I am going to have to be honest here. I have taken my car here to get suspension work done, and while the mechanics do a great job, not so much on the side of the lady who translates for them. Several times, i have seen her yell at them, in front of me, that's not how you conduct business in front of a customer. I even have been disrespected by her for asking general questions, and i suffier from bad anxiety, no need to treat me with an attitude just because you think you can.The owner is nice however ,but i do think some restructuring could be done if you expect customers to keep returning. I don't believe I'll be back due to the fact i don't like how the mechanics are being treated, they are only human after all.

Beware the 5 star reviews are fake if I could give this place negative stars I would customer service is a pure joke . Amy doesn t even have slightest bit of credibility to be a receptionist just rude and don t understand the car business at all just being a translator for the owner and mechanics and don t even do that right straight up rude and will not talk to you like you are a customer and you just gave her hundreds or even thousands of your hard earned dollars, the mechanics are alright and will do the job but speak no English and they like to drink beer so it s going be slow process getting your car back unless the boss is really pushing them if you don t speak Spanish or don t got a lot of money and time to spend waiting as they will not call with updates do not answer the phone periodically and even change the number on their GOOGLE page just straight up amateurs looking get suckers on the mechanic market and charge high prices for bad service go somewhere else it might be more expensive but you ll at least get what you paid for and get some damn good customer service unlike this place

GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT TO THE SHOP AND I WAS DROPPED OFF AT WORK NOT HAVE TO CALL IN WHEN I HAD CAR TROUBLE, NOT TO MENTION MY CAR WAS READY THE NEXT DAY.
