I took my mom's 2013 honda pilot here for a timing belt job. I brought it here because it's my mom's only vehicle and I needed someone reputable to make the repairs so she wouldn't be broken down in the middle of nowhere. The reviews here made me confident that a good job would be done and I was not disappointed. They did an amazing job and the price was great. If I could leave ten stars I would. I'll be bringing my own personal vehicles here as well.

Big shout out to Automotive Super Center. While traveling through Texas, we had a noise coming from the wheel on our truck they got us right in and got us back on the road. They were professional and courteous as well as efficient and affordable. Highly recommend them!

Took my vehicle to this location on multiple occasions. They are super expensive. Twice they have claimed to fix the issue and I have had to take it somewhere else to either finish the job or to do the job that they were supposed to do. Recently I took my son's car in there and they diagnosed that it needed a new throttle body. $500 later I got the car back and it was idling 10x worse then when I took it in. I took it to Henderson Automotive on Main St to look at it and within 5 minutes he found the problem and had it fixed. Seems they did not connect 3 hoses back and they did not even bolt down the engine cover. (Pictured)

I regret not bringing my vehicle to Automotive Super Center sooner. Scott and Amanda are friendly, helpful and kind. They listen to your concerns and truly care about your vehicle. I appreciate their honesty. When one of the repairs on my vehicle got to a point where they were not knowledgeable enough to dig into it, they referred me to another shop. I also appreciate Automotive Super Center's determination. After multiple trips to the dealership and no resolution to the issue with my vehicle, I brought it to Automotive Super Center. They took the time to search for the issue with my vehicle and were able to get it fixed and get me back on the road.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

Love this location! Amanda and her crew are absolutely amazing! Great communication and very clean environment. As a young woman that does not know much about cars, they strive to explain and help effectively! Will definitely use this location for all of my car needs!

Honest mechanics, hard workers, and very knowledgeable. Mrs. Amanda is extremely compassionate and offers the absolute best customer service. My husband, Dan had me take my vehicle in for the alternator and they warrantied the part out so I didn't have to pay for the part. They also checked 2 other things that I was concerned about and they didn't charge me for their time and hard work. As a woman I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. The only thing that was an inconvenience was it took 2 days to get my car finished. Perhaps with covid they had some people out I'm not sure. Either way I highly recommend Automotive Super Center, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else in town.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I was passing through Saturday and had an issue with my truck and the guy up front (Scott) was very busy but told me if I could wait just a few minutes he would be happy to look at my truck. He looked at it and within just a few minutes he found a very minor issue that could have caused a big problem. I just wanted to let someone know this type of customer service to a woman especially passing through is so nice these days. And to top it off, he didn't charge me anything. Very professional and courteous.

I had just a simple inspection on my car and I was told that it would be 20 minutes to wait but only waited 5 minutes. By the time I got a price quote for a timing belt replacement to be done next week (cheaper than anyone) and a quote for wheels on my truck the inspection was done. No surprise, they are always fast and super friendly which is why I always go there.

Came in for recommended maintenance on my 2012 Toyota tundra. They got it all done in 1 day. Truck runs like it did when it was brand new. Lots of power was restored . Really happy with the work performed. Nice staff. They keep it honest. They do great work just don't get in a hurry. They do not accept scheduled appointments for oil changes. Twice I've gone and after an hour or more wait had to leave without service. The last time I arrive right after they had opened and was the only person in the lobby. After 75 minutes I asked what the hold up was and was told there were several ahead of me. Would have been nice to know upfront.

I have been here several times over the years. They do not honor any times you schedule unless they want to. Chris or Scott or whatever his name is will be annoyed if you ask about your vehicle hours later, then will push any future calls hours later to voicemail. Everything takes way too long, including oil changes often taking an hour. TV always playing FOX loudly. Sick of dealing with this place treating me like an unimportant customer despite my years of business and politeness.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I was on a road trip last week, and when I got to Henderson I was experiencing car trouble. I was still more than 2 hours away from my destination.I pulled into the Automotive Supercenter, and it was already the middle of the afternoon.I was already expecting to be stranded... It's late in the day... It has to be diagnosed... There are customers ahead of me.... Probably need parts and the list goes on.I have to give a huge thank you to Amanda Sadler!!! She took me in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, repaired my vehicle and had me back on the road by 5:30.Before I left, she identified a few other issues that I would need to pay attention to, and she even followed up with me the next day to make sure that I had safely made it to my destination, and that I was fully satisfied with the work that had been done!This was by far the BEST experience that I've EVER had in dealing with auto repair. Generally, as a woman, we are taken advantage of. I left feeling fully informed and cared for! BRAVO Amanda and Automotive Supercenter!

Called to check stock for tires on my vehicle, and while they didn't have any on hand, they were able to get them for me at their location by lunch. I called at 9AM, tires arrived by 11AM, and they were installed with an alignment done by 1:30PM all on the same day. Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were excellent as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in town. Great customer service.

Best Service Center in East Texas. Scott and Amanda's automotive knowledge along with the technical expertise of their technicians gives you piece of mind the job was done right the first time and at a fair price. Scott is so helpful and nice. I usually don't do very many reviews but I really feel like there job deserves 5 stars because of all there hard work. Also there priced very well and my car runs like a champ now I just wanted to show my appreciation

Had truck problems while camping at nearby state park. Found shop on internet search after 4pm. Got Immediate help and were on our way in a couple of hours. Great service and we'll done. I broke down on a back road while out of town. The wrecker drove me to Automotive Supercenter and we got there 10 minutes before closing. They stayed to fix my vehicle which was a fairly quick fix, and got me on my way. I was impressed by all of them. They could have waited until the next day to fix it. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat! Thank you so much.

Had a little rough experience on the phone yesterday, spoke with the manager today. She was a delight to speak with and revived my trust in the company. Been a customer a long time, will continue to do so becuase of their professionalism.

Walmart couldn't get the cap off and recommended their services. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on the process. Definitely will be returning for the other maintenance needed on my vehicle.

Scott always goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with are results.They are the best always nice and honest. I am always scared to take my car to the shop but after the awsome experience I had there it makes me feel comfortable to take my vehicle in when it needs to be fixed and actually pay for what I need without all the extras I would recommend this shop for anyone who needs there car worked on.

Got here at 2pm...lady said it would 30 to 45 min before they could get to us....so we went to smokehouse got lunch came back at 2:30....well....4pm....still waiting...I said something about how long we been here they finally pulled a mechanic to do my oil change....I'm sure they do good for some but...if I had not said something how much longer would I have had to wait... so...TatumK&L lube I'll never neglect coming to see you guys ever again.....1st and last trip here..4:20 an done....2 hra 20 min....for 15 min job

Stopped in to have a low tire checked and the crew was extremely courteous and friendly. They were busy but the gentleman behind the counter (Scott) was very helpful and extremely nice. We highly recommend this facility.

Was visiting my family when my water pump frozen up and caused my serpentine belt to break. With no water pump, power steering, or alternator functioning I would have stuck stuck until Monday if not for the incredible service that I was given.Scott was able to get me back on the road while not charging extra for Saturday or the rush service. The mechanic stayed late to make sure I had my truck ready to go.I later found out from the wrecker driver and some people at a local coffee shop that Scott and Automotive Super Center always go above and beyond for their customers. Great job guys, it was much appreciated!

I was searching for some 4x4 Tires for the first time. Most of the shops in Henderson treated me like I was just dumb and wasting their time. In fact, I didn't know what size would fit correctly without rubbing. The manager, Amanda, took the time to explain what tires and wheel sizes would work on my application. I found out alot about offsets + and -. I decided to buy a set of 33's and they look awesome. Thank you, you will be getting all my business in the future.

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab 2 wheel drive. I only use this truck on the road. In June 2017 the automotive supercenter in Henderson, Tx replaced upper and lower ball joints on both sides. They guaranteed the work for 24 months or 24,000 miles. I just learned today I need new ball joints again. I payed them $886.00 for the job and now have it to do over. Its been 2 years and 2 1/2 months. I've put 34,000 miles on them. The oringinal ball joints lasted 134,000 miles. I am very disatisfied and now have to get new ball joints again. Needless to say I won't do business with Automotive Supercenter again.Thanks, Mac McCarty.I want to update this review. Since writing it I have received a call from the manager at Auto Super Center in Henderson. She offered to replace the bad parts no labor or parts charge. This is a fair offer, but as I told her I already had the truck in another shop. She then offered to return my money for the parts being replaced that they had installed a couple of years ago. I accepted this offer. She said she would like to replace the other 2 that haven't gone out yet when they go out. I turned this offer down and said if good parts had been used to start with I wouldn't be dealing with all this. Then she said if I do have to replace the other parts she would bring replacements where ever I needed it. I thanked her. So you can see they try to please. I told her I wish I had been told there were better grade parts. Also after I had gotten the work done a couple of years ago, I had another repair I needed on another truck. She told me what they could do and I said I'll get back with an answer latter that morning. I called and she was out to lunch and the guy said he would let her know. No return call so I called again that afternoon and got same guy with same results. No call back from her. I tried the next 2 days and never got a call back. I just can't use a repair shop that doesn't return your calls for 3 days. I appreciate her call to rectify the problem but it is simply to little to late. I was spoiled because for about 40 years I used a shop that only installed the best parts. I never had to worry about their work, but the owner got old and retired. Since then I've learned many shops do not operate under the same premise, of course they would lose much of their business if they did, because many only want the cheapest price. I look at it in longer terms and the cheapest is the best parts in the long run. Bottom line..... ask a lot of questions, you have to be your own advocate.
