My mom, dad, and I had been working on one of our trailers (specifically wiring and electrical) and had made a few trips here to get parts and diagnose the electrical issues. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for also having military discount available for veterans.

I was in there a couple days ago, needing to borrow the scanner to read my CEL. To the gentleman that helped me scan it, thank you for being quick and efficient.Now, to the manager or whatever position he holds you are the sole reason for this review. You know, I m 28 years old and you looked at least double that. So it amazing to me that you need a genuine lesson on minding your own business.Look, Nobody likes to wake up and start their car and a check engine light pops up. Your comment of oh Audi is gonna love you after seeing that I had an engine light is completely unnecessary. I truly don t need some an O Reilly auto expert to make a comment like that. There s honestly no reason for you to make any comment unless asked. Mind your business, plain and simple. Sure some tips that you may know that s fine, but a snarky comment like that isn t. I m sure I m not the first person you have decided to add your 2 sense in, should probably watch what you say to people. That s my 2 sense.Funny thing is, Audi did love me. I took it there right after my encounter with the master mechanic at o Reilly. I went to there to make sure it was save to drive to the dealership. They ended up fixing the issue under warranty.

We bought a battery there and their sign states if you have a core they give you $10.00 off then they add the $10.00 and then take it off which means you still pay an extra $10.00! Very misleading and we will never shop there again! We would have given them no stars if we could bad c/s!

Sales associate was friendly, offered to install wiper blades for me. Did it in a minute after I spent an hour watching you tube installation videos and still couldn't get it done! Knowledgable and personable, explained technique. I appreciate the excellent service ! She even refused the offer of a tip! I will return to O' Reilly's for my car needs. Thanks again!

Really wish I got the name of the lady and man working today. They were so great with helping me with my dead battery. They researched as much as the could to make sure everything would be good to go once we switched the batteries. Appreciated all their help today.

This location really takes the cake on customer service, informative feedback on the products offered, intuitive suggestions for preventative maintenance to keep you on the road and help save the strain on the ol wallet. It's clear the staff pride's itself on maintaining the facility promoting a welcoming environment that matches their efficiency perfectly. When I'm in need of automotive part and tools with out having to choose from the options at hand I'm already park in front of this store. Always seem to spend a little more time just looking around even though I was only in need of one specific item. A very enjoyable experience that's certainly garnered my admiration and respect. I'll be back soon there's always and oil change right around the corner. Keep up the good work fellas.

Wrong brake pads were sold to me. It was discovered after I had the vehicle all apart and I had to go back to the store. No consideration was given. They credited the wrong part and charged me full price for the correct pads.

I was in the middle of nowhere my car started shaking and I just happened to just they're just happened to be the O'Reilly's right there I went in they check the code in my car told me what was going on and help me and they told me exactly what to do and what I can do and how to get back to San Antonio and they're so informative and they knew so much about what I can do and how to be good get home safe
