My girlfriend and I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape here. The process was smooth and easy. A little over a week after purchase, we had a transmission failure with the vehicle. Aaron, the service manager and salesperson for us, was very receptive to the problem. He right away told us they would take care of it and even had it towed all the way from Dallas where we were staying with my parents. Within a week the vehicle was ready to go again with a brand new transmission. We are grateful for the true professionalism at this business that saved us from what could have been a very hard time.

Recently purchased a 2015 Caprice. At first look I had some concerns that Marie and Junior helped get resolved. No haggling required, they have solid prices and a very clean inventory. They went above and beyond to help me get the transaction as smooth as possible.

Hands down, this has been an incredible buying experience. Right out of the gate, Junior made me feel confident about choosing Chief's. Having only purchased 2 cars in over 20 years, I was super nervous about the prospect of having to buy a car. Junior made me feel comfortable and was incredibly patient. This is a no pressure establishment! Not once was I made to feel the weight and stress of buying from them. They exceeded my expectations and I encourage anyone interested in one of their vehicles to go over there and meet with them.

Contacted Aaron with Chiefs Auto Group and within 24 hours and a very reasonable down payment I had a 2017, outfitted Tahoe sealed down from 1900 miles away. Very good customer service and communication all the way through the sale and even after. Would definitely recommend Chiefs Auto Group for agencies that are looking for great equipment or used vehicles that are taken care of!

Chiefs Auto Group is the absolute best! Our non-profit rescue group needed a good quality, reliable, yet affordable vehicle to replace one that had aged out. The folks at Chiefs Auto Group were knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of their way to find us the perfect replacement vehicle. I couldn't recommend them more highly. When we we need our next rescue vehicle we will look no further than Chiefs! They are the absolute best!

It says on the contact form on their website that you can contact them for the reason of "appraisal." So I called to ask about selling them a vehicle and I got told by the woman who answered, in the most obnoxious way, "ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm we do not BUY vehicles or accept trade-ins." As though I was stupid for asking. So that's really unfortunate if customer service is otherwise top notch, as many of the other reviews here indicate, because she was not.

Simplest car buying experience we have ever had! We had been looking for a Tahoe and a friend on my husbands department recommended Chiefs. We called Junior and within a day, we had all the vehicle information, the paperwork and drove down from Dallas. The Tahoe was exactly as described and they even added a console! We were there maybe 30 min and that included the test drive. We really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Our family will be buying from Chiefs again! Vincent and Jennifer

This is the place for good ex cop vehicles for reasonable prices. Everyone is respectful and the customer service is great. I ve bought a 2018 ford Taurus police interceptor and a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe ppv from them. So be sure to come check them out because you won t be disappointed.

Over the past few years we have purchased three vehicles from Chiefs and have friends who have also purchased there, they make the whole experience very easy. No pressure, you can test drive any vehicle, very reliable, and they have the best cash prices of other dealers we have previously purchased at. This is a great family owned business and we are glad to be part of their family.
