Want to thank Sky from Advance Auto Parts in Helotes. I called this morning, and Sky was able to assist in confirming battery needed for my Camry, and was able to quickly replace and discard of my old Die Hard battery. Super thankful for his patience with my lack of knowledge regarding replacement needed. Overall thankful for the great customer service- quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic!!! Thanks again Sky! you deserve a raise sir :)

Thanks to the crew at Advance, particularly SKY, who helped me troubleshoot an issue with my tail lights. He potentially saved me hundreds of dollars! All the staff there has gone above and beyond, unlike some other auto parts stores I've been to. This is now my ONLY auto parts store.

I walked in thinking I just needed to replace a turn signal bulb. Anthony C. was happy to help me find which one I needed. After heading home and replacing the bulbs, my blinker was still hyper-flashing. The truck needed a flasher and once again, Anthony went above and beyond helping me find the right part and even swapped it out for me. I greatly appreciate his help and would recommend his service.

I've been here several times and I'm always greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I've had to make a few phone calls, and they've been extremely helpful with everything I need. It's not always the right part, but I'm waiting based on professionalism and the amount of help that I get with what they do have. It's always a decent price as well. There are "better" places out there, but not for the price, and you can't put a price on knowledgeable, professional, helpful people there to help you when you need them the most

Purchased a battery online and picked it up in the store. Even though I purchased online, the store manager was great and offered to help lend the necessary tools to make the swap super easy. The customer service here was definitely better than most other auto part stores I've been to in the area. So far the battery has been working great as well.

I went ahead and ordered everything I needed before hand online. I went to pick it up after I wash my car. Everything was set as soon as I got there walked out within five minutes. Awesome service.

Been dealing with this store since before they opened. Today they want me to prepay for an $8.00 belt before they can order it. It was coming from their distribution center the next day. I have commercial accounts all over town, never prepay anything. Bought it elsewhere.

Went in close to closing time. The young lady and gentleman were super friendly and welcomed me and answered all my questions. Found some great stuff on sale too. Definitely worth stopping by this location anytime you have the chance. Also it was very clean.

They replaced a bad battery and installed it as well. The person doing it did not seem thrilled but it was 100 degrees out and the cables were a little corroded. All in all, not bad as the pricing was competitive and the other places checked did not offer the same service.

Never have I ever been so disrespected when buying auto parts. First off you need to know that I simply went in there to pick up a part I had ordered and to buy the correct tools to put it on. I was in the store about 10 minutes waiting for one of the employees to get off the phone to help me out, then when the guy finally did, he was basically ignoring me the entire time, not listening to anything I said and looking st his cell phone, I was telling him the sizes of the tools that I needed to purchase and asked if he could help me, he gave me a flat out NO SORRY I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE NEEDING & that told me right there he was NOT willing to help a customer out. I had to go and find the tools myself, no thanks to him, so you can imagine my frustration when another customer (female/fit) walked in and asked for help and they all ran to help her. I was completely disgusted, I should have left at that point but I needed to fix this simple part to my vehicle. I then grab a couple of sets of tools to purchase (not knowing for sure which ones I would need) & I told him I would just bring them back if they didn t work! He then presumed to tell me that I could not bring back tools.....I was completely lost?!? So I told him Not only will you NOT help me find the correct tools but now you are telling me that if these don t work that I can not bring them back??!? He then preceded to tell me they don t take back used tools!!!!! I needed to get the hell out of this store before I got myself in trouble. I paid and walked out, NEVER GOING BACK TO This location again, worst customer service I ve ever received. God was on my side though, the tools worked and i fixed the part myself, with NO HELP from the rude a** men working at this location.

First time here. Amazing service. I was in and out in a decent amount of time. They changed my battery for me and they have military discount!Definitely will be back if I need anything else for my car

Came in for a vehicle battery and Fidel was the most helpful person I ve ever experienced at any parts store. Thank you Fidel for all your help, you have no idea how much of help it was when you carried the battery to my car AND met me outside when I brought the core back.

Admitted something was wrong with our battery we got from them but would not replace. Stated we would have to wait for a full testing to be completed that would take them 6hrs. We were headed out of town for the holidays and did not have 6 hrs to wait. I find it unacceptable that you would admit the battery was not performing correctly and not replace it without a lot of hassle and wait. Will take my business somewhere else.

I had to come to this location cause they were the only ones who had it... If you need anything do not ask a young guy named Jose... He couldn't find what I needed, the Lady there who seemed in charge had to get it for me, then when I asked for wipers he brought The wrong size And says that's what The computer says... I had to look up on my phone, he states we don't have those in stock,I go to the isle and low and behold there they were. Placed them on the counter And told him to charge me so I can go.

They pulled the wrong parts for my purchase.Upon my return to exchange the parts the store was closed during normal business hours.I'll have to make another trip into town to exchange the parts.At thirty five minutes one way for each trip I could have paid more at a different parts house and still made out less expensive overall.Does anyone at this store care about the inconvenience caused by not pulling the correct parts originally? It doesn't appear so. :-/

Todd was super friendly on the phone and Fidel was exceedingly helpful in person. I appreciate Fidel's prompt attention to my car. I got out of their quickly and easily with his assistance.

Called to order fuel pump for my truck.They let me know about a 20% discount if i order online and answered all my question on getting me the right pump.Great customer service, ill diff be going here for my next auto parts shopping.

Great staff with loads of automotive know how, a parts inventory that'll test the very best warehouse anywhere in the country. Prices are without a doubt the lowest in San Antonio and location is perfect.

Clean, neat. We've been here more than twice, but twice we've had to return the item because we were given the wrong size for the part or tool needed. Just be a contientious consumer when buying and check twice.

Service is amazing, they are so kind when you walk in the door.. always helpful and if the don't have a part they work harder to her it to you as soon as possible. This place is awesome

Once again the only store that has my s--t. And it wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, so the one you usually want. Cant stand the local PD but worth dealing with to be able to get what I need. Thanks guys.
