Want to Thank Joe Luna for his great Customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased my John Deere with no pressure and numbers were exactly to what I wanted. I can see why these people have a 3 for a rating. I just called looking for information, guy was rude and in a hurry to get me off the phone. Seemed like he didn't have time to take my questions yet they want to sell you a mower that cost over $5000 but cant be nice! I will go else where.

No customer service skills w salesman there. Did not want to show me mowers nor did he try to sell. Why have salesman that do not care to sell or help customers. Kept telling me place was just bought out again n he had no idea about products or John Deere's future. Told me I was better off going to Lowe's for a mower. What a looser, who hired this person? Why is he even there?

What a HORRIBLE experience with joe "the sales guy". Rude, incompetent and just flat out lazy. He made NO effort to helps us purchase anything. Full of smart alec remarks DO NOT ASK FOR joe.

I live in Edinburg, yet I still make the drive to Harlingen Tellus to make all my equipment purchases. My Salesman Joe Luna is always willing to address my needs no matter how big or simple. Joe is always accessible to my phone calls and questions. I would recommend this store and Joe L for all your tractor and implement needs.

**John Deere Z375R Zero Turn Mower**I bought this zero turn today and I'm super pleased with it. I took it for a spin and cut 1/3 of my yard in 15/20 min.The JD Z375R is everything I expected and more, in power, in cut and in control. The sales rep Joe Luna at thelocal John Deere Tellus (Harlingen Tx) was very helpful and super friendly. Joe was able to have service install arear bumper guard/ tow hitch and get the mower delivered on the same day I purchased it. Im very happy with mypurchase experience and will be back to John Deere Tellus in Harlingen Tx for my lawn and ranch needs

I had an painless, and pleasant experience purchasing equipment for our new company. As most people do, I did my due diligence on equipment and customer service. Customer service is possibly the most important, because I plan to work with them for years to come, either by purchasing more equipment, or getting the equipment serviced. Roger Cuevas was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and communicated with me very well during the buying process, and even offered to give my team a quick training on the equipment we purchased. We definitely found our place here at Tellus, Harlingen Tx.
