Well, what can I say about yesterday? The Counter Lady "KIM" was awesome, and so very helpful. The main thing was that I needed some parts that they did not have in the store, BUT they had them delivered by about 3pm and I got the parts the same day. Great Place to shop. I am impressed.

Your hours don't show closed on sundays and I know y'all are open so I'm thinking your just deciding to not answer the phone's. Called 4 times and no answer whatsoever. I have a commercial account with them and am a business owner my self. If you show to be open then answer, even if it's to say "we're very busy please hold?" Its so simple

I really like these guys. They did make a huge mistake and did not credit back my aunts credit card for a $700 catalytic converter I m doing her books right now and I see where they charged double and when I brought the part back they did not credit back They erroneously ordered the wrong part twice and I m OK with that. But it does not sit well with me that one of those wrong expensive Converters they did not even credit me for receiving the part. So basically three converters cost $2400 It should ve only been 1600. I will bring this up to you guys when I come in there next time seriously not happy but I know it s not intentional Right

I usually don t have a problem with oreillys but today I ordered a part for my vehicle that I needed to fix tonight. Well, they told me it would be at the store by 5. I went up to the store at 5:30 to get my part and apparently it was not put on the truck. Which puts me out of a vehicle until tomorrow.

I usually go in after 7 p.m. There is always a young lady and young man there. They have both exhibited good product knowledge and customer service. Kudos!!
