I had never been here before. I needed a front end alignment and the team at All Pro Automotive was All Professionals. They did a great job with no hidden surprises. I have definitely found my mechanic shop with All Pro.Thanks y'all

If you want to spend every dollar in your wallet, go to these guys! I ve found 3 repair shops that offered me a significantly amount less than Automotive in Henderson. (Same fixes)If you like saving money, and getting your vehicle fixed the right way, I would tell you to drive right past Automotive.Nice customer service though.. So I ll throw a 2 star. It was gonna be a 1

All Pro is my repair shop in town I trust. Todd has always treated me right and they consistently inform me if something needs addressing, even if it s not what I brought the car to them to repair. I ve been well pleased.

All pro automotive has been my auto shop of choice ever since moving back to Texas five years ago and members of my extended family also trust in them and I ve always received get service with no surprises at reasonable prices.Also, on the parts side they ve been very helpful by helping put in some of the lightbulbs which is something I wasn t expecting at a parts store

Always enjoy using All Pro Automotive for my mechanical problems. Todd is the best when it comes to customer satisfaction. I ve never been disappointed in any of the other staff either, they also are very knowledgeable and helpful. Really the only problem I had was that they didn t do it for free

These guys repaired my tire after I ran over a nail and also informed me of an oil leak which was unrelated to the tire issue. Thankfully I was able to get my car in the shop to address the oil leak, but I would have never known in the first place if it wasn t for the folks at All Pro Automotive. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

The only problem was they did offer to take me and my friend out to lunch. That includes Toad and Rufus. I like how they both are turning gray headed, Looks like matching book ends. If I can be of further assistance let know.

I just want to thank Jeremy (?) and Company so much for the late afternoon December 17 inspection and repair of my RV's levelers hydrologic system. I was driving through Henderson when my RV began to spontaneously admit white smoke with sensors going off. At first I had no idea what has failed, but it looked like the motor, transmission, and braking systems were okay. I quickly stopped and eventually figured out that it was the leveling hydrologics. In a panic, I contacted @ 20 different RV repair places, and either got a recording, a conversation saying that they couldn't repair that system, or they wanted me to tow it to them and they would be able to get to it four weeks later. On a verbal recommendation, I drove it to All Pro and he had it diagnosed, changed out the ruptured hydrologic line, inspected the other lines and even replaced a missing hubcap lug nut with a new one. I even asked him if I should just go ahead and replace all of the lines, and after thoroughly inspecting it, recommended against replacing any of the others. They were extremely helpful, and did their best to diagnose and correct the problem. I strongly recommend them, and I am eternally grateful to them for allowing me to continue with my trip to pick up my children for Christmas. Merry Christmas and thanks again.

I was stranded in Longview for 6 hours waiting for my 'roadside assistance' to pick up my truck and take it to All Pro in Henderson. We got there around 1:00 a.m. and I left my truck and put the key in the key box with a note explaining what happened. I got a text Monday morning acknowledging that All Pro had my truck. Todd Jimerson called me shortly thereafter to ask a few questions, give me an update and reassure me that everything was being taken care of. I have taken my automobiles to Todd several times and knew that All Pro would do what needed to be done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. And it was. When you are in a jam, it helps to have people you can count on to take care of things. I really appreciate Todd and All Pro.

I have been there more then one time. They are great. They are friendly and honest. I have thought I needed things done and they explained I really didn't need it at the time. They check everything when you have it serviced and couldn't be any more help. I feel confident when leaving there knowing that my car is in good care. I wouldn't take my car to any other place.

Both sides of the business are top notch! If you need service Todd and the staff in the service dept. will give you the help and advise you need for tires or repairs. If it's parts you're looking for Scott and the other people on that side know what you're talking about. Not what they are reading on a computer screen that they are supposed to ask you. Prices on tires, parts & repair are really fair when you compare what you get for your dollar.

Informative, honesty, and efficient. All Pro Automotive is all three! Informative-they are going to keep you on track for the services your car will need to keep on going. Honesty- they will not sell you a service you don t need. They ll keep it even keel and give you the facts. Efficient- they know what they are doing and they will do it well.It s not always easy to find a trustworthy car place but look no further!!

Found this place by pure accident & they did NOT disappoint. Very professional & worked me in the same day. Offered a ride back to my local place of employment & dropped my car off at my place of employment once finished diagnosing the problem. They had the part ordered & delivered the very next day & again I was able to drop my car off & their staff gave me a ride to work while they kept my car & fixed it. It was ready within hours. I will definitely use them again & give referrals to them.

I know I am going to get a fair shake here. They diagnosed my issues and ran me through on what did and didn t need to be done. They ve got a great staff and Jesus was really helpful in getting my repairs done expeditiously.

The staff and technicians are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful with questions, service, repairs and always courteous. Their commitment to customer service is excellent. If you need to leave your car, they will take you home or to work. If in Henderson. They will also pick you up to return to the shop to retrieve your car.

this Napa location is now a carquest but besides that the staff the employees there they're all great. Scott manager behind the counter is the best parts guy in the area. He will go above and beyond to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. I recommend this store to anybody needing anything automotive or heavy truck... If they don't have it, they'll find it.. 5 stars all the way. Best parts house in the area hands down,..
