Dinese and Richard are amazing to deal with, they had my car towed within an hour of calling them, and were very affordable and took excellent care of my car. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic- will use again if need be. Not the way I planned to drop as much as I had to, but great customer service. 200 miles to get a lemon of a car home. I can t remember their names, but thank you again.

To all of you out there stuck I a situation, on the side of the road, pondering who isn't going to take advantage of you while you are down, go no further than McKynzi Express Towing. Hands down the best experience that I have ever had in my time of need. The owner is a family man. They have multiple rigs. Great pricing. I expected it to be outrageous..... But was VERY surprised with the price. They were there to pick me up promptly and even gave me advice as the best place to drop my car off at. Richard was super friendly and funny, turning my stressful situation into a joyous moment. So very Blessed I was able to meet him. McKynzi Express Towing will be my go to company from here on out. Do yourself a favor and make the call. Honesty, reliability, and compassion are very hard to find these days. There at M.E.T, they have it all.

Driving down 287 Saturday morning my tire blew out. If you have never had a tire blow at 70mph let me tell you it is a scary situation. I called my insurance company for road side assistance and they had contacted 3 other towing services that never responded. They called Mckynzi and the guy told them he would be there in 30 minutes and he was. It was pouring rain and the guy got out of his truck to help me like the sun was shinning. Very polite and curtious. He called me when he was a few minutes out and told me what he was driving so I could be on the look out. Unfortunatly I did not catch his name but I want to say thank you very much for your help. I will be using this company and will recommend this company to whomever needs roadside or towing assistance. That you again for your help.

I hired McKynzi Express to tow my vehicle from NW Ft Worth to Grand Prairie. The driver arrived on time and was very personable. The rate was reasonable, I will be using their services in future.

My wife was broke down on the side of the road. First tow company I call couldn t help me but when I called McKynzi express towing they came to the rescue!!!! I needed a tow yesterday for my 03 Chevy avalanche . Called up Mckynzi express towing and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and so profesional. As I was stranded she made me feel a ease that someone was on their way to come get me . The tow truck showed up on time just like the lady said . She even called me after the they picked me up just to make sure that I was safe and that her driver took good care of me and my truck . Thank you soMuch to the mystery lady .Service: Car towing

This driver was speeding down Old Decatur Rd behind me and running up on my rear end swerving and almost hitting me TWICE because I wouldn t speed like he was (I have video of the event). I had two children in my car and he had a vehicle on his roll back truck. Very unsafe driver. He cussed me out, pulled out his phone to take pictures of me and my vehicle and threatened me when I pulled into the turning lane and took a picture of the company contact info. I manage CMVs for a living and your driver had 5 points of safety violations in this incident. If this is the kind of drivers you hire, I wouldn t use you! Paying more is worth better peace of mind elsewhere. Check your drivers!

Broke down at 4am halfway home on a cross country trip. Couldn't ask for a better experience. He was there fast. Being from out of town he helped me with storage until I could get back to get my truck. Nice guy. Wish he were local to me.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Super professional people. This was first time tried them, it was some delay at the first driver, but the 2nd one was on time as they mentioned, kept updating me on how far the driver.Definitely gonna use them again.

Some companies talk a good game but can't deliver. McKynzi towing stands by his word and does right by his customers. I will not use another tow service in Ft. Worth.
