We got a flat on hwy 259. We limped into Discount Tire & Brake on our space saver spare. They investigated right away and fixed us up in about 15 minutes. Great service. Clean waiting room. Thank you

Very personal and quick love the owner energy he s a great guy and will make sure you re satisfied before or after you leave also great tires and they will rotate for free when you re tires need to be!!!!

We had a flat 20 miles south of town while headed back to the Carolinas. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I ended up with two new tires at a great price and I ate the best BBQ sandwich of my life next door. I strongly recommend this place.

Worst place ever. I had a flat that ripped my tire from one side to the other. A few months before I had Bought tires and asked to do the alignment and they said it did not need it. They did charged for the alignment fee for checking. I went back because I felt like it needed an alignment and they said the same thing and charged again. Apparently it did need an alignment. The day I had the flat I took it to the dealership and they told me that it was in bad need of alignment. Don t ever go there for anything because when I told him he owed me a new tire he had all these excuses. I have the money to buy another tire it s just the simple fact that he doesn t take responsibility of his work. Robert the owner is only happy when buying but not willing to take responsibility when their is an issue. If I could give Discount tire a 0 star I would.

I was passing through and my tires had low psi they aired them up and checked the dor me at no charge. Super nice guys! The young man that did it was very knowledgeable. I will be returning when its time to replace my tires!! THANK YOU GUYS!

The man at the cash register was friendly and professional. The service tech was culturally aware and treated me like any other customer. The others shut the bay on me and straight ignored me. But GOD reminded me no weapon formed against me shall prosper!

Great place to get your tire and brake needs met. They are friendly, fast, and do a great job. If you buy your tires there you have a lifetime warranty on those tires including free rotations. Only place I'll go for tires and brakes.

Had a blowout on a tire south of here, rolled in on the spare. They replaced the tire and sent us back on our way. Great and fast service, would highly recommend them to everyone

Was able to carry a removed tire and have it patched and ba k on my way in about 30 minutes...did arrive early in the morning, and they were busy, but still was able to get in and out quickly...very friendly folks.

Very competitive prices. Great service. This is the place for tires in Rusk County!I had an emergency service need at just a few minutes before closing time and they took care of my vehicle with smiles. Technicians have great attitudes!

This is the best place in town to get new tires. They're fair and the speed of service is pretty good depending on how busy they are. The staff is always very friendly and professional. If you buy all 4 of your tires here, you get free rotations. To me, that's an added incentive to continue to do business here.

I have bought tires from there twice. First set was fine. Second set... He told me I have some on sell. They saved me a good $20. Now, a month and a half later, one is already damaged and has to be replaced. If new tires don't last loner than that, they should not sell them. I was an easy mark. Fool me once.....

Employee damaged valve stem on tractor tube. Now it will not hold air. Had a front end alignment on my truck. About 30 days later noticed a bumping noise. Left front assembly that the wheel mounts to was loose. Wear on left front is abnormal. Not a good alignment job at all.

Driving through from Nac to Tyler, I noticed my tire pressure light came on and dropped significantly! Being that I was in an unfamiliar area, I was reluctant to stop, but so glad I did! Brandon came out and said they could get it taken care of right away and they sure did! I was quickly back on the road! Prompt and courteous service... I couldn t ask for more!!

I was in town on business and unfortunately got a flat tire I stopped inconveniently because this is where my tire was low service was a little bit slow however they were very pleasant and honest which was a nice surprise considering I was from out of town they could have made me buy a whole new tire really when all it needed was a plug I enjoyed my experience here the waiting area was clean as well

Not affiliated with discount tire! If you travel a lot, go somewhere else. Independently own and we had a blowout parking in a residential area and had a blowout. We called and they made us deal directly with Perelli instead of helping us. Had the tire less than 2 months.

If you have tire problems or needs this is the place. They are so nice and accommodating. My visit today was a pleasure with reasonable rates.
