These guys saved my bacon . I am a police motorcycle oversized load escort. I had a relay go out on my police lights while in town, they had the exact relay I needed to continue my journey. The entire team was on it like professional detectives on a case. Thank you Carquest!!

super sweet and helpful staff! my battery caused my engine to stall on my drive back to cstat, and they were so quick to help me out. they're not the kind to try to trick you into buying anything extra (something that I struggle with as a 20 y/o who knows nothing about cars). Paul, specifically, was so kind and made great conversation with me while he installed my new battery(: if i could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great experience today Just when my sister thought her car was a goner turned out to just be a battery problem. Thanks to the helpful hand we hand. Very smart and was able to get her back up and going. If you need a helpful auto hand Josh is a great one.

While Traveling to Victoria Texas to visit my daughter, my alternator went out. Billy at car quest was AWESOME.. He went above and beyond regular customer service. He found my part, and found a mechanic that would install my part. I was back on the road in about a hour. Everyone at car quest were so nice.

This place has a ridiculous variety of parts for a town this size. And great prices too. Much closer to college station or Bryan parts stores and a few employees are more than friendly when it comes to finding specific parts. I had a gentlemen help finding me a hub seal for a brand new F450, although he couldn t find it, he exhausted his recourses to do so and I really appreciate they tried.

Charged our battery nice. Messed up some part orders we needed, gave us wrong bulbs for headlights, and hire rude people like that Spanish dude from the old car dealership across the street that was disrespectful to all his customers. They need to straighten it up.
