Paid over $2,000 just to replace the clutch in my dead sons Mustang. I told David how important this car was to me and my wife. We had never let anyone work on it for the fact it had belonged to our son Kyle D Cone, I'm sure a lot of people remember him as the Big unit playing football for Henderson High School. He was killed in August 18th 2014.Well I get the car back minus one transmission bolt,one only half way in and the bolt hole cut out of my manifold, I'm told this wasy fault for rushing him and the only way he would make it right is if my wife changed her bad review, she only gave him one star she didn't write anything because she was so upset. I had to wait over three months before my lawyer said it was okay.This picture is of me and Thomas Weeks he is a very good mechanic and he fixed my car.

I absolutely recommend using this shop. Early June, I broke down on the turning lane in front of 259 Automotive. Mr. David invited me to pull in his lot to diagnose the problem. He and his mechanics were very knowledgeable and due diligent. They found the issue, and he ordered the parts, installed and thoroughly tested. Thank you, David, and staff for doing a great job on my truck. I will be bringing my other vehicles here and recommending them to everyone.

Highly recommend 259 Automotive! I was stranded at Walmart at 4:30pm on a Friday not to mention also a holiday weekend. David was quick to get a wrecker out to me and we were back at the shop in 30 minutes. He was very fair and honest which is hard to find these days. He worked overtime and found the part I needed and had me back in my car asap. Biggest thanks to the hard workers at 259 Automotive

Wow !!! David the owner went above and beyond helping me get things straight with car shield..He did everything he could and more to help...They replaced the motor with a low mileage motor that car shield payed for....they replaced all the gaskets made it look new!! Awesome shop!! Truck has never ran this good!!

My son had an emergency and David got his truck in right away and fixed in one day. We may have got it at 10pm but he made sure my son was back on the road the next day!

Fuel injector replacement. Amazing place to take you vehicle to for anything that needs attended to. The owner David as well as his employees are extremely knowledgeable in what they re doing. Very professional and I honestly couldn t express enough what great work they do including their professionalism. And treating their customers with kindness. As well as explaining in detail as to what needs to be done. Highly recommend.

This is the place that you want to go to if you want honesty and individuals that care for you and will check in periodically not just with updates on the job, but also on you. My experience working with them honestly was one of the best that I have had working with a mechanic in a long time, especially since I recently moved out to this area for work. I was given an estimated cost at the beginning as well as a time period and given updates as things changed. Even when things didn't go according to plan, they were able to update me swiftly and they even took it upon themselves to expedite the job knowing that I had other arrangements. I really felt as though that they cared about me as a customer and my needs and they also wanted the best for me and my vehicle. Even though I don't live in the area, I would plan to bring my car back given the experience instantly. Much thanks!

We were on our way home from port Aransas to Kansas City and our truck kept overheating. We had to stop several times as the temperature was extremely high. Luckily, the last time we pulled over happened to be in front of 259 Automotive! David was able to get us right in and after just a few hours, had us up and running. We were able to get home without further incident!!! And to top this off, he called to check on us!!! We HIGHLY recommend David for any automotive needs!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

David is an exceptional mechanic. We brought him an old truck that no one knew anything about and he tried to fix it. When it was time for payment, the bill was high and he worked with us. He also helped us with other parts and worked with us on them. I am grateful that there are people like David who still tries to help people out. If you need something done on your vehicle stop in at 259 Automotive in Henderson, TX and ask for David. I hear he's a pro when it comes to air conditioning on your vehicle or your home!!Services: Exhaust, Engine repair

First it was an 800 dollar fix then it turned into 1400 and then finally it was 2400 after they got done with that David calls me and tells me I just need a new motor now.. My engine was worse off than when I took it there I get it to my house and look inside the motor they didn t put screws back in to hold the cover for the fan and a seal was missing. I called them about it and they said they would come take care of it, never did.. these guys are a scam wouldn t recommend taking any vehicle hereService: Engine repair

Knowledgeable staff. Caring about customer and their concerns at an admirably high level. My vehicle was in reduced power mode and I had 0% acceleration. At a fair price I was returned with a replaced throttle body and position sensor. I will return for my shop needs.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to David and his staff. I was on my way into town to visit family over Labor Day weekend when my air went totally out. We called the only automotive shop open who said yes bring it up and we will see whats wrong. David immediately let me know what was wrong. I informed him we needed the car back by Monday morning to return home. David worked all day on SUNDAY to fix my car. When I picked the car up, he gave me his cell phone and told me to please call him when I made it safely back home and if there was any problems he would pay for my gas to return and fix the issue. Wow what service!!! Great work, great service, and gave me a lifetime warranty! You can't go wrong bringing your car to 259 Automotive.

I have to say this place is very professional and very courteous. I personally know the owner and we are good friends. We have had him work on 2 of our vehicles and he did a wonderful job on both. David Gomez inspected my vehicle before I towed it to his shop, 259 Automotive and agreed to repair my car. He demanded payment in full for the repairs to my vehicle even though the repairs were not complete. I felt it unfair for him to request payment in full. Therefore, I suggested to pay half of the payment now and half upon completion of the work, to which he blatantly disagreed to the point of having a temper tantrum and hanging up the phone on me. After sending a message to David of my opinion of his unprofessional behavior, unethical business tactics, and childish antics, he began an irrational rampage of endless text messages (53, to be exact, within the time span of two hours) and phone calls trying to justify his demand for full payment without finishing the promised work. He even stated that he was doing me a favor trying to locate rims because he does not do rims or tires. This information was never disclosed to me at any time before my refusal to give him full payment for an incomplete job! He then suggested to sell me a rim from one of his scrap cars for $50.00 plus take possession of my rim. The rim in question did not match my rims. At this point, I requested he halt any further repairs to my vehicle. After retrieving my car, I realize that my car was not properly aligned even though I had paid for an alignment. I returned to the shop and was met with more unprofessional, irate, name-calling behavior which finally ended with David having to take my car to an alignment shop to correct the problem. All of this transpired because of David's inability to locate the correct rims for my car and his efforts to replace them with any rims regardless of the size or condition.

They charge you a fee just for paying with a debit card. No other repair shop in town does this.

We needed someone to repair our ac unit on our RV and 259 Automotive was the only shop that was open. They got us in and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Thanks guys you saved our vacation.

They were on it in a timely manner. After $1000 in repairs I was told it needed additional $1000 repairs. When I left the fan they replaced stopped working causing me an additional $775.

We were stranded on a holiday weekend, and luckily for us, they were the only shop open. They were kind, courteous, honest, and fast. David Gomez The Owner Professionally Fixed My Air Conditioner And During The Diagnostics Got My Entire Electrical System Working, He Drove Me Home Once When I Left My Car There Overnight, He Rates As One Of The Best Smartest Honest Mechanics I've Ever Known In My 62 Years On Earth, The Entire Staff Is Synchronized With Him, I Recommend Them When You're Car Or Truck Needs Attention.
