Imma have to give this company 5 stars. I called for a tow and was an hour from Wallace and Sons yard. Within 2 hours, my truck was loaded and headed home. Justin operator , provided excellent customer experience throughout the entire move. Regardless of breaking down, it was an awesome close to a men s retreat! Justin and I had good conversation about our faith and got to share a lot about our walk. Thanks again Justin and thank you Wallace and Sons for the excellent service!

I was stuck on the side of the road with my family after my car rocked off of the jack. We called Wallace and Sons, and they were there in 5 minutes and put our spare on swiftly to ensure we could get to the tire store before they closed.Would recommend them 100%.

Pretty good service, we had to get help to tow our f350 truck and the guy really took the time to load the truck carefully so it wouldn t fall on the way from Henderson to Jacksonville.

I want to apologize for the misunderstanding. I personally mistaken Wallace and Son for another local wrecker.Wallace and Son were very helpful and resourceful. I was in a bad situation and they were quick with providing exceptional recovery services at 2am..Would certainly recommend these localguys!!!

Not only did Kolton deal with Good SAMs mistakes, he was knowledgeable about how best to tow my Rialta, and one of the friendliest people to talk with on the drive. Wether ya have a 42 diesel pusher worth more than my house, or a 20 van conversion, Kolton and his team are who ya want picking up the pieces when you ve fallen down and need a tow.

We were driving through Henderson on our way home after a short overnight trip. We had a blow out occur on our Dodge Charger just as we got to the edge of town. My husband found Wallace & Sons' Wrecker Service on a search for wrecker services on his phone and called. Johnathan Hoffman arrived in the rollback wrecker. He took great care not to damage our vehicle. He was extremely friendly and professional. He was even able to assist us with finding an open tire service business who was able to get us back on the road at a reasonable cost in no time. We would highly recommend Wallace and Sons' for friendly, professional service at a reasonable cost.Service: Local hauling

This wrecker service is amazing. I have used them several times for various reasons and every time they have rushed to my rescue. They don t use people s hardships to score a big profit like some other services I have used in the past.The owner Kolton showed this when me and several others were stuck in the grass at Wylie primary after a big rain. He pulled my car out along with everyone else that was stuck free of charge.So naturally I used them again when I needed a tow from my sisters house in Longview. Johnathan really seemed like he knew what he was doing and gave me and my small kids a ride back home. I worked for a company by the name of Techline in Jacksonville, TX. for 31 years, and we are in the electric utility wholesale business. It always amazed me how Wallace & Sons were always the most competitively priced, and the level of service (both speed and care) was always second to none. We run trucks all day everyday from Beaumont to Texarkana and inevitably, there are occasional breakdowns, it was awfully nice having someone we ALWAYS knew we could count on.Service: Special vehicle towing

Harold (Bubba) Helton, at Wallace and son's is by far the best, most professional and outstandingly accurate in what he does. Very friendly, knowledgeable and a fast paced worker. I was and am still very impressed with the service he provided on the day he came out to my, lil out in the middle of nowhere back road, property to help pull a very stuck vehicle. My road is very small and hard for most wreckers and larger vehicles to get into, but not only was he able to pull right in, he backed in like it was no sweat at all. I am very satisfied with the service Mr. Helton provided and will be keeping him and the Wallace and son's company in mind for any future needs.

Called them at 6:20 in the morning in between Kilgore and Henderson. Got to me real quick. Kolton was real polite and was cautious not to damage my vehicle as it is low to the ground. Dropped me at the tire shop and offered me a ride home if I couldn't get one. The price was also less than half of what I expected. Great price, great service, great people. My husband, three kids and I had our engine break down on our way home. Jonathan was on time, professional and was literally our Christmas miracle. He took us to Henderson to a nice hotel and our car to a great body shop. We can never thank him enough for his help and kindness. This company was awesome!!! I called my roadside service and at first they had a hard time locating a provider, but I m glad they selected Wallace and Sons wrecker service. He called me and got all of the information about my vehicle that my roadside service should have gotten beforehand. Somewhere in between the time that the service was scheduled and being completed my roadside service provider cancelled my service. Wallace and son s wrecker service called me to verify if this was correct I informed him that it was incorrect and that I still needed service. He contacted them so that we could conduct a conference call to get things sorted out. This all occurred while I was at my sons football game and I asked this provider if I needed to leave the game to meet him. He advised me to stay and enjoy the game and that he just needed to know where I wanted him to put the vehicle when he arrived at my house. When we arrive home the vehicle was exactly where I needed it to be. This experience was by far the best one I have had! Thank you so much!! As a single mom I run a tight schedule and allowing me to stay at the game while he took care of everything meant the world to me.Service: Car towing

This company NEEDS so many more than 5 stars!I Spoke with Bea at probably the most devastating.moments of a mother's life, after this company's driver had to sit through almost 5 grueling hours of a standoff between the local police agencies and my son. Tragically, my son took his life that day. However, the care and understanding that this woman and her driver had with me was nothing short of awe inspiring! Our world is not in nearly as bad shape as people make it out to be, because I have found more and more people in the last 6 months just like Bea and her driver ( doggone it his name begins with an "O" I Think). If I ever find myself even remotely close to this area again, I will be taking some of my famous baked goods to show my appreciation!!

These guys were great; timely, professional and very pleasant. I was stuck on a nasty section of highway with a flat tire. They were great! They came out to move a car that had been sitting up for 3 years on the day before Thanksgiving. I was told that they were in the middle of a small Thanksgiving get together and they would get back to me to schedule a pickup after lunch time. I think it was great that they told me this up front. He was very nice about it. I was super understanding cause yeah it was the day before Thanksgiving of course! Everyone was celebrating and spending time with family. The guy that came to tow the vehicle, a Lincoln Towncar, was professional and quick. He showed great care with the vehicle. It's tires were nearly dry rotted and almost flat. He knew how to handle the situation greatly. Wish I had gotten his name so I could mention it here. I would call again!

Kolton was quick to arrive (approximately 15 min.). Driver was friendly and professional. Drive took good care of the vehicle. 13 miles out of Henderson my dually had a catastrophic engine failure with a 30 foot enclosed trailer attached. Called Wallace and Sons to see if they could tow me in to town. Kolton was there in in about 30 minutes, much quicker than my road side assistance company has ever shown up. Kolton called the local hotels for us to find a place we could stay and drove us to the front door. The next day he dropped my truck at the repair shop and then picked me up again the following day to take me to rent a vehicle. Today my wife and I found ourselves stuck in the mud on an old country road. Kolton came out and worked a miracle for us. I had a blow out on side of 259 between Henderson and Kilgore and kolton came to my rescue talked to me and kept in contact with me every step of the way and brought my car home safe! I am very pleased with Wallace & sons wrecker service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Never needed a tow in my life before but today I got put in a bind. I called Wallace and Son and they sent Austin out to help me. Great group of guys! My wife was stuck in our pasture and I got myself stuck in my truck trying to get her out. I tried to use our tractor and could not get it to move at all.
