Family owned and operated. They ordered my tires, got them in, and put them on all in the same day. Welcoming atmosphere. Very genuinely kind and caring people. This is my second experience with them and there will be more. The prices are reasonable too.

Driving home back to Houston, we got a flat tire. They were about to close but waited for us and were honest and fair in their service and price. Professional and clean establishment. So appreciate your excellent service.

Top notch service. They can change my tire and I'm in and out of there in minutes. They are professional. I love all his woodworking thatHe does. I'm always going by to have air put in my tires to keep them even. Lucy his wife is wonderful.

Stopped here to get a tire fixed on my work truck and was very pleased with the service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The shop is very neatly organized and clean. They've also got a great selection of tires. I'll definitely be using this place in the future.

My wife had a flat tire and we live over an hour away - our insurance couldn t even get to her for over an hour, but we called El Carpi and they were so kind and willing to help us.I am so grateful - they drove to her (thankfully she was around 3 minutes away) despite that they were close to closing hours. The price was very fair, and they went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you again!

Visited the shop several days ago because I was losing air on one of my tires. Their kindness and professionalism was outstanding, not to mention their speedy service. The establishment was very organized and very clean. They really do treat their customers like family . I would definitely recommend this place for all of your tire needs. Keep up the awesome job you guys.

Driving through Hearne today we got a flat on a trailer. The owner came to us stranded in the Pizza Hut parking lot, changed our tire and aired up all the others. We were back on the road in 30 minutes. Speedy service and very helpful.

We were traveling from Tyler area to San Antonio area. Had a tire form a bubble and separate. Needed a tire as our car only has a doughnut. Called at least five tire shops in the vicinity of where we were broke down. This place had a used tire the size we needed, so when we got there, they mounted it, and put the doughnut back under the car. They checked the air in the other three tires before we left. Friendly service, quick and thorough.

They didn t have the tire for our church bus. But they let us use their parking lot and balanced the tire the other company brought. Lovely gracious caring people! Thank you!

Really nice people, had a tire patched and everyone was friendly as could be. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it. I was actually greated upon arrival, no one does that anymore.

These guys were amazingly helpful for our weird request. We just needed a few lug nuts. They figured out what kind of truck we had and we were in and out in a matter of minutes.
