These people offer storage for cmv vehicles. They are racist. They charge you storage then harass and threaten drivers sent to retrieve equipment. The owner uses derogatory slang directed at minorities. Disrespectful, old-fashion, wannabe good ole boy . You will not see or find one black employee I bet they want black dollars , lol Only the people they can control or cheat That s probably why the place is sooooo rundown. The place is a overall reflection of the owners character, run down, beat up, shabby, I wonder if any of those mechanics are even really certified. 5 mechanics working under 1 license. Look at all the junk just laying around. What kinda master mechanic works in filthy conditions???

I really would like to give more stars, but there are a couple of issues that don't sit well with me.1. I got there and the front door was still locked (no issue) and walked over to the big bay door and three employees looked at me and kept walking. It took me stopping one before any assistance was offered.The whole experience with the staff was great after that...truly.2. After working on my truck and making it back to San Antonio I ended up replacing a new drum because the breaks were not adjusted properly.If not for that I would have given max stars!! I'm not sure if I was dealing with the owner or manager but he was awesome. I had some break hardware and drums replaced and I was taken care of for my long wait in the shop. I really hate I had to replace that drum again.*****The pricing was fair******

Super Lousy Work and Greedy! Took my truck here for some touch up repairs and walked out with a $2100 bill. The kicker is they fixed 1 thing out of the 5 I asked for. Tried calling to discuss with the owner Hayden and was ignored. I m confused at how it took 1 week to put a quick release valve, an oil return line (which I supplied) and a nox sensor on. They charged $127 labor to check the alignment yet I str8 up asked them to just align the truck and center the steering wheel. Then turned around and didn t align the truck nor center the wheel. $227 in labor for a return line which takes 30 minutes to put in And I supplied the part! Failed to fix the abs issue which I specifically said the abs sensor and or valve needs replacement. The light is still on and I ve still got an air leak. $69 is shop costs (huh), $22 for fuses that I already have sitting in my dash under the radio. And the fuses were even the problem! The air leak is the main reason I came they couldn t get that 100% right. Yet there s a $167 diagnostic fee for that. You might as well go to the dealer instead. At least you ll get fixed up, sit the same amount of time and pay about the same. You guys deserve 2100 stars for that job on my truck. 1 star for every dollar you stole not fixing my truck. I ll make sure I never send any work to this business. Lousy work!

I was stranded away from home with brake issues on my truck. The friendly folks at Barry squeezed me in so I could get back home. I had read the negative reviews before going there and didn't experience anything negative like the bad reviews mentioned. The service price was very fair and I would recommend them.

I really love the team at Barry Fleet Services!They are a family owned and ran business that provide honest & loyal work to their customers. 4 weeks in the shop and the truck has been able to run 1000 miles on a 6k bill .run just run away from this shop same answer its not our fault....Services: Electrical, Engine repairServices: Electrical, Engine repair

DO NOT GO HERE !Took our vehicle with one problem and came out with another problem. I was told I had to keep paying in order for them to even find what is wrong with it. Paid 1K for it to not work anymore.

I brought a truck in to have some work done. They told me the price before hand and it was that price when I picked it up. After a thousand or so miles the truck broke down again. I didn t have time to diagnose the problem let alone fix it. We sent it to this shop again. When they called and said it was ready I asked how much the total was and they said nothing! Said it was related to the previous work done. That is unheard of in the automotive/commercial vehicle repair world in my experience. I don t know anyone there, I am from out of town, and the total number of trucks we run is 4. So obviously there wasn t any long term gain for not adding a charge for something else.Anyhow I saw the negative reviews and figured I d at least share my experience.

Great people and fantastic customer service. Had a flat tire on my truck and was unable to limp my truck to their shop. The owner grab a Jack and his truck and removed my tire. I bought a replacement tire and I was back on the road in less than 30min. It is nice to see a business that know that "customer service" is all about.

I was referred to Barry Fleet Services by a close friend. They've worked on three (3) of my vehicles and did outstanding work at very reasonable prices. I had the same work quoted to me by Chevrolet dealers and chose not to have the work done. Once I found out about Barry Fleet Services I had them quote the work and they were as low as 2/3rds less.The side mirrors on my wife's Tahoe stopped folding in electrically. The Chevy dealer wanted over $2,000 to replace both mirrors. Barry's did them both for $1,300 for parts, labor and tax.If you are looking for a shop/mechanic that you can trust, take your vehicles to Barry Fleet Service. Great folks. Trevor Barry is the nicest guy in town. Samantha "Sam" Winfield takes great pride in serving her customers and the manager, Kyle, is extremely knowledgeable.My next job is to see if they can repair the seats in my 2002 Corvette. If they can, I'll post how it turned out.

Thank you for the help today. You got a long distance traveler back on the road again quickly. As full time RVers it's always risky dealing with emergancy repairs. We don't really have a set location we call home. It always makes us feel good when we find a helpful and friendly outfit like yours that provides honest work for an honest price. Well done!

I just wanted to say thank you to the receptionist and the mechanic that helped me with my car on Friday, Sept 27th. I was driving from Austin to Houston and I had car problems. The mechanic put a cap on my transmission dipstick tube and added a hose that was missing. I truly appreciate your help. You guys are good people and that is rare nowadays. Thanks again!

The owner, Hayden Barry, is super rude. This place is not service oriented at all. Not sure if it s because they are one of the very few repair shops in the area or not, but there is never a need to be rude. Spent 1,880 on a brake job, 1,090 of it labor even though my truck was only there 6 hours. They call at 4:50 and want me to pay by phone and leave my truck outside with the key in it because they close at 5. I pull up to get my truck at 5:10 and 3 people that work there are standing outside talking and not one person came over and said anything, thanks for your business, you have any questions or anything, not one word. I guess the guilt for screwing someone over was too much to face! This was on a 2013 Dodge 2500. Whatever happened to actually charging for how long you worked on a vehicle instead of what the book says. For 6 hours doing brakes that equals out to 181 dollars a hour. I assure you, they could care less!!

I took my Freightliner truck in for AC work and a clutch. AC didn't last 6 months. The clutch lasted only 50,000 miles and turns out it was not an oem clutch I had to get it another repair shop to fix this issue. T other repair shop discovered an aftermarket adapter on the clutch that should have lasted over a hundred thousand miles.In summary. Don't trust these guys with major repairs. They are okay for brake jobs...

They are quick, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! If you have any issue with your Truck or trailer bring it here! Way faster service than any Truck stop service shop!

Barry and crew are all nice friendly and productive been knowing them for years. They're work is priced reasonable and very dependable and have even went out of the way for me on weekends and even during closed hours

The worst place to come to if your truck broke down . Unbelievable the service so unfriendly . the mechanics don't communicate with the driver and the owner have no clue what's going on . seems like everybody's loss. They don't have all the equipment that you need to fix your truck so go to a real mechanic Freightliner Volvo Peterbilt but don't stop here they order everything you have to wait for the parts one day after another wait and wait and wait and wait keep going trust me.. what a town . One part per day . And my two check engine light came on after 30 min lol good job barry. Lol Two hotels only if u don't have a car there is nobody to help u . So keep going and don't stop . U are better off. Go to HoustonTX . Where there is stores and different hotel .
