WOW - I can't say enough good things about WCP&B. I was involved in a bad accident (hit and run). Their tow truck showed up very fast to pull me out of a ditch in the dark and rain, then drove me to a dry location where we waited for my son to pick me up.Their body shop wasted no time and got to work on extensive repairs to my vehicle (it was almost totalled). They had my car ready in 4 weeks - much quicker than I anticipated considering the amount of damage - and when I got it back it looked and drove like brand new. You would never know it was in an accident. They did a FANTASTIC job!!The staff was also friendly and called multiple times to give me status updates on repairs.In the unfortunate event you're involved in an accident, this is the place to get it fixed. Great work! I highly recommend!

I found this place by accident when my daughters Jeep caught on fire and was towed to their location. They handled the situation with grace and were helpful. Once it was determined it could not be fixed and I didn't have that kind of insurance they gave me some time and options to handle the car. I will be taking my family vehicles to them for work now they have shown they are a company with integrity.

I can not say enough good things about Jeremy who came and towed my car. I hit a deer and was stuck in the middle of nowhere. Jeremey called me multiple times to say he was on his way and the progress he was making getting to me.Jeremey drove me home and was an excellent driver. I felt very safe. He was also just a very nice man. It was a somewhat traumatic night for me but his pleasant manner and conversation made it better. Thank you for your kindness.

Thank you for excellent service and an extended cab! Jeremy met our family in Cypress and towed our vehicle back to the Alvin area. No one ever wants to be stranded on the side of the road. Jeremy at WCP&B, made the experience less stressful and now I know who to call if we re in that part of town and need help.

Our car broke down in Chappell Hill and the folks at Waller County Paint & Body were super helpful. The roadside support guy tried everything he could to get us back on the road. When it became clear that we needed a new part, he coordinated the tow, and they very kindly transported us (including my elderly mother-in-law) across the highway to a restaurant where we could wait for a friend to come get us. The cost to replace the part was quite reasonable, and everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, and helpful.

Jeremy at Waller County paint and body was a lifesaver! Had some trouble with my car and had to tow it quite a ways and he kept in touch with me the whole time which was awesome! Just want to say thank you jeremy for taking such good care of my vehicle

Jeremy was polite and friendly. He was eager to assist us with the tow of our car even though it was well after midnight when he had the car loaded and ready to take us another 20 miles.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I got in a wreck and they repaired my car which only caused more damage. Then they never communicated when my car would be done and kept adding on extra prices . It was over a month when i finally got my car back and once again just to be in an even worse position. Gee thanks

Had a great experience with this shop! My car broke down at a Buc-ees nearby, and Jimmy from Waller County Paint & Body was sent by my insurance to tow my car. Unfortunately, the shop that my insurance sent us to was closed down, but Jimmy went out of his way to take me to Waller County so I wouldn t be stranded. They immediately assessed my vehicle and fixed it so I could go home within the hour. Highly recommend them, they re very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your car gets fixed no matter what!

If I could rate any higher I would. It's my birthday. My family and I broke down on the side of the road and this godsent angel did everything he could to get us and our babies back on the road. He didn't have to help us but he did. Thank you for all your help sir.

One of the fastest towing experiences I ve ever had!! The guy who towed our car was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also recommended us a tire shop to provide us with further assistance. I definitely have to give this company a 10/10!! Would definitely recommend to friends/family. Locked my keys in my trunk and 2 gentlemen helped me get them out by trying many differentways. I highly reccomend them if you need helped getting your keys out!

Fantastic company. Raul came out and did "the impossible" (per other tow companies) and made it look easy. I could not be more impressed. He arrived faster than quoted and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He's my our #1 choice from now on. Thanks for saving the day!

lady in impound VERY RUDE. Police impounded my car and im trying to get info about it and she tells me shes tired of explaining herself when this us the FURST time she spoken to me. I would NEVER recommend. Be cautious

SCAM COMPANY.I had a simple tire that needed to be changed on the new section of 99. The shoulder is a lane wide, non-rushhour, and the flat was on the passenger side. The driver called to ask what kind of coverage I had so that he could charge them for a tow vs a tire change. When I did not tell and called AAA they did not show. 2.5h wasted because I would not play into the insurance scam

THIS PLACE HAS HAD MY CAR FOR OVER 2 MONTHS! We were quoted 10 days. When we called them after 3 weeks we were told supply chain issues. Fine, but why did I have to call them to find out. Why didn t they reach out? Over the last 2 months I have called and checked. TWICE I was told my car would be ready the next day and they would call to confirm pickup. TWICE when I called them to confirm (because no one can be bothered to call me) I was told it wasn t ready yet. The last time we were told it s still missing a part. How are they going to tell me it s just getting detailed and will be ready by noon the following day. Then all of a sudden 2 days later it isn t ready at all because it s still missing a part?Do they even still have my car?Needs better customer communication. I shouldn t be having to call for updates like this. They should be reaching out to me when there are issues and to give updates since we now in our 3rd month of waiting.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Claimed my low side suction hose was leaking. Turned out to be my condenser was clearly leaking. They will try to scam your insurance. Either they're terrible at trouble shooting or they're liars.

Not one of their tow trucks almost killing me just to merge into the high way . If that s how irresponsibly they drive I can only imagine the type of service they provide .SMH literally almost killing me just to merge .

I had a flat tire on my motorcycle today near Hempstead, and this is who Geico set up to tow me to Houston to have my tire fixed. Wrecker driver was very professional, friendly, and performed his job with excellence.

Mu husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Waller County Paint and Body shop for yrs. We have worked with Paul who is a real nice man who is true to his word. We are always satisfied with the work that was done. When I get my oil changes, first person who greets me is Debbie. They are an outstanding group. I have never had a vehicle worked on that the mechanics have not been great. I have used James, Izzy and Paul at different times and they are patient and very respectful of their customers. I do not recall the name of the check in desk ladies but they are also outstanding.
