Broke down and I m not from this area. The tow truck was quick and the driver was so nice. He stayed with us until our ride got there and even let our kids see his tow truck. Highly recommend

Had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, called Griffith's towing and there were there within 15 minutes. The driver was AWESOME and very helpful. We ended up having to tow it to a tire store in Henderson. I will definitely recommend Griffith's to anyone and their families. Great job y'all.

Wayne was amazing, i was in a wreck on Saturday night at 2am and he was at the office to let me in my truck on Sunday morning. Helped me with my belongings and was very professional and also can tell that he truly cares about his customers. HIGHLY recommend him if you need a tow or help with your vehicle. This was truly a great experience, well as great as being stranded could be. He was punctual, very respectful and easy to talk to. We were a truck and trailer combo and he made it all easy. He took us home to drop the trailer and then took us to the shop. The pricing was very reasonable. Wayne is a good, hardworking small business owner. If you have a need, send business his way. You won t be disappointed.

Wayne and Kenny are truly amazing people! We were T-boned on the highway heading home to the DFW area. Wayne and Kenny drove my family and I to Enterprise to rent a car. When no cars were available, they took us back to their business and then on to Denny s where we could eat and stay dry until our family member could pick us up. They were willing to go above and beyond to ensure our safety. We are so incredibly thankful for them.Service: Car towing

We were driving home through Henderson, on a Sunday, when we had a flat. We didn t have a jack big enough to lift my truck. My husband called Griffith s and Wayne came with a jack and my husband was able to change the tire. Wayne was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience with the owner of Griffin Towing Service! He was very courteous and helped us get off the side of the road in rural Texas! His truck can accommodate 3 adults, and 2 dogs! That's important when picking a tow service! Thank You Wayne you are a life saver!

I can noy even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Griffiths towing service. I manage to literally put my jeep on the edge of a culvert with extremely fast running water. I never would hve thought it could be saved. Not only did he save my jeep, but did it in such a way that we walked away without a single scratch. My family was completely amazed that not only did the jeep survive, but once dried out.. Is still running up and down the roads. I highly HIGHLY recommend Griffiths Towing. And a huge heartfelt think you for being there when we needed you.

The owner of Griffith's Towing is a fine man who will do what he says he will in good time and at good price. I enjoyed my time with him in the truck unlike other companies that have operators with no personality. While I hope I never break down again, I would use this service if I needed it.

Wayne & Chris went above and beyond for me and I could not be more appreciative. They not only towed my truck from Mt. Enterprise to Laneville, but they also got the truck running and the alarm system to stay off so I could drive the truck as I had lost the alarm key. If I'm ever in need of a towing service I know exactly who to call. I highly recommend Griffith's Towing.

Fast, straightforward, downright reasonable.Our driver was a former marine who went above and beyond he call of duty by driving us to a motel since the car waited until closing time to die. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence!

I will most certainly have to disagree with the previous 2 gentlemen who d left comments derogatory to this man s business . I d be willing to bet , that neither of you truly know what bad service can entail . But, no worries , the Real Deal is out there and you ll be struck down, just like the best of us . And, one more thing before I turn in the soapbox for recycle : if you are wanting to dissuade a potential customer from a business that is truly bad , you d be able to give specifics & concrete arguments , not just your feelings or what you were trying to do was right , the man was Rude .But , ther REAL crown atop your basic level of education and critical thinking, - is the age old , higher than mighty , flighty use of the word Unknowledgeable . Simple people use that to really put somebody in their place . Perhaps you two should find some good in something somewhere .As for Good , and I back this Up with fact : this gentleman was timely , he was considerate and didn t drag dirt all in my car , He did 2 calls for me . And, he did something that I hadn t been able to get down around here in 2 weeks - he got my car where It needed to be at dealer in Longview . AND , he was about $8 cheaper than the other guys around . And,Believe me , I known them too . Thank You, Sir

While visiting TX, I needed my Jeep towed to me, and was promised countless times that it would be here. No one called when they showed up, so boyfriend arranged with Wayne to have his personal vehicle drop it off. Instead, TOTAL NO SHOW- my boyfriend had to WALK 2 HOURS just to get an excuse that "the transmission blew because the car couldn't handle the towing capacity". REFUSE BUSINESS!! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I have not needed a wrecker service praise God but when I do I will call Griffith's Towing not because I work here but because they are amazing I've worked many calls with them and the they are very fast and professional . So if you need help or find yourself in need of a tow call these guys ....

Wayne just wanted to say the government controls fees, yes they do the maximum amount that they can charge... he was nice and friendly but if your going to lie to people make sure that they dont know the laws first.

Hands down the nicest tow truck driver I have ever met (and I have met a few). Came out late Friday night and towed me to a mechanic shop that was open on Saturdays. If your in that area and need a tow, he's the one to know.
