Upgraded review rating to 5 stars! My last visit here to replace my wife s tires was an absolutely amazing customer experience from the sales rep to the tire rep. Great communication and the service was fast.My go to tire spot! All staff members are ready to help. If you do not have a local tire shop you definitely need to use this place. Great competitive pricing as well.

Absolutely. Felt like I was the only one in the whole world! These guys are amazing!! I didn't realize that I posted my other review on my wrong profile! Samuel was the service advisor who helped me out and he is also amazing! Every staff member had a smile on their face and they were working so diligently with skill. I will be back to this place. I asked Samuel, the service advisor again, if he was the only owner because he made me feel so warm and tingly when I entered that store! I love these guys, not to mention everything that I needed WAS FREE

Carter was great! Atmosphere was clean and peaceful. My wait time was exactly an hr which I appreciate since I was technically a walk in. The courtesy service was so unbelievable I thought they were joking when I saw what the remaining balance was. I ll be back for sure! Thank you for an awesome first time experience!

A good view while waiting for my car fixing in the mid-morning. But I couldn't take any pictures inside, because there were many customers who are unhappy to bringing their car's problem(s) and waiting their partners to show up for an urgent time. And a lot of the clerks and the attendants who are happy to be ready to serve us.

I've used Discount Tire for a long time, but this store in Haslet is by far the best. Tomas and his crew are exceptionally professional and do the job correctly the first time. I cannot recommend this location enough to anyone looking for new tires. They set the standard for customer service and getting your request taken care of quickly.

I am shocked how well that experience went. Having bought a lot of tires there is almost always some level of drama that occurs. There was zero drama here... just quick fast personalized service. In and out at a fair price. Well explained offering of different options but no high pressure sell. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Watching the flow of people and how they were acknowledged greeted and given updated information throughout the process made me realize this is a very well run shop. I would gladly return!

The staff and management at this store are amazing. They are always extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They look you in the eyes, which is increasingly rare "these days". I attribute the professionalism of the team to excellent leadership on the part of the manager, Tomas. He is engaged, caring, genuine, honest and respectful. I could tell that his team highly respects him. They are blessed to have a leader like him.I did have a couple of concerns (one of them was a complete misunderstanding on my part), and Tomas and his team were very eager to listen and work to resolve any issues they could. When I returned to pick up my car today it was about closing time (they were cleaning up, etc.), and the young gentleman that was assisting me saw me coming and walked my keys and receipt out and met me at my car.The service here is what you'd imagine you'd receive from a family owned business in 1955 in small town America - not from a branch of a national chain company in DFW in 2023. I was very pleasantly surprised and they have certainly earned my return business! I can't speak highly enough of Tomas and his team of fine young men. Bravo!

This location of Discount Tire is outstanding! I don't live near here, only work 10 miles away.. but I will Always come back. These guys/gal are so caring and so nice.. and always put their customers first!

This location is amazing. They have very good customer service in my opinion. I ve visited them 3-4 times for air, pricing on tires and to plug my tire. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable & will get you in and out. I really like how personable and kind everyone is. Being woman, sometimes car shops will take advantage of you and have you paying for extras you dnt need or hitting you over the head with high price repair bills, but I haven t experience that during my visits. However, I do know a thing or two about cars and tires. Not an expert but I know enough, listen and ask questions. Will definitely be back to purchase a new set of tires at this location.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! I was there when they opened, with no appointment, and I was greeted immediately, checked in within 5 minutes of them opening, and back on the road with 4 new tires and new wiper blades within 40 minutes. Not to mention my advisor was super knowledgeable and the tech even came out to make sure I didn t need anything else before they pulled my car up front! 10/10! Thanks discount!

Samuel was very helpful and got me out of there in no time. I didn t have an appointment and was attended too. It heard my concerns and I will continue to drive a hour and 30 minutes out to visit this location as long as Samuel is here.

Jason went out of his way to make sure my tires were done right and fast. Had a '15 Wrangler that we needed moved over to '95 Wrangler. There was 14 tires involved in this matter, and they handled it with precision. Great store. Definitely going back.

I've been a loyal customer for over 35 years.Had flat tire. I aired up my tire before leaving home.Called Haslet store while driving to store. Talked to Jake. Asked to get on waiting to get my ONE flat tire fixed. Hake said he couldn't put me on the waiting list. He said they were not busy. I said I'll be there in 15 minutes.I arrived and was helped by Manuel. He looked at the tire then measured the treads on the other tires. (Maybe car is only 4 months old!)We went inside and did the paperwork, which he discovered I had their warranty on my tires.Manuel told me it would take about an hour. I mentioned I was in a hurry. There was no response from Manuel.At the 1hr mark, one of the tire workers asked me if I've been helped. He obviously had been watching mye pacing the floor. This guy suddenly escalated my flat tire to be next in the bay.Another mechanic drove my care in to the bay, which I noticed the tire bead was off the Aluminum rim. I thought they would jack the car up in the parking lot and remove the single tire.It took the tire guy 2 tries to plug the hole in the tire.The tire guy handed m my keys and off I go.Total time about 80-90 minutes---for a simple flat tire.Manuel NEVER checked on me.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Thomas, the manager of this discount tire... Runs a tight ship. My first impression when I parked my car , the every single worker was well dressed, literally smiling while they were working there very hardest , and we're so so friendly ! It wasn't even their job to speak to me , what they did . Samuel made me feel so welcome ! I thought he was the owner of the place, lol ! Anyway, Samuel walks me out to my car rolls my tire in himself... He has the office job, mind you... Proceeds to tell me the services are FREE FREE , DID I SAY FREE ? I WILL BE BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I INVITE EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WANTS TO HAVE A BETTER DAY THAN THEY STARTED WITH TO COME HERE AS WELL! GREAT JOB GUYS! I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH

I had came In without an appointment and had to be in and out of there in under 45 minutes to get to a career changing test. Nathan and the discount tire team got me in and out with a new tire in under 20 minutes. I got to the test in time and passed. Thank you Nathan and everyone at discount tire for saving the day and my career.

Went in shortly after they opened to get a slow leak checked. Turns out my tire had a gash in it and needed replacing. Daniel was very helpful and educated me on tread, wear and tear and services Discount Tire offers! I very much so appreciated it. I was greeted by pretty much everyone that works there and assured my wait time would not be long at all. With the amount of customers they had (which was a good amount), I was in and out in under an hour. I appreciated the fast and friendly service and the care they gave my car! Turns out Daniel and I were neighbors 11 years ago. Small world and great service!

Very happy with my new set of Cooper ATP tires. I went in without an appointment and they had me back on the road in no time. I actually spent less than I was expecting, too. Always a plus.

After calling around this was the only store in the DFW area that had the right size ATV tires I needed in stock. I called an hour ahead of time to let them know I was driving from McKinney and would be arriving at exactly 5pm on a Saturday (right when they close)and they assured me they would take care of me if I made it in a reasonable amount of time. I arrived at 5 and was out of there shortly after 530. Excellent customer service and the gentlemen with the elephant tattoo working on my ATV spoke very highly of working for Discount Tire. I unfortunately may not be a customer at this store again because of the distance, but I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if in the area.

Hats off and KUDOS to Nick, he's an outstanding leader and employee there in Haslet.It's because of Nick that makes Discount Tire a leader in the industry and why I continue to do business for my personal and fleet vehicles!This time of year is when we are to be Grateful for so many blessings and reasons is why im particularly GRATEFUL.Thank You Nick, kudos for your attention to detail and your professionalism throughout your career at Discount Tire. Discount is the way to go unless you have a local shop to support. There rules on thread depth are good if you don't have a knowledge base to make the decisions on your own. Make an appointment ahead of time to keep from sitting a long time. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees

Needed my tires rebalanced due to a poor job from a different DT. Called ahead and they told me they would work me in. In and out in maybe 30 mins. Perfect balance job... great experience.

We decided to buy our tires here after visiting a few months ago for a tire patch. The initial visit was great and despite being super busy, they squeezed us in to repair the tire.This time around, we ordered the tires over the phone and they were in shop less than a day later! I was told their supplier is close by. We set an appointment and were out within 30 minutes, it was such a great experience! All the guys working the registers and phones have amazing customer service, and the workshop guys are fast/efficient. My tires looks incredible, perhaps we will order our rims from here too.I will point out that tire certificates were automatically added to my order, pricing depends on the cost of your tire. It is a small percentage of what one tire would cost x 4, basically your tires are insured for everything except vandalism. Jordan referred to it as Roadside hazard.Anyway, good experience! I recommend making an appointment though as they get super busy.

I don't know whether it's bad luck or what, but we've been to this Discount Tire location twice in the last 2-3 weeks to pull nails out and patch tires. The staff puts a top priority on customer service and attitude, and probably even speed for that matter. I was in and out in about 15 minutes this morning. I'll definitely be back for new tires before the holidays! (Dec 22)*Update* Jan 24Brought another vehicle in for four new tires on a Saturday morning, no appointment. Thought I d be waiting a while, but they didn t waste any time getting me taken care of at the desk and then getting my car pulled in. Isaac & Alex were great, and I even recognized Samuel as the gentleman that helped me the year before. I d give this Discount Tire location 10 stars if I could!

Went in with low tire pressure, they discovered it was a screw, repaired the tire and I was on my way. A few weeks later tire pressure was low again. I brought it back. At first they said they couldn t find the problem. They took their time and due diligence. Discovered an object that was very hidden. The staff repaired the tire. Staff is friendly.
