly, patient and thorough. I only wish I lived here so that I could do business with them all the time. Thank you, Yates Team, for the exceptional service! I ll be sending all my East Texas friends and family your way.

It was great working with Tony and Zack to find the perfect truck to meet my needs. They were knowledgeable and honest about all the options. They were even willing to open up about those they preferred over others. This was a NO STRESS experience, no back and forth hassling, just upfront fair pricing that beat the competition. Scott knew all the finance possibilities and GMC finance can beat the bank rates. If you are interested in a car warranty Scott also knew all the ins and outs. Again, no pressure, Scott will just give you the information to answer your questions and allow you to make your own informed decision. Great experience, great men, and a great truck.
