Cant thank the owner here enough!!!Last minute was able to fit me in, weather may have played a part but very grateful for getting my family hauler in on shirt notice.-Need a rear spacer installed and a squeak removed.Spacer install when super smoothlyFound a bad water pump, and got it fixed same day.Bonus we learned it still had a squeak super frustrating BUT we had some additional info from a 3rd source that said we should try replacing a harmonic balancer. Thanks for listening to a crazy idea that turned out to be true.Got it swapped out in short order and the squeak is gone!Spacers Water pump Squeak gone Thank you sir for all the help and extra effort to go above and beyond to help me have a safe vehicle for the trip later this week!Be blessed!! God is good all the time

Travis is amazing! He knows his cars. I had a catalytic converter stolen last year. Travis was able to give me a fair price and honest repair. He did the repair quick and I got my car back the same day. He loves what he does and it shows in the care of the customer service he provides.

Can I just say, I have never been to an automotive repair shop and felt good about giving them my hard earned money. You know how pets become family, well my Bessie AKA 2004 Chevy Suburban is family. I felt Travis understood that. He did such a thorough diagnostic. He actually fixed Bessie's initial woes with just that. However, Travis is so methodical that he found some "need to take care of items now" and some for future consideration. I knew she wasn't running right and after some replacement parts she is purring like a brand new kitten. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be keeping her, hopefully a couple more years but it is great to find a human that is gifted in their craft and willing to take time to explain verbally, through text and pictures the how, why, who, what and where of the experience. It was finally a pleasant experience taking my car to the shop. I'm a female and I had my backup male, google, and YouTube to double check everything I was being told. I'm going to send my daughter's here and everyone else who needs an amazing car repair shop experience.

Clock spring out on my Tundra. Travis got me in replaced it. Took great care of me once again. He is the only mechanic I will use. Great service and I trust him with all my vehicles.

Travis is great! I took my work van to the dealership and they were going to charge me over $2,000 for multiple issues. Took it to Travis and he found the problem for less than $500. The team at Gauthiers is great to work with. They are honest and fair. Call them first but if you already have quote, then call them second, you'll be glad you did.
