I had an excellent experience with Fairway. I would have given 5 but the truck had a little more ware and tare on it than I was lead to believe. I made the 100 mile trip to purchase the truck and was a little disappointed. The manager was more than fair in taking care of a few things for me and even went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me when it was ready. I would go to Fairway again without hesitation.

If you re in the market for a vehicle this is the place to go. These guys are a great team to deal with from start to finish. They are invested in what they do and personally ensure each and every customer experiences the highest level of service. Adam was wonderful throughout the process. Go check them out!

Worked with Chris in sales. He did an excellent job! Had a couple of issues to work out they were handled promptly. They had the car delivered all the way to Mobile Alabama, flawlessly!!

Pay attention to all the good reviews most of time they are written by their own friends and family .but this is the reality of this dealership they say their motto is they are deep in the heart of Henderson and that they put the customers needs above their own but that only applies if you look like them , Adam and Clayton pick and choose who they will give a good experience too. My recent experience at this dealership was nothing short of disappointing. I had my eye on a pre owned car , everything seem great but my visit took a turn for the worse.I felt not only frustrated but also deceived by this dealership's practices. I had gone out of my way to visit their lot, only to have my time wasted and be subjected to such underhanded tactics. It's disheartening to see that there are still dealerships out there resorting to these snake oil sales strategies to move used cars.I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay as far away from this place as possible. The trust and transparency that should be integral to any business transaction were sorely lacking in this experience, Unprofessional, arrogant and quite plain disrespectful. and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. I will be doing a review on their Facebook page more in depth of how this dealership will try to sellYou a car for way more than it s listed on the website. Side note before posting this I did try to speak to a manager before posting this but it seems like their employees are train to disregard complaints , again we go back to they pick and choose who will get a good experience .

The whole process of buying my new Expedition from Fairway Ford in Henderson was great from start to finish. Fairway provided the perfect vehicle to meet all my needs and requirements.

WOW, how often do you get pleasantly surprised by mail order service? Well, we were just gobsmacked by this dealership. Long story short, I bought my husband some wheel well liners for his truck and there was an anchoring device missing. There was no option to purchase these items separately, but the service dept representative I talked to said he would leave the parts guys a message (they were closed for the day).Fast forward one week - I was sure they had forgotten about us or couldn't get the missing pieces. Today, in the mail, was the baggie of fasteners. What a pleasant surprise!High five, lollipops, and marching band serenade for the service and parts dept at this dealership. THANK YOU!

Finally back in a new Explorer! Big thank you to Cresencio for looking for days to find me exactly what I was looking for & getting it from Fort Worth for me. He was more than patient dealing with me.Signing paperwork is never fun but Brady made the process an entertaining one and was the easiest experience I ve had in a finance office.Clayton and Joshua worked the perfect deal for me. Thank y all for dealing with my indecisiveness over wanting a new car for a year & not letting me just buy something to have buyers regret later.You can t go wrong with anyone at Fairway Ford Henderson. From top management to sales, they ALL truly care and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. I wouldn t want to buy from anywhere else and recommend them.

Take my advice & find a different dealership to do business with. Purchased my Ford Expedition less than a year ago. I have had it in the shop at least 5 times and I have told them the problems I was having with it at least 7 times (twice was told to keep driving it). I bought full coverage, bumper to bumper, top of the line warranty, and they have not fixed my car yet! They had my car for 4 weeks the last time it was in the shop, and told me they fixed it, & then I ended up having to pay for some of it, and now it is back in the shop for the same thing, again. Like always with this place. This has been going on for at least 10 months. I have never been treated like this by a Ford dealership, until here. RUN!!!

We bought our 2020 Ford expedition limited from Fairway Ford less than eight months ago. We have had our vehicle in the shop for repairs under warranty over six times for the same problem, (Power Tran failure) and I can t figure it out.They kept our vehicle over a month Last time we brought it in less than two weeks it happens again. I will not buy another vehicle from Fairway Ford because the customer service is absolutely horrible. I was irritated when I went in this morning because it s the sixth time I brought my vehicle in and had to get a loaner at least six times I was told to speak with the owner. She wasn t going to do anything because I told her I was not gonna pay any more money and was gonna talk to the Texas department of motor vehicles Ford and my lawyer I was told to speak with Clayton but he s not there today.

Helpfully, Courteous, Considerate - Fairway Ford Henderson is Your Best Choice for Finding Your Next Vehicle!My wife and I had been looking for a Ford Transit for quite a while. They aren t easy to find in the passenger configuration so when we were able to find them, we always made a mad-dash to check them. The vehicles were always the same, but the issues we ran into and were quickly put-off by were the dealerships and their employees. Because of the scarcity of these vehicles we had to do a lot of communication online, through text, and phone calls, which made things even more difficult. Many dealers and sales net would just drop the ball and not return calls or text messages. We d been searching for a Transit for months and were becoming very frustrated when we found Fairway Ford Henderson.They were 120 miles away from us, so we reached out over the phone and immediately got better customer service than we had received anywhere else. They treated us like people, listened to us, and in the end, they took better care of us than any dealership I ve visited in that past several years. We worked out the entire deal through text and on the phone and when it came time to make the long drive to pick up our Transit, they had everything ready to go so we could be in and out and on our way. Blake Curtis, our sales rep met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the vehicle, answered our questions, and made sure we were happy with the vehicle. We ended up having to bring our little kids with us, which is always a problem at dealerships, but these guys were more than understanding and accommodating. Mike Johnson, the finance manager even let our three year old play with one of his little model Ford Trucks, which kept him busy the entire time.Bottom line - we got the best deal, the best treatment, and the most accommodating experience we could have ever hoped for at Fairway Ford Henderson. Blake and Mike were amazing. Even though its 120 miles away, I can promise you that its worth the drive and we will be making all of our future car purchases here at Fairway Ford Henderson!

I want to thank Michael Anders in the used sales department for going above and beyond. My husband and I purchased a SUV last month and it s a great car, in great condition with reasonably low mileage for a fair price. The no pressure car buying process was seamless, and they even replaced one of the front grills and all of the under panels of the car at no cost to me (and gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop). I am very satisfied with our purchase and the quality customer service we received. Thanks Mike, we will be repeat customers!

I don t usually post reviews, but I was upset about what came of my experience. I was searching for a new bronco online. I had a new rep look into it, and we were looking at prices etc for the vehicle. I still did not say anything about buying the car since the price was not what I wanted it to be. They wanted to look at my financing options to see if they could lower the price if I finance through ford. I made the mistake of giving my social security number, but I had said multiple times. Do not run my credit. Do not run my credit, to which I was promised this would not happen. Sure enough a couple minutes later I see an inquiry on my account. I did not want to run my credit because I do not like the extra inquiries for a vehicle I was not even sure I was going to sign off on. My credit is good for a reason, and an extra inquiry is not something I need to have if I do not want to. I was upset and asked to speak to a manager. I was called back the next business day in which the manager had given me a response that did not sound concerning in the smallest. He said the rep was new, and that things like this happen. He said my credit is good, so an extra inquiry would not affect it that much. The conversation goes from there in which I said, at this point if we can meet the price then I wouldn t mind buying the vehicle. Instead of reaching back to let me know it was or was not possible. I have been dropped off the face of the earth, and I now have a lingering credit inquiry for a vehicle that I was not set on buying yet. I am upset my credit was ran over the phone without my consent. With me clearly explaining not to do it. To then having a lackluster experience in trying to actually make up for the matter. This review may not do much, but I figured I would share how I feel, to advise others to make sure to tread lightly when it comes to these finance matters. I made the mistake of giving them my social, and I will be learning from it. I clearly advised them not to do it. I just didn t expect this from the dealer.

The entire staff at Fairway have been fantastic to work with. JC Price, the GM, helped me from the beginning 7 months ago in ordering the van of my dreams. Scott Marvick helped cross all the T s a dot all the I s as we neared the finish line. And Stephen Harned and his team at QuikLane assembled all my after-market add-ons. Really can t say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and communication. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would turn no further than Henderson Ford. They are a one-stop-shop!
