I would give a ten star rating if I could. Our savior, Dani (Office Manager) asked Ray (RV Service Tech), from Texas RV Guys to come to our emergency aid after we reported an electrical short that disabled our DC power in our RV and stopped the wheelchair lift that permits my quadriplegic wife to enter and leave our RV. Ray arrived at our campsite and was knowledgeable and familiar with our Foretravel coach He was able to quickly assess and fix the electrical short. He was courteous, thorough and his calm demeanor was comforting to both myself and my wife. After solving the electrical short, he assisted with two other fixes that were greatly appreciated and he tested and re-tested the wheelchair lift before leaving (understanding our dependency on the lift). Ray had the tools, the knowledge and the intelligence to appropriately assess and fix our RV and the cost for this professional level of support and service was far less than expected. If anyone has an issue with their RV or trailer in the Dallas Fort Worth area, make the call to Texas RV Guys. They definitely have the heart and ability to get you back on the road quickly. We are forever grateful to you, Ray, and Texas RV Guys!

Had a great experience buying my camper from their consignment lot. Hasan went over everything on the camper with me multiple times and made sure it was ready to travel the 1000+ mile trip home. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and was very thorough in the demonstration on signing day. The camper itself was super clean and well maintained. Only downside is if I ever need anything, these guys are 1000 miles too far. 10/10 would recommend getting service done or buying a camper from Texas RV Guys!

This business is awesome. They didn't have the part I needed but the tech told me how to fix my problem the first time I went in. Second time I went in I needed some real work done and they were professional, up front and on the ball. Such a different response than the dealer. If the dealers treat you like a numberless number then go here. Everyone in the shop was knowledgeable and helpful. Great crew put together at this location.

Joshua and Steve were great to work with. Had hail damage and leaking on our trailer. Steve coordinated w/insurance and got it all repaired for us. The roof is now better than from the factory. Great communication throughout the entire process. Super happy with the service and quality. Glad to have found an independent place locally to have work done on our trailer.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. I left my fifth wheel for extensive repair in April of this year; the repairs were complete in September due to waiting on parts. I was unable to pick up the RV until October, we live in Wyoming and had a trip planned there for mid October. So the RV guys moved it to a storage facility that was rented by friends for us. It stayed in the storage until I attempted to pick it up when we arrived in mid October. When they moved the RV into the spot they failed to replace a plate on the trailer side of the hitch that is needed for my fifth wheel hitch to function correctly.So when I hooked the fifth wheel up to my truck the hitch did not work properly and the hitch slid back on its tracks and destroyed my tailgate. When I finally got the fifth wheel into its parking spot I found that the plate had been put into the storage compartment. Next Morning I went to Texas RV Guys and talked with the maintenance staff, they took pictures and acknowledged responsibility. I was told to have an estimate done and submit it to them and they would take care of it. They also sent a technician down that morning to reinstall the plate on the trailer so I could travel.When I arrived back home the first week of November I had an estimate done and submitted it to Texas RV Guys, I was then told it would be submitted to accounts payable and to have the repairs made. I did this and kept contacting the Service manager to find out the status of the check. Those phone calls were never returned. The repairs were completed and so I had to pay for the repairs while I waited for the check to arrive.Finally in early January I called the service manager and he told me there was nothing more he could do and if I wanted to know anything else I should contact the owner Josh Baker. I attempted by leaving messages that were not returned the last one at approximately 10 am on the ninth of January. The work was solid but I would not enter into anything legal without all proper paperwork complete. I would not trust them to honor their word.

If there were 6 stars, Texas RV Guys would get them! We took our camper in some time in March. They took care of a number of small problems right away but the emergency exit hatch/window/sunroof over our bed (it was a cab-over camper) had disappeared somewhere in the Arizona desert during a wind storm. Anyway, they successfully ordered the part from Lance campers in California. They wrapped up the hole in our roof and kept the camper there, awaiting the part. We kept calling and calling Lance in California only to find out the part had to come from Italy ... on a boat. No ETA. So, in June, we think, we finally came to the conclusion that we should go get the camper and take it home. The Texas RV guys were nice enough to have kept it that long, thinking the part would come in. Fast forward to this week (October). The part came in from Italy, we brought the camper back and voila ... they installed it in a day!!!! Josh (in Parts) and Steve (in Service) were extremely helpful during this 7 month ordeal. They kept us informed on the status of the part and helped determine what was taking Lance so long... Thank you for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be back should we need more service on our truck camper...

Rey was extremely professional and very efficient. He was running a little late for the appointment, which I would've appreciated a courtesy text or phone call for. But he made up for it with his attention to detail and quick assessment. I will continue to use Texas RV guys in the future due to their fair pricing, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

The men and women at Texas RV Guys are the BEST! They do a fantastic job fixing whatever you ask them to fix and they don t charge an arm and a leg. You need something repaired on your RV, don t mess with anywhere else. Let Texas RV Guys handle it for you.

Steve at Texas RV Guys was awesome! He kept me informed of all the details of installing my "chassis part". Most RV service centers do not install this type of part. I called plenty of them, only to be told "no". I really appreciate Texas RV Guys!

10 STARS FOR THE BEST RV SHOP IN NORTH TX . Steve, Phil & team at Tx RV Guys did an EXCELLENT job on repairing the roof & canopy of our Coleman Camper. The Winterization that they completed was also done to EXACT SPECIFICATIONS!!! All the employees there are very kind, respectful & honest. They completed the work in a very timely manner. They showed respect for the articles left inside our RV & do a wonderful job locking & insuring RV s are kept safe & guarded. We have used other RV Companies in the past, but NONE compare with the service & down-right courtesy we received from Tx RV Guys . We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them . They are PHENOMENAL . I purchased a Keystone Laredo in 2021. This is my first camper so I already knew I had a lot to learn but thankfully Hasan and Danni made the process effortless. The camper I really liked specifically had been dropped but only damaged the fiberglass on the front corner cap. I decided that was the one I had to have and Hasan made sure everything was taken care of from that point. The service team at Texas RV Guys is phenomenal. They had the crack sanded and ready for paint by the end of the day. Hasan went through the entire unit a few times to make sure it was show room floor ready. I have never seen a sales guy take such initiative in the product he was selling. Hasan even explained some of the DOs and DONT's that he has noticed over the years he has been at Texas RV Guys. Danni was very helpful when it came to the paperwork part of things because I am still fairly young and ask a lot of questions. She had no problems answering my endless questions as well as offering her own personal experiences as an example. I have reached out to both Hasan and Danni since buying the fifth wheel and they have both answered within the hour. Which was even more comforting to me because I can tell I wasn't just a "sale" they truly seem to be passionate about their customers and career. Overall, I recommend Texas RV Guys highly to anyone that is looking to get a camper as well as service. I refuse to take my fifth wheel anywhere else to be serviced. They truly have that small business feel but corporation results.

Had new tires installed on my Motor Home. Also had a new A/C installed on my Bumper pull. All the work was done in a three day turn around. The service advisor Jeff was awesome. It was like pushing the easy button going to these guys. First time customer. It is a huge thing for me to find a reliable co. To keep my RV going.

Of all the numbers that I called, this place was the only one that answered and immediately went to work. My service adviser Steve inspected and advised on repair within a few hours of contact. My problem was resolved within 24 hours. These people know what customer service is about! Their facility is clean and very accommodating. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Texas RV Guys are the very best at what they do!! Most important, the price was fair. I cannot thank you enough!

My wife already left a glowing review for Texas RV Guys but I was so impressed I feel I need to add my thoughts as well. The communication and customer service we received from Jeff Boone was stellar, the entire repair process was explained to us and Jeff communicated with our insurance provider for us saving us a lot of stress. We will not trust anyone else but Texas RV Guys in Haslet with our future RV needs.

I had a second AC unit installed on my Airstream Flying Cloud. Steve was my customer service coordinator who provided excellent communication throughout the repair. A few issues that came up were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to any RV owner.

I recently purchased a 5th wheel RV from Texas RV guys and wanted to share that Hasan and Danni made the entire process a no pressure, no hassle experience. Hasan was patient and ensured all of my questions were answered and even took the time to help install my 5th wheel hitch to ensure it was set up to match the camper correctly. Danni made the paperwork process a breeze and helped close the sale with minimal effort. The next time I have questions or RV service needs I am certain I will be giving these guys a call.

My husband and I brought our 2000 Newmar Dutch Star here for a rear AC replacement, and we couldn't have been happier with the exceptional service we received. From the start, they were transparent about the cost and wasted no time once we agreed on the repair plan. Both Jeff and Steve were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. When we picked up our motorhome, their team generously spent time educating us on various tips and tricks specific to maintaining our motorhome in top condition.We are now devoted customers as finding fast, honest, and high-quality service is rare these days. I worked with Jeff and he was awesome with helping my understand next steps and always giving updates. Paul (I believe his name was) was awesome at making sure everything was wrong was fixed and educating me on my rig (as I am new to this sort of thing). The only thing of course is price. But did not feel ripped off. I feel like you get best bang for your buck here as it feels they always go the extra mile.

Wanna thank Steve for taking the time Friday to squeeze me in on helping me address a problem with my Ac on my coach before heading out on the road. By the time I got to his shop, my ac started working again but he was able to educate on voltage and why my ac initially was not kicking on. Unfortunately 2hrs later, the coupler and drive belt system on my onan generator completely came apart and had to cancel our trip.

I want to compliment Colby on his professionalism, kindness, and patience while showing me a 2002 Winnebago. He gave me a call saying I could come tour the unit at 2:30 pm and I let him know it would be about an hour before I could get there. "No problem," he replied. I got caught in 2 wrecks on I-35 and as my GPS kept letting me know it was later and later, I sent him a text telling him it would be after 5 pm before I would arrive. Again. He said "No problem, come on." I arrived at 5:10 pm, when I walked in, he was on the phone as he noticed me he gave me a quick nod to let me know he knew I was there. He finished his call and quickly introduced himself to me. Thanking me for waiting while he was conducting his call. I apologized for my tardiness and he grinned staying that at that time 35 is sometimes a slow process to get through. He quickly walked me to the Winnebago, helped me in and showed me around. I was very impressed as he had the unit cooled with AC on and blowing cold. I was able to test the water flow, feom the sinks, and toilet. He told me to look around and explore the unit and he excused himself while I did so. He gave me time to look, open cabinets an incision myself in the unit. When he came back, about 10 mins later, he showed me everything from the controls, electric panel, and even storage around the outside. Going through every inch of the unit with me. My hats off to such a knowledgeable, kind and polite young man. Thank you Colby for an amazing experience with Texas RV Guys and thank you Texas RV Guys for hiring a gentleman. You don't see a lot of this experience anymore. Thank you, thank you. I will be seeing you soon.
