The staff at Escamilla Ford are professional, courteous, & efficient!!They scheduled my service appointment and were ready for me when I got there!!They even let me use a spare office so that I could get work done while I waited!!I always enjoy visiting & catching up with the team members (& owners) when there!!Jimmy

Absolute worst service. To be fair I had taken my truck there roughly seven years ago and they had me back on the road that day. Being from a city an hour and a half away, this time they had my truck for over a month. Took my truck and it was worse than when I took it in and the key would no longer come out. 2100$ and that s because they wanted to replace the cpm which wasn t the problem that would have bumped the total to 4000 for a truck that still drained the battery when it was off. It is at a different ford now and they are telling me that at least half if not all the work was not necessary. Avoid this criminal place as much as you can, I wouldn t take a skateboard there. Will make another review with all the the bills and final statements from the other mechanic. To respond to the owners reply, the Truck started with a remote start then died while it was on 30 seconds later. I did tow it in and I informed your service team that the truck wasn t registering it was in park which was never addressed. I would never take it back as I have taken it to another ford and the mechanic informed me that replacing the spark plugs did not correct the misfires. Why that was not checked again after your repair? I m not sure how you make sure repairs actually fixed the problem but my truck shook like crazy and did not before I took it to your shop. Although unable to prove most rack problems are the seals and do not need to replace it all. The last week it was there your service manager asked if I had possibly left the door open to kill the battery and that may have been why it hadn t started. The original reason (truck remote started and died 30 seconds later) was apparently never documented or addressed as after having it for a month your service team thought I left the door open. 1 month to not address the problem but you wanted me to take it back after charging me 2100$ to guess why I took it in. No sir, I understand my truck has high mileage but I am the original owner and have had no major problems. 1300$ in labor, I gave you guys a chance to severely reduce the bill because my truck was not fixed and y all did go 2500$ to 2100 but again that is ridiculous. I will post everything from both mechanics and bills when it is complete.

Awesome customer service from our salesman Robert and from the dealership manager Marcos! We re from Laredo but will make the drive out again because of how well we were treated We had had a terrible experience at a different dealership in Laredo and the service we received at Escamilla Ford in Hebbronville is incomparable. Thank you for making our experience so great!

Excellent service salesman Robert Ramirez is very friendly and knowledgeable individual and takes the time to take care of us. My daughter has purchased three vehicles a Jaquer a Ford Ranger and a Chevy Truck in the last two years and is very happy especially with the service oil change etc. She will continue to purchase vehicles with Escamilla dealership. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Escamilla Ford for the past 5 years. We have traveled from Odessa Tx to Hebbronville to purchase these vehicles. We have bought a total of 4 vehicles with them and continue going to them because of the great customer service Mr Ramirez Sales Person and Mr. Ramirez in Finance provides. Great experience! Didn't expect to get a car that day but we walked out with a brand new SUV and with great pricing. We got a great price and they took care of us no matter how late it got on us. This is actually our 2nd vehicle we've purchased from this location alone. Definitely reccomend if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Was dealing with these guys for two weeks calling twice a week and being giving the run around all to tell me two weeks later that they sold the vehicle the day before. I m sorry but I wouldn t do business with a dealership like this little did they know that they lost out of a cash sale.
