Fast and did a good job, highly recommend this Valvoline over the one located Waller. Waller location isn t open on weekends, and the general manager is rude. If you re in this area, this location is the way to go.

Had a great visit with Gary & Kam today. They do oil changes and mechanical repairs at their shop. The Best thing is they have GREAT PRICES on my favorite oil, Royal Purple!! They also have a $15 rebate as well.Please help sponsor & support this local employer & business

The best place in town to get your oil changed at! Bre is the best, she gets you in and out in no time. We ve been going to them for years and don t plan to change any time soon! Highly recommend!!

I am currently at the Hempstead location and the manager Breanna is the most hard working person I have seen in a long time .Brenna has great customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable.I would highly recommend Brenna for a promotion due to work ethics and they way the other employees respect her authority.I am a reitired Construction Manager both residential and commercial.I know a very valuable asset when I see one .Service: Oil change

UPDATE! SHOW THE VIDEO! Post a link right here! The oil filter on a 2008 Mini Cooper hatchback can only be changed from the top, it is impossible to change from the bottom. I sat in the car the whole time they never change the filter if there's video showing otherwise post it here and I'll apologize, but since we both know there isn't any video I think you should apologize. They didn't even know where the filter was located until I showed them they tried to tell me it was in the bottom....... They claim they changed my oil filter after I went to another mechanic they told me they didn't. I went back and told them they didn't change the oil filter I took video of the whole process they did not change my oil filter until I finally confronted them and they denied it the whole time you could plainly see the filter was old and the filter they claimed they put in there would not fit finally they got the right filter no apology just mean looks that's all not coming back again ever!

Have always come here for all my fluid needs for my car. Had great service and Gary is really great. But the reason for the 4 instead of five is that your state inspection machine has been broken for two weeks now. They told me the problem but it doesn't seem like it would take two weeks to fix. Have always come to this store for my state inspection but I guess I will have to go elsewhere for that.Service: Oil change

**UPDATE**Almost immediately after this review posted, Mr. Danny Villasana, the customer relations liaison, posted a reply expressing his disappointment in the experience i described in my review and asked me to reach out to him via email, which I did shortly thereafter.And let me say this: in all my 39 years, I have never known of any other company who reacted so swiftly and showed genuine desire to "make things right".Mr. Villasana informed me that "their area manager would be going up there to retrain the entire team on professionalism".WOW!And, if that wasn't enough, he's even also told me that he would like to "make up for my past experience by taking care of your next oil change".I am utterly speechless at the actions and sense of urgency Mr Villasana is giving my issue only wish more businesses would ALL business would react this way to customer complaints!now THAT'S customer service. _______________________horrible customer service. jason, the technician, seemed as though he was personally offended when i opted out of providing my physical address, email address and phone number. he made several sarcastic comments about it and this sarcastic attitude lasted throughout my entire visit.my experience was completely void of any sort of "customer service" and friendly interactions.this was my first time visiting this establishment and, based solely on the "service" i got from jason, it is most definitely my last.Service: Oil change

I like this location, good friendly enployees took care of my oil change quickly. The manager, i forgot his name was awesome explaining the different types of services offered there. I will definitely continue to do business here, beats driving long distance for maintenance, and saves me time from changing my own oil.Keep up the great work guys.Service: Oil change

I do like coming here to get my oil changed because they are fast and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars but for some reason, they no longer vacuum out your car. I always thought that was part of the oil change package but the past 3 or 4 times, they have not vacuumed.

DO NOT USE THIS HIGH PRICED PLACE!!! My husband took his F350 here for an oil change today and they charged him 2 1/2 times what other places charge for an oil change. It was over $80 and he took his own oil and filter!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I normally use another location in Hempstead for my car inspection however today I thought I would try Valvoline. Do not make the mistake as I did if you need to have your registration or title done that day. Their date and time stamp is off by one day and so when I went to get the title they informed me the inspection was not in the system and that this is a regular problem they have with this Valvoline location. When I called the Valvoline location they said that there s nothing they can do to change this as it is a problem with the state inspection s system. I do not have this problem at any other location which is why I am recommending if you need to get your inspection and your registration / title in the same day do not use this location.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TOO THIS PLACE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!!!! I came to get an Oil change Tuesday 9/29/2020. An hour later after It s done, my car is SMOKING in the front of the car and I get a notification in saying my water temperature is hot. I immediately pull over and call Valvoline and tell them what is happening with my car. The young lady that did my oil change answers the phone and says she may have put too much coolant in my car ..... what????? Unprofessional!!!!! When I get there the two managers show me where there was a crack and tell me that I needed to get my radiator replaced. I came for an oil change that s it!!! Everything on my car was fine and it wasn t smoking until I left Valvoline in Hempstead!!! The young lady that worked on my car made it very clear that she messed it up. I told the two mangers there Jerome and the other manager with the tattoos on his arms that she told me she messed up and everything was fine with my car until I left here. They proceeded to tell me that after a while I have to get it replaced. Which it shouldn t have happened in the first placed!!!! I came to get an oil change ONLY!!! and now I have to pay $441 to get a new radiator which I should not have paid for being that it was their mistake & refused to take off 2 hour labor!!!!!!!! Plus when I get there to pick up my car the manager with the tattoos says I didn t do it . Yeah their inexperience employee did it and made it very obvious and they didn t do anything about it!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! VERY DISGUSTED & DISSATISFIED!!!!Service: Oil change

Super fast. Super friendly. I always dread getting work done on my car because Im not a car guy but I had a great experience with no fuss or trying to get me to pay for things I don't understand. Had the oil changed on my car on 2 different occasions. The first oil change they put a cracked gasket on the filter and oil leaked all over my driveway. Figured this was probably a one time thing and gave them a second chance and got another oil change from them. This time they put on the WRONG filter for my car and on top of that this one also had a cracked gasket. Needless to say I will NOT be going back to them for service after having oil all over my driveway and having to pay for FOUR oil changes instead of 2.Service: Oil change

I am a young female and stereotypically I m seen as easy prey to make a sale since I look like I wouldn t know anything about cars. However, this Valvoline treated me like they would any client which was much appreciated. They were extremely efficient, helpful, and most importantly kind. I was in town visiting a passing relative and the last thing I wanted to do was get my oil change but I had a long drive home and it needed to be done. Braylon, Kristus, Markees, and Matthew were nothing but professional and respectful. I ll make sure to visit again next time I m in town and need an oil change.Service: Oil change

Called and gave them my vehicle description and asked how much a oil change would be the guy answered 69+ tax. So I go get a oil change and the price goes up to $111.99. I said you told me $69 plus tax on the phone. Oh sir I can take $7 off. I will never visit another Valvoline establishment again. They did get me out in 15 minutes though

Just in the future hope this helps someone else out. Got work done at the place recommended I get a 3 stage fuel injector cleaning and end up causing issues. General Manger Called me and said cause I didn't take it back to than they basically don't have to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my family or friends.

I have worked at this shop for more than five years... i like to see my money getting put back in to the towns. That i have lived in for more then 26 years... great to know that the people of Waller tx and Hempstead tx have a place that is open 6 days out of the week... to have there car serviced and inspected we offer many of services and support for all vehicles... big or small we have many filters and oils and many preventive maintenance services in house... and if we don't have it on are shelves we can order from local distributors... Come on in we look forward to seeing you and your family 6 days a week 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday's.... ValvolineExpress care Hempstead tx..

80 year old father took his 2017 Ford Fusion in to get serviced. They put 2 customers that came in after him ahead of him. Over inflated all 4 tires causing the tire pressure monitoring system alarm to come on.Very dissatisfied.
