If only all Pilot truck stops were managed as well as this location. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, large clean showers. Parking lot grounds kept nice. It's a good restaurants within easy walking distance. Thank you to the manager and staff.

Small pilot compared to most on major interstates. Skeleton crew running things. Pretty clean inside. Good selection of things. Easy on off interstate location. Subway and chicken inside. McDonald's, taco bell ND sonic within walking distance. Large lot around back for semi trucks if you need to pull off and catch some sleep.

Been going here for a while lately the dunkin express has been not up to par they are always out of the cream and the coffee and the straws ect ! Or somone is just not making it ? There is only 2 good cashiers names areMichelle and justin and the 2 managers are always rude to customers the only reason i come back is the coffee when its available!!

This Pilot For Some Reason Is Always An Inconvenience For Us As Truck Drivers. Last Time It Was Doing Concrete Work On 4 Lanes Only Leaving 2 Open For Fueling (During The Day). Now They Have No Ice In Half Of The Machine And Can't Use The Restrooms Because Someone Is Cleaning It . That Doesn't Make Sense You Shut Down Half Of Bathroom And Work Backwards. Corporate Needs To Leave This Store Alone And Let It Run. Smh

Rude cashiers! Highly recommend not stopping at the Hempstead location. Manager needs to be fired. Also bathrooms are always dirty!

Clean truck stop , they have most of the needed items and supplies that most of them do in stock , easy on and off the highway.

Though it's a 24 hour gas station catering largely to truckers, it doesn't matter what time of day I come in, it's always a good interaction when I check out. The Pilot app is amazing for coupons and deals and I appreciate the 10% off food and drink discount for Veterans. Overall, the company is great and this location is one of the best I've been to.

What can you possibly ask for a place like this you just wish it was bigger for the rest of the driver to come and enjoy after a long day of work. The showers are huge and phenomenal and there s a lot of options for food. Staff is very friendly 10/10

I stopped there for a 34.This Pilot is on the smaller side, parking wise. Easy access in and out.The store has a wide selection, and is relatively clean. Good offer of fresh food and deli.They had a water heater issue that morning, which prevented me from doing laundry, and delayed my shower for a few hours. Since I was on a 34, it was inconsequential. Shower was clean, with ample space.Employees were friendly and helpful.There are several restaurants within walking distance, in addition to the attached fast food options (Subway, McD). Overall, a pretty decent place.

On Saturday 6/17/2023 around 12:30 am my husband and I entered this place wanting to have a coffee from Dunkin Donuts, the cream was not in good condition and we approached Mr. Marion and told him and he efficiently and kindly solved the problem making our road trip enjoyable. Thank you very much Marion, God bless you and we wish you all the health and luck in this life! Thank you!

shout out to this pilot. best ever. they have a dunkin dounuts in here and they have a sausage & cheese pigs in the blanket. so so wonderful! and to the manager! your awesome!

We had challenges with the RV and had to leave the RV parked overnight at the pilot station. The people here were friendly help a courteous and reassuring that it was not a big inconvenience to them. The store is clean the restrooms are clean and they have showers here also because it is a travel center. We are grateful to the folks here for being such a generous host to us in our time of need.

I could not get a hold of my husband, which is unusual for my husband. And the sweet lady working there went and checked on my husband. I can not thank her enough! Not everyone will do that. Thank you again!

That was perhaps the best shower of my life including the ones I take with my wife. The water pressure in shower 1 was able to sandblast 10 years of grime where other showers have failed. My only complaint was the sandpaper-like towel. Truckers need fluffy towels, please. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very expensive fuel. Parking lot not the safest looking place and it's dirty. The restrooms are ok and the store was clean enough. The employees are friendly at least.

This pilot only has 5 showers ! Took 1 hour to get a shower when I was next in line! And all the surrounding restaurants close for truckers . Drive thru only or be at the dine in before 12 when they close.

Omg, the showers are amazing. Huge. Hot water. Loved the bench in & out of the shower. Plenty of parking available when we got here. Definitely marking this place as a favorite. Good coffee in the A.M. clean store.

Pilot in general is one of the better chain truck stops to pull in to, there are some nicer Pilots and some not so nice.This Pilot was a great experience, Micah at the front desk and the PJ Fresh section was super helpful and friendly. The whole staff for that matter was also super dope.I'd be happy to stop here again in the future.

The best pilot I've been to yet I was a little disappointed when I first arrived the hot water wasn't hot in the shower but it was quickly fixed. The people here are awesome really a good experience. staff from other pilot stores should come here and get some experience. This store is extremely clean I just can't say enough about this place I'm very impressed I travel all over the United States and you just don't come across a pilot in this good of shape with such nice people

Bathrooms need cleaning badly. Sanitary napkin disposal have been overflowing since we got here 3 hours ago. In the light of the current health scare not very healthy. Rest of the store is nice. Friendly employees.

The showers in this place are HUGE. I think the biggest I've ever seen in a Pilot or Flying J. There are sit down benches in and out of the shower. Has both a regular and a hand-held wand. Great customer service, sit down area with PJ Fresh and Subway. As big as this place is, could use a little more parking up front for the expediters, but it is decent.

Markee shoes McDonald's and Subway which this location has neither..PJ fresh deli closed on a Friday night. No food for drivers...we run 24/7/365 will not be stopping here again. Cashier was not concerned she just told me to call corporate. I WOULD EXPECT THE MINIMUM AND HAVE HOT DOGS OR TAQUITOES ON THE ROLLER GRILL. BUT NO THAT WOULD HAVE INVOLVED THE 4 PEOPLE STANDING BEHIND THE REGISTER TO ACTUALLY WORK.

Stopped here around 2pm on a friday to use the restrooms only.The restrooms here were so clean and smelled so clean too.Something so little means so much when you've been traveling for hours on the road for the past few days.Thank you!

Waited about an hour for a shower because the maintenance guy was standing around talking to the girls at the register in front 3 showers needed to be cleaned and four people were waiting.plus there was no coffee .myself and another customer had to ask one of the three girls stand around talking and on their cell phones to make coffee. Then finally after my shower I bought more coffee and snacks and the girl at the register had her cell phone on the register texting someone while she was ringing us out and she didn't even speak to me at all. Maybe you should look at who is managing them as well.because they were all standing around and on thier phone right at the register so the manager knows.... The store could have used some cleaning as well.plenty work to be done while they were getting paid....so sad....you have a great business just bad employees. It makes the store look bad .
