Very clean RV park. Nice bathrooms and laundry room. The one thing that would make it better would be to have picnic tables either at the sites or in the back area. Sites are close together but not terrible. And the wi-fi worked wonderfully. It's close to everything you need. Great location. I stayed in spot 8. For the money it can't be beat.

Owner is very friendly and accommodating. We called last minute and he accommodated us with no problem. Gave us the end site which was secluded from the full timers and gave us some privacy as well so we could set up our fencing for our four dogs. We arrived in a 40 foot quad slide and had no problems maneuvering around to our site. Site had full hookup with 50 amp service. He also honored our Passport America discount. There is also a small convenience store within walking distance.Neighbor had a couple dogs who were let out off leash that caused a little drama but our fence held up.We are a self contained unit so we didn t use the restrooms or laundry but other reviews said they were clean.Would recommend this spot if you are looking for a quiet safe place to stay for the night.

We stayed here November 2022. This park is friendly, very clean and safe. We really enjoyed ourselves and the other campers were very friendly.. Everything you need is close by. We are definitely going to come back.

Brett is by far one of the nicest people I ve ever met. My boyfriend and I moved to cross rv park and my boyfriend passed away in a car accident just a couple months after living there and Brett was right there making sure I was taken care of and had what I needed, He prayed over me and checked on me almost daily for weeks. The owners are very kind, I got Christmas cards and offered Christmas and thanksgiving dinner both years I lived there. The neighbors are also extremely friends and kind and I ve became super close with them over the passed almost 2 years I lived there. The laundry room and bathrooms were always clean and nice as well. If I ever needed anything he never hesitated to be there. I would recommend anyone to this rv park!!

I highly recommend Cross RV Park. We just moved to Texas and are waiting a couple weeks for our house to be finished up. We decided to stay at Cross RV Park and it was a great choice. Brett does an amazing job running the place. I can t say enough good things about Brett and the way he runs this place. The grounds are well kept, keeps the restrooms and showers spotless, and he ensures the place is family friendly. Everyone here is friendly and I ve been invited to several cookouts. Above all else, I was worried about loud and obnoxious neighbors BUT the park is pretty much calm and quite at all hours. I haven t once had to deal with loud music or people, easy to lay down at night and doze off in peace. It really makes a difference when you re traveling with family, especially younger kids. It has been a warm welcome to good ole Texas and I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Tired after travel, we called looking for an RV site for the night. Friendly and courteous gentleman led the way to our site and answered our questions ... then we realized we pulled him away from the Super Bowl game!Clean, level and shady sites. The bathroom facilities were fresh and clean with plenty of hot water for our showers. The rate was more than fair. We felt safe and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at Cross RV for six weeks while building a vacation cabin. Brett was friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs/questions. The bathrooms and laundry area were exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend this RV park to anyone, especially for a long-term rental.

Bret is awesome. His granddad built this park back in the 80s and it's been in the family ever since. Well maintained and he's selective on who he lets in so it nice and quiet. I highly recommend this park. The spaces are spaced so your not on top of everyone else. And the facilities are clean and well maintained. We are staying long term and can't say enough good things about Cross RV Park.

Stayed here for 5 months. I highly recommend Cross RV Park. It s quiet, clean and Brett shows excellent professionalism towards all his guest. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice spot to stop over for the night on our long haul road trip (both going and coming home). Easy access off the highway. Brett was a super friendly and courteous host that made sure we had everything we needed during both stays.

Easy access to this park off US79. Great for an over-night stop. Quiet, country vibe. Level enough pull thru asphalt sites, a little short for our MH+tow but would be great for shorter rigs/setups. Shower house clean and comfy. Helpful neighbors. The owner was friendly and accommodating, keepin' it simple. Believe the sign that says 'No RVs on this Road' on the far end of the park. Don't ask.

Quiet, plenty of shade,great managers on property keeping an eye on things. Friendly people and atmosphere. I've been here for over a month and enjoyed every minute. They helped me set up when I came in and even made me a chocolate pie. Awesome people and place to stay. Highly recommended.

We traveled to Henderson for a baseball tournament. Spent a couple weeks researching various parks and every search brought us back to Cross Rv Park.The location to the town amenities was a plus. The owner greeted us when we arrived and even lent a hand as we parked our 39 Ft Motor home, which fit great in the available spots. His son was the sweetest and our boys really enjoy his company. Nice and Clean! The grass area in our spot was enjoyable and the WIFI was amazing lol When we come back we will defiantly chose Cross RV park again. Mr. Cross made rounds throughout the park to ensure the safety and well-being of guest.We felt safe throughout our stay here.Thank you for having us!

My fiance and I have been here several months. We absolutely love the on site managers and all our friendly neighbors. We couldn't have asked for a better site! Clean bathrooms, clean showers, clean laundry room, managers keep the place up very well!

On our our way back home after spending a couple of weeks touring in central Texas. We made a over night stay at Cross Rv park in Henderson, Tx. The park nice and clean, very quiet and the guests that I came in contact with were very friendly. Mr. Cross was very curious and helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

The owner is friendly and the facility is always clean and well maintained. If you have any issues he will fix it promptly and with no hassle. It's a great place to stay.

Camp ground was clean, quiet, and had the amenities we needed for an extended stay. The park owner was very accommodating and responsive, going above and beyond to help your experience be as pleasant as possible.

Now this is not one of those big fancy chain parks! No pool, or spa, and thank God, no basketball courts! BUT if you want an economical place with full hook-ups including cable TV and FREE WIFI, this is your spot! Many sites even have large shade trees! They have clean Men's AND Women's bathrooms (no unisex here!) with hot showers, and a laundry room. The managers live on site and are so sweet and helpful. I stay here in my teardrop when I go to Henderson to visit my mom, so I have stayed here several times. And after checking out ALL the other parks in/near Henderson, this is the ONLY one where I would stay!

My father has been living here for a year now and from day one these people have been like family. They are Very helpful and the park is peaceful, clean and safe. There's not a better place in east tx to stay. I would recommend to anyone.

Can not say enough about the owners. We travel for softball 2-3 weeks a month and stay in RV parks all over East Texas. There nothing fancy about this park (pools, putt putt golf, or hot tubs) but they make up for it by treating everyone like family. We even had a good luck card in the door of our camper when we got back from the ball park on Sunday. Very clean restrooms and laundry room. Direct TV on each site and WiFi available. Depending on how full they are they can handle just about any size camper. Give this park a try and you on be sorry.

Moved to Henderson back in July.... absolutely love the town and rv park.the owner has went above and beyond to make our stay here feel like home here....it's quiet ,nice shaded trees, restrooms/showers, wifi,direct TV and short distance into town.....I would recommend this park to anyone wanting to stay in Henderson,tx for the night, weekend or etc...

The owners will tow your RV away illegally if you are half a day late with rent. Worst RV park in East Texas. Lie to your face and screw you over behind your back.

Quiet. And owner drives through at least once in the afternoon to check on things. Sure people relax and cook out at times but it is far from a party park.

Called after hours owner called back immediately gave me directions put us in a pull through stayed hooked up overnight restroom was clean with hot showers good wifi will stay here again when passing through.

Very nice ,quiet, close to shopping best thrift store lot of cheap items.would stay again camping price was rite.
