My mom bought tires here in less than a year we went back for repair under warranty and they told us tires not covered which made no sense so then he began with it s her alignment and struts and he would do all the work minus fixing the actual problem, the tires! I had a second opinion done and I m now getting her 4 new tires is all that was needed. That should ve been covered by this so called warranty at economy tires and we were refused and lied to. My mom is on disability and a fixed income so not to happy with their business and won t ever recommend anyone or myself to use this company! Honestly is the best policy in running a business!

These people barely speak English and when I told him what I wanted he put 2 new tires on my car after I told him I could not afford it. Than he said that I told him to do it and I most certainly did not. They were just trying to make me buy tires that I did not want. Be very careful with these people they probably do the same to everyone

DO NOT let these people do anything to your vehicle! They changed my brakes! I told them something was making a load noise. They told me I needed new rotors! BUT they put brake lines back on wrong and it was hitting my tires making it where my brake lines busted a couple miles down the road and I LOST ALLLL brakes!!! They said this was not their fault.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They changed my brakes a couple miles down the road the brakes went out 100%!!! They put brake lines back in wrong and the tire was hitting it and rubbed a hole in it!!! I told them something was not right when I picked it up and they said it was rotors needed changed!

Grateful they took the time to check my tires otw to work & added air to tires that needed it. Nice, helpful crew. I'd consider going back when I need new tires on the quick visit alone. :)

I bought tires here about 18 months ago. There has been a "shimmy" in my steering every since. I have brought it in several times for correction. They say the tires are balanced. I took it innocent and suggested they drive it. They declined, stating I must have a bad wheel. I bought a new wheel, and it took the wheel in to have the tire removed from the one they said was bad and placed on the new one. It still shook. They said the tire would have to "wear in." I drove for 6000 miles, and it still shook. I took it in again, and they said the replacement wheel was bad. I purchased another wheel, and I took it in again, and I explained the entire scenario yet again. I asked them to swap the tire from the bad wheel to the new one and to please put the pressure sensor back on as they left it off last time. They asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" So I told them again what I believed to be the solution.I sat in the lobby for about 15 minutes, and they said I was ready. I walked out to my truck, and the new wheel and the one with the tire sensor had not been moved.I got in the truck and drove out 79, and sure enough, at 53 mph, the steering wheel shook.I will never darken the door of this place again.I drove up the street to another "mom and poo" tire shop; I like to support small businesses, and the wheel/tire/sensor situation was solved in about 25 minutesI give the 1 star because the tires themselves have been good; the same tires are sold at the other shop also.

Had my front tires changed out with tires I brought in, driver side front had a leak around the rim because they weren t mounted properly. Was charged another 15 for them to fix it. Time is money but don t charge for what should have been prevented if corners weren t being cut.

Had a flat headed back from vacation. After airing it several times, realized we needed to go ahead and replace it in order to make it home safely. Drove right into a bay, got 2 used rear tires for the truck in excellent condition for a great price. Everything was over and done in less than 30 minutes. Great, fast service for a great price!

The staff at Economy Tires has been excellent with their service. I have visited them 3 times after moving into the Henderson area in October. Friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work, guys!

Worst service I ever been too this my 3rd time coming and the always rude don t know any English always try to over charge me for no reason something is always wrong when I go there they give people Different prices by there race I had then put my rims on my car and soon as I got down the road my car started shaking soo bad that my headlights feel out never has that happen to me btw I brought 3 new tires they made me pay a extra 30 dollars for my lugs then when I came back 5 mins later to tell them what happen to my headlight was my fault I would never recommend anybody to go there

we called him at 3 on a Saturday afternoon and by 4 we were back home with four new tires these people are outstanding they're reasonable and when they quote you a price on the phone that includes mounting balancing valve stems the works I would suggest people go there they are good people

I give a 2 because they are good with tires. That's about the only thing they really know although they offer other mechanical services. Let me warn you- if you need a part replaced go somewhere else!!! These guys don't respect your vehicle, they climb on it like a jungle gym, breaking things, breaking your part and using it anyway, disconnect things and not reconnecting, leaving pieces of old parts in the engine compartment, and not advising you that they made a mess, like spilling oil on the engine so when it smokes and smells like a chimney you think the worst and have to drive all the way back for a third time and the guy says, Well when and where did you change your oil? Y'all did 15 mins ago Gumby! Y'all might want to take that Mechanic Certification Test again. They do know tires though!

We came over at 4:02 on a Saturday after our tire blew coming down HW79. they told us they were already closed. Yet their location on Google says they re open until 7pm. We re talking 6 guys sitting on a couch still there and we couldn t get help with a tire and vehicle full of kids.It s alright now though, we went down to Brothers Tires, they re helping us out even though they were supposed to close at 4pm.

I bought 4 tires from them after about 3 weeks I noticed they were nearly bald. I went up there and they said they won't warnnty them. Today a month and 3 weeks after they were bought I bad a blowout on a back road. It was in the middle of the tire. No allignment issues wasn't even close time for a rotation. I literally drive 10 miles one way to school. 5 days a week. This was a 180$ waiste. After this experience I went and bought a tire Gauge and yes I have 4 children it's 2 days before Christmas so needless to say I don't have to money t

These guys have great service and selection, quick service as well and will jump through hoops to get what you're looking for if they don't have it in stock. I ordered wheels and tires and they had it the following morning

Very high priced tires so i went with the used and they were bad made my car pull no was not out of aliment made sure of that mechanic said it was bad tires

Clearly gouged my dually rim. Said could not have been them. DO NOT go here. Highly recommend anyone but this place
