If I could give it no 0 stars I would. Make sure you check your tire size before leaving the store. They put the wrong size tires, even after calling, making sure I gave them the right numbers.

I dont want to send the wrong message because as far as the nice helpful guys actually changing my oil were so so awesome and they're also the reason we didn't walk out and go somewhere else. However this must be said about the lady working the counter back there. Her name was Brittany something and she was trying to make us get a specific type of oil being fully synthetic which she said it had to be and none other but we explained it did and it even said so under the hood . I had a oil change done today and all the sudden my power steering pump doesn t work before even driving off and on top of that the manager was no help. PLUS Michael, the automotive manager told me he didn t check the power steering reservoir (when REQUIRED) when the list he gave me said specifically everything was checked. seems a little suspicious and sounds like they are covering up damages they ve done to this vehicle. highly wouldn t suggest this automotive center to service your vehicle!P.S.Things Ive circled aren t even on this vehicle as it s a FWD not RWD or 4WD. Seems as it wasn t looked at too good.all I can say is this store/automotive center has poor management and horrible customer service. should have just done the oil change myself Service: Oil change

Bought a lifetime warranty Tire balance. Went to get tires balanced and they said tires were too dirty. Immediately to took truck too get detailed and went right back and they said tires still to dirty. Went to another tire shop and they had them balanced in 15 minutes. So if you buy a "lifetime" warranty here just know they make excuses as to why they can't service it. Complete scam

Frank was the only attendant on staff and had 3 other customers with an hour to closing. He was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to take care of my battery replacement.

We arrived at the tire department in a hurry to get a new tire for a uhaul. Prior to closing, the staff/manager decided it would cause over time and sent us to Junior's. At least somewhere would help us at 6;40 on a Saturday.

For the most part.the guys and gals at Walmart are true and honest. There almost as honest as Jason in Cushing,they tell you straight. I trust.

Waited for hour and half. Supposed to open @7am and guy finally showed at 830. Then he told me they couldn't patch it because it was not in center of tire. It wasn't near sidewall which I would accept.

Not a bad auto center. Only thing that I did not care for is that they talked to me like I had no knowledge of vehicles.
