Louie & Raul are the best guys for the job!! For any truck project, you need to make sure you have a shop that understands just what you want. I came to Truck Techz after my husbands truck parts sat in another shop for over a year. I explained to them how important it was to honor my husband by finishing his truck for him, and they got right to work. Within two weeks, his truck was finished. These two gentlemen never hesitated to answer any questions I had, whether it was about the build or just the truck in general. Service was fast, and pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable compared to what a lot of other shops were charging.

I like the quality of work they do and the guys are great but... it takes forever to get an appointment they are always shower busy.

Raul and his crew did an awesome job on my 2020 Silverado truck. I highly recommend Truck Techz to anyone who is wanting to get a suspension lift and tires. He installed a 6 inch RC with Vertex shocks all around and 35 , Nitto M/T. I don t just trust anyone to do work on my truck . I know my family will be safe when driving down the road with his awesome job / work on my truck. Thank you Truck Techz !

Truck Teckz did an amazing job installing some new upper controls arms and front/rear shocks. Very satisfied with the work done on my truck, I will definitely be coming back for more work. Highly recommend them!

Very poor customer service. I can not talk on their quality of work because I could never get an appointment or them to answer the phone. I called 11 times in a week (not joking) they answered twice. Second time I called I got an over phone quote which was fair. Seventh time I called days later to set up an appointment and get tires ordered. He was checking his warehouse and said he would call back it s been two days and multiple phone calls.Shop appears to be nice and they must be busy so work could be great unfortunately customer service is lacking.

Excelente variety to buy accessories for your truck. Good prices. BUT....always only 1 guy in the office always so they don't answer the phones. Best to go again if you ordered an item fir status

If you need anything done to your vehicle do YOURSELF a favor and go to Truck Techz! PLEASE don't waste your time calling or going anywhere else! Raul over at Truck Techz took care of every one of my concerns in a timely manner! He is a straight forward guy with an awesome staff! Their customer service is 2nd to none! They have been in business for more than 15 years for a reason! Thank you Raul!

I had my 2012 ram lifted by these guys a couple years ago. Since then i have had a couple situations come up and their customer service sucks. I have been promised on several occasions to be called back on parts needed and never get called back. I just had some bushings get bad and am still waiting on a call back. I hear there is a new place that does lifts in harlingen. I guess i will try them.

They did a good job on a truck I had 3 years ago, but I guess they are now too busy to do any more work on my vehicle. I went by twice and was promised a phone call back but I guess they forgot. Don't try calling either, no one ever seems to respond.

Got a 10 inch lift installed and my truck was tilted when I picked it up. I asked why and they told me it was normal. I went to get the tires aligned and they told me the axles were crooked. I took it to another 4x4 shop and they put it on the lift. Truck Techz had installed the lift without modifying the steering shaft. In order to do that they had to shift my front axle over a few inches which threw everything out of alignment. They also failed to lengthen any of the lines so my first trip to beach a line pulled loose and I got stuck. Huge tires, huge lift, lockers and all!! I won't ever go back and I will tell anyone who asks not to go there.

Stripped every bolt on my lift.And apparently they don't keep records very well. It's invoice 4228 from 4/14.Toyotas aren't easy to work on but realize that shops that are so cheap like these guys may set you back with bad work.

I'd give this place zero stars if possible. These idiots did a damn cheap job on my lift for my Jeep. The control arm was screwed up, alignment not done properly, and the ride isn't as nice as it should be. I didn't even bother getting them to repair their faults it would've been a waste of time. I would definitely recommend Outlaw motorsports and of course 4WheelParts in Pharr.

Awesome place...I always come here for my 4x4 gear....I won't and don't go any where else. Go talk with Raul, he is very knowledgeable about all the off road products. ....don't waste your time going to the other local 4x4 lift shops, they suck....hence thats why they all closed down
