They did sub-standard work on my truck and refused to fix it. I had to have someone else fix a part that they installed that broke, and they wouldn t even give me my money back on the broken part. I asked the owner, Mr. Woods, several times for a copy of the invoice for my truck and he never responded. They replaced the A/C system on my truck, charging me thousands of dollars. It quit working shortly after they worked on it and they wouldn t fix it. The picture I posted is of a ball joint they replaced on my son s truck. The owner is a crook and a liar.

Thank you Mitch at His Automotive for getting my car in the shop, diagnosing the issue, calling and ordering the part and repairing all within 2 1/2 hours today without an appointment. In addition, offering me a cold beverage while I waited and offering me a ride home if necessary. Great customer service in addition to fair price and quality service.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Traveling to Hot Springs from Houston. pulling an RV., the truck starts to cut out and die.i was told by the guys at NAPA to take it to HIS automotive.It was a Friday at 4:40. they close at 5. They said to pull the truck up and we'll take care of you. Talking to the owner and his wife was a pleasure. When i offered my card to pay, he said, "GOD bless and enjoy your vacation" Thanks Lord for sending us to His Auto. Your blessings are always good.

This is a great place to bring your car for service. I live in Longview so Jason is not exactly "convenient", but when you are spending serious dollars on your car a few miles doesn't really make any difference. I had a complete engine rebuild on my 2014 Silverado that I bought new - this truck really means a lot to me. I could not be happier with the repairs made and the pricing charged. Very fair for what I got. Give these guys a try. They are honest and professional - I picked up my pickup and delivered to them another car. What more can I say?

THE GUYS HERE ARE THE MOST ATTENTIVE CARING PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE THEIR TIME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND TAKE THEIR TIME DOING THE WORK. VERY RELIABLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND
