My name is Keith, and I just purchased a blue 2023 Dodge Challenger GT from Randall Dodge in Henderson. I took it home yesterday and I have been euphoric ever since! My salesman was Adrian Hernandez. He was nice, courteous, attentive to my needs on the car, and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. He made me feel welcome and he really made me feel at ease through the whole process. Adrian and Patrick went to work for me and made my wife and I a deal we could not pass up. They really went to bat for me and got me in the car I really wanted......and my favorite color too! LOL Really, Adrian, Patrick, and the entire staff at Randall Dodge were helpful and nice through the whole process. I would definitely buy a vehicle from them again and will no doubt return for service! Thanks a million guys!

If you are searching for a car or truck then Randall DCJR is where you want to go. Eric and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a couple of small issues after I drove my new car off the lot and they went out of their way to address them quickly. Service after the sale is what makes a good dealership great and they are great! Thanks again guys for helping me find my dream car!

Eric at Randall is great! My wife and I drove from Katy (4hr drive) for the exact vehicle she wanted. Eric and the team at Randall made the negotiations extremely easy and we were on the road again in her '23 4Runner TRD Off-Road in about an hour. I would highly recommend checking out Randall!

Adam sold us a beautiful 2020 Ford Explorer, a day later we noticed something "off" with the exhaust pipe. Within a few days, they brought us a loaner vehicle, while ours was worked on. Best part, they drove all the way out to Tyler at my home to pick up and return my vehicle. I was a 10 week old at home, so it really means alot. Great dealership! Will definitely recommend others.Thanks again Adam, if you happen to read this. I hope the best for you and your family. You really helped mine :)

Spoke to 2 people, one said he was the owner. They had a truck I liked, and because of my hectic schedule they said they could stay open late to accommodate me. I let them do a credit check over the phone, and after we did and everything came back good they decided not to stay late but said they would hold the truck for a few days. Then they sold it the day before my appointment, and the guy made it sound like they sold it after hours. They then said they could get me a similar truck inside a week, and I never heard back about it.

Great communication (unusual in a mechanic environment), experienced, and demonstrated excellence. Appreciate them going the extra mile when possible. All around a great place to do business. I have used them with a couple of my cars and in each case they were the same great place. They have also been good about saying what they can t do and this is good to hear too because too often someone will try things they shouldn t just to take money.

So I've used Randall prior to this service. I originally brought the truck in for two new key fobs, coolant leak, and request to update the truck for high idle during winter. The appointment was scheduled fours days in advance. After dropping the truck off on Saturday evening for a Monday morning diagnostic appointment. I received very little information until at the end of the day after several request for information throughout the process. After the completion of the service I choose to not replace the key fobs due to not having the fobs available when I arrived. The coolant leak was repaired. The high idle function was not able to complete bc the technician could not communicate with the ECM. There was an additional wheel seals that was identified and repaired.

Heather at Randall Dodge was easy to work with I came to buy one specific vehicle and changed my mind on what I wanted she was very patient with us no pressure to make a decision. Once we did make our decisions she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and took time to answer all of our questions. The finance department was fast and efficient also.

ok two and half years ago i bought a 2018 2500 deselect. . i was stupid for not checking but the spare tire and running board had been striped i like the truck sovi added these myself. soon after my instrment panel screwed up like it had been wet i replace 750. then the sensor or for the water Reservoir went out 800 and the anti lock brake module went out but you could get the part for a year then both batteries went out 700. then after a year the abs comes in 750 . but in that year it beeped all the time and the cruise wouldn't work and even though it was a safety issue there was no recall . this was my first dodge truck probably my last.

The other dealers wad outrages to change and service the transmission on my promaster 2500.contacted Randal dodge they gave me a fair price.made a appointment took it in at opening picked it back up at noon.awesome people to deal with no surprises on the bill.so I will go back.

Salesman Adam was very helpful while the salesman Eric I had contacted was busy with other customers on Saturday afternoon. On Monday when the loan was approved Eric told me he would deliver the vehicle to me since I do live a little ways away after they detailed it. Now is where things changed the vehicle WAS NOT detailed as it stil had buffing compound on it from where the hood was painted. I have pulled pine straw out of both front door jams & there are scratches that need to be addressed & it has been scheduling conflicts for me but this is not the biggest concern! I have tried repeatedly to get some information on the extended warranty I purchased I have either got told by Eric to contact finance so far I have tried & tried to call even left messages no response from anyone. I have some issues I need taken care of on my car but I need to know what kind of coverage I have! I'm wishing Now I had not purchased the extended warranty from this dealership! I have worked in dealership for many years & customer service AFTER the sale in just as Important!
