I recently found myself on Pine Tree road near Longview Texas when an oil change alert came up on our Acura. Shortly afterwards we passed a Grease Monkey place and I thought it would be a good time to try them out.I was greeted by a friendly young man who said we could get an oil change right away. As he guided me onto the ramp I was impressed by the cleanliness of the business. The technician asked me which brand and weight of oil I wanted to which I replied that I actually didn't know since the car was new. He quickly looked up the brand and model of the Acura and he found the manufacturer's specs.During the brief time it took I looked up the Grease Monkey website and was astonished to immediately find a great discount. I downloaded the digital coupon.After the technician explained the results of a thorough inspection and presented me with the bill I showed him the coupon on my phone and asked if his business accepted. He went to his computer and announced happily that they certainly could accept it. He revised my invoice to reflect the substantial savings and I drove away with a new favorite oil change place.I wholeheartedly recommend Grease Monkey in every regard. I give them 5 stars in cleanliness, timeliness, professional acting technicians, positive attitude and pricing.What more could a driver ask for!

My husband and I stopped in for a vehicle inspection, the gentlemen working here are outstanding! Super quick, very professional, respectful, had us in and out no problem. We just moved from Florida to East Texas and very new to the laws and regulations, they made our experience that much easier. Thank you, guys. 10/10 highly recommend!

If you enjoy your oil filters seized to your vehicle, check this place out! Some of the best services around, and at rock bottom prices. Just kidding, it'll cost 40-50 in just labor for some idiot to use their impact to fasten the oil filter down.

My 1st visit to Grease Monkey, for state inspection. I was out of town & chose to visit in Henderson, Tx. I cannot say enough good positive things about my visit. Professional, prompt, excellence service! I will return to Grease Monkey!

Was surprised to find an unwarranted charge on my receipt after paying $103 for an oil change. When told, management offers me an outdated voucher for $25 off my next oil change. (As if I would be back after this occurrence.) I countered that I would actually like the part that I paid for to be put on my vehicle, which he did.Read your receipts!

The service is so fast, affordable, and it's so nice that it's a drive through! Makes it very easy to get my car serviced without having to get my kids out of the car. Mario, the manager, is a really nice guy and helped me out a lot. They're good honest guys who aren't going to rip you off. 10/10 would recommend!

Awful! I stopped for my state inspection around 4:30. The guys were in such a rush. The inspector entered my license plate number but it car on the form was my husband s truck. So I was unable to get my inspection sticker due to the incorrect car in my form. After the inspection, they rushed me out and shut the doors, way before 5:00! When I called after I was unable to get my state inspection sticker, the guy acted like it was not big deal and told me not to be like that! I do not live in Henderson. It would have taken over a hour and a lot of gas to go back to Henderson then drive back to the court house in Carthage. I had to get ANOTHER inspection. I will not go back to Grease Monkey in Henderson, Texas.

Sent my daughter here for an inspection they told her she needed one windshield wiper because it had a tear. The other one we had just replaced. They didn t even ask if we wanted it they replaced it, they replaced both and charged us 48.00 for 2 windsheild wipers and an inspection. When she went to say something they made it out to be a big deal that they were replacing things without asking then charging us. Do not go here they will sneak in charges and price gouge you!! Also it s a bunch of young people working here and seem aggravated if you need anything.
