I love being able to drop in and get work done on my schedule. If it s crowded, yes, there may be a short wait which is to be expected. But I ve never had to wait more than 30 minutes for an oil change. Yesterday, I needed a state inspection. There were several people waiting and I was told about 20 to 30 minutes. My wait was 20 minutes. The people are always very courteous and professional. Couldn t ask for more.

If you re looking for a place that you can trust and get great service, look no further! They were friendly, accommodating and the repair work was top notch professional. Great place, great people. Thank y all so much. Except their coffee, I ve had sweet tea stronger but everything else terrific.

Called in and got an appointment within 2 hours. I usually handle my own oil changes but wimped out today in the summer heat. The staff was professional, knowledgable, and handled an unexpected stripped oil pan drain plug promptly. I m glad I decided to have them do the work today. For the really reasonable price and 5 star service they ve got all my future oil change business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Just started using Quick Lane since I've moved back. The staff is excellent. The work they do is top notch. I don't trust just anyone when it comes to the service of my vehicles. Unlike most places they remember who you are, instead of just another customer. I would highly recommend using them for your service needs.Side note: the couches have this ability to put you to sleep while waiting.

Love it! Love it! Love it! We have had a problem with a previous visit, went back today and the manager was more than ready and willing to help. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Everybody's customer service needs to be like quick Lanes. I highly recommend stopping in here for your next Oil Change or any other car service. Thanks again so much for all that you did for me today!

Never had a problem. Staff is very honest and knowledgeable. Free coffee, TV and WiFi. Be aware, you will be here for an hour on most days. They do more than oil changes so it all depends on what's in front of your vehicle.

This was the only place open on Saturday I trust to take my Ford. There are several people in front of me they quoted me an hour-and-a-half wait time they got me in a little under an hour. I think that oil change is little overpriced but they gave you a vehicle inspection and a car wash. Customer service was good

1 They are Maga Droolers 100% 2. They changed the oil on my moms car and didnt put something back right and her car drained of oil and nearly was ruined. Would drive to another town before using them and because they are associated with Ford-Fairway has lost our business too. Incredibly rude too.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to get oil changed and inspection. I took Lucas oil to add to oil. This time I told them to put it in because last time I put it in the driver's set and they didn't use it. The man came out and told me they could not pass inspection because the emergency brake light was.on. I told him I would have it fixed and be back. After talking to someone I decided to take it somewhere else. They check the breaks out completely. They passed inspection. I do not like being treated like I know nothing. I will not go back.

Did not change the fuel filter properly had a fuel spill did not do a good job cleaning up the fuel spill. I would have my 5-year old kid change my oil before I go back there. The Quick Lane place

How different thy hings are in the USA. Only things that need fixing get fixed. recommendations are made and the service was quick and efficient.

I have been bringing my 2012 f150 here for the last seven years... I wouldn t trust my truck with anyone else... the staff has always been friendly, remember me by name, know how to treat my truck, and make us feel like family... I will be bringing my new truck here to get the same trustworthy service...

I always have a new light come on after leaving. And then i must return to have them fix. I feel like maybe they mess with my tires on purpose.

I went in for an inspection sticker your mechanic tried to fail me because the powered steering pump supposedly leaked. I had the 2001 Suburban for more than 12 years and never had to add powered steering fluid.
