I stopped by to have my state inspection done here. The girl working at the front desk was very welcoming. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. I was in and out in about 30 minutes (there was another inspection before mine.) I like that they have snacks and beverages available for you while you wait. Overall, it was a great experience.

Went in for State Inspection. They took care of me quickly and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Very happy about that part.However, when paying the bill, I noticed a small sign indicating they charge a 3% fee for using credit cards. I used my debit card thinking perhaps that might be treated more like cash. Well, they still charge the 3% fee. The law is fuzzy in Texas about doing this but can't imaging paying for a substantial car repair only to get hit with an additional 3% because I needed or wanted to use a credit or debit card. With most car reparirs being super expensive, getting cash may require a trip to the bank depending on the limit you have at your ATM. Passing on the cost of doing business in a increasing cashless world this way feels wrong and will likley cause me to reconsider doing business with them in the future. If you wanted to offer a 3% discount for cash, then a trip to the bank might be worth it.

First time here, had a great experience. Price was less than they quoted, which is nice, but may not be everyone's experience. Also, the cat was ready a day ahead of schedule. Repairs seem good so far. Friendly staff.

I was on a solo cross-country roadtrip back to school when part of my bumper decided to come off and crumple itself under my car. Couldn't tear enough of it off, wouldn't stay in place with zip ties or duct tape, and on too much of a time crunch to be dealing with Honda. This place was close-ish to closing when I dragged my car in but they were able to get me in right away, took it off for me, and sent me on my way free of charge. I can't say much about their abilities outside of that but they were a great blessing to have on my route and I'm so thankful for them!!!

This was our first time using Quality Auto and it was so seamless. My AC was not running cold, and I needed someone trust worthy and dependable, and Jeremy and Robin did just that!They replaced the AC clutch & water pump on my jeep in 1 day after ordering parts. Their pricing was fair, and he explained everything in detail with pictures of the inside of the hood to show us what exactly was going on.We will be using them for any future repairs we may need! My husband took his truck here for the first time last week and the service was fantastic! Something came up while his truck was in the shop but this shop made it right and I thought that was awesome!! We will definitely be a lifetime customer here. The honesty alone is top tier. No wait. Issue diagnosed within 10 minutes. Part was delivered and installed. Got a Veterans discount 10%. Extremely satisfied. We also had a wreck a few months ago and Jeremy referred us to Hogan Body Shop which also was excellent.

I meant to do this a while back, but so far, they have helped me with a strut replacement on my niece's car and serviced mine. I have zero complaints. I like that they take photos of everything they find to present with the quote and, above all, very friendly service. We will continue to use their services.

This is the best auto repair place I've ever been to .Their name Quality says it all. Service greeting ,price and waiting room is great.Went in for oil change and they did a free digital inspection and let me know that my Escape was in good condition.They use Valvoline premium oil that makes me feel good That I have a good oil and filter in my car , not like others . Totally recommend this place .Service: Oil change

We had to pull over at a stoplight when we noticed white smoke coming out from our car. I opened thr hood and took a video of some puffs coming out from between the engine area and radiator. I asked a friend who lives in Haslet and she told us about this company. The receptionist told us she would work us in today (ford dealership had an availability a month). We droppedour car off in thr morning and it was ready by 4 pm. The fan turns out not to have been an OEM part and failed. Jeremy explained exactly what happened and assured me his OEM part will work. He even mentionedhis warranty. Thank yall for the fast service!

So happy for the couple that owns this place. It's nice to see that quality integrity and honesty pays off. This new location is top of the line and 3 times the size of the last one yet I have no doubt as soon as they start seeing customers tomorrow we will be begging for a spot in line again. I have always appreciated having my issue and options explained in honest detail. They will even be honest about if the repair is worth it to you or if you need to explore another rout. God bless yall and I know you both have worked so hard for this. Was quoted an outrageous price to replace an easy to reach sensor. It is clear they didn't know the process for this repair/replacement/installation, so for that reason I would not do business with them. Also I was able to repair it myself in an hour.
