Bought a truck here with 11,000 miles and bought a three year/100,000 mile warranty. The truck alignment had issues and the front tires were damaged and they refused to validate the warranty. This dealership said the damage was cause by the tires and these were the tires it came with from this dealer. I had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to fix it. I was warned by Dodge dealership not to drive the truck this way or it would end up in a wreck. I do not recommend you give this place any business they are careless, unprofessional and misleading with their products and services.

All you buy here is Junk and then get blamed for adding bad fuel not covering anything or caring for anything if you get stranded on the road!Being a Tipton Customer out of Brownsville, I made the terrible mistake to purchase here!The sales rep was really good at selling a pick up to me! I wish he d be as good to at least care or figure something out about my issue.I bought a 2023 F250 Gasoline big mistakeThere is something wrong with the vehicle and left me stranded in Houston! The blamed me adding fuel at a gas station that had water!I was traveling with my full fleet, and none of my other vehicles had any issues with the fuel at the gas station.It has been 26 days now and my vehicle is still at a dealer ship in the houston area. The dealership is called Destination Ford. They were kind enough to call some one to get me to the airport, and thats pretty much all the help i got.Sames Ford did not offer any replacement, loaner, rental, tow truck, or any kind of help! In fact they tried to sell me another vehicle purchasing that junk i bought at a way lower price!Total Joke!I really hope no body else goes through something like this! It is stressing and frustrating!

Took my vehicle in for engine oil and transmission. Received a call that everything was fine on my car, and just needed a tire rotation. Told them I just needed the oil done. Go pick up my car and see/ hear that it has other problems it didn't have before. Go to them, and they tell me it had it already after receiving the call that everything was fine. They just try finding ways for you to spend more money. I made them fix their mistake. Didn't care how long they had to hold my car. I wasn't gonna pay for their mistakes. So they decided to fix it. I don't recommend you taking your car here. I have gotten better service in San benito and brownsville

Our experience at Boggus Ford was good. Israel, was so friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond to give us the most Boggus Ford had to offer. Sonia was so the best. She did everything possibly financially to meet our needs. Best team effort at Boggus Ford!

Great Experience!! Juan Tiny was the easiest guy I have ever dealt with in a dealership atmosphere. I was an out of state buyer and he made each step seamless. Picked me up at the airport and got me to my new truck. Jorge Martinez was super nice too. Got me through the paperwork and sent me on my way inside of 30 min.. I highly recommend Sames Ford, for those who were Boggus loyal customers (myself being one) they offer the same hospitality as before, in fact, even better. They made me feel welcomed and they made process super easy. Car buying gives me much anxiety. It s a big purchase. I want to make sure I m getting a good deal and that the dealership isn t trying to take advantage. I was very transparent about that at Boggus Ford and the dealer was very kind, communicated, and worked to get me the best deal. Overall, my experience at Boggus was a 10 out of 10. We will purchase again when it s time for a good deal

Not a good experience at Service Department. Had a scheduled appointment to have my 2022 F150 which is still under warranty checked for minor issues (courtesy exterior lights and interior lights not working). Service rep. Eloy advised that it would take three days to have it checked. He also advised that it would probably take an additional two days to fix the issue depending on their findings. I asked about a loaner, he said they didn't have one available. I advised that I needed a vehicle for work and transportation, and questioned how anyone would be able to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time. He responded in a sarcastic way that people do it all the time even those without insurance. I have no idea what he meant by that, so I told him I would bring it back at a later date, again in a sarcastic tone he replied, "Doesn't matter when you bring it, it still takes that amount of time".So I called Bert Ogden Ford in Lyford Texas, they were super courteous and said bring it over . They said it would be checked today and they will call today with the diagnosis. I highly recommend Bert Ogden Ford for fast courteous service.Needless to say I will no longer purchase or deal with Sames Ford Harlingen (Boggus).

Jorge (aka Tiny) was great, and so was the Financing team. They all worked together to make the experience easy and enjoyable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.Horrible customer service. Salesmen never get back to you. Service department never answers the phone. I bought a truck here and it s barely been 4 months and the transmission messed up already. Left me without a vehicle and have to wait one whole week to get into a rental because the technicians are busy . As soon as you buy a vehicle from here and you have problems with it no one wants to answer the phone or help. Definitely do not recommend buying a vehicle from here ever. Go to a dealership that helps out their customers and wants to do good business. These people are here to just screw you over and take your money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Adriana was an amazing sales person. She took some time to get to know me and the needs of my family before trying to put me with a vehicle. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted and worked to find the best vehicle for my needs. Everyone seems to be working together to give me the car. Had trouble getting my truck serviced at Payne Ford...I had an appointment however my truck sat in their lot for 2 wks without any updates or it was even being looked at.We called Sames, got an appointment and it was looked at and diagnosed that day. The repair was done the following day. Tony, the service advisor kept us informed throughout the process. All is good now.It was tough as a visitor to this area to be without a vehicle for about a month and a half. Thanks Sames for giving us our freedom again. :)G Blanchard

I wasn't too please on the way 2 employees from tis Quick Lane department took care of my concern. My daughter's 2021 Bronco Sport wasn't turning on and I had made a call to this department and a female answered I had told her the concern on my daughter's Bronco and had asked if they would send a mobile service van to my residence to check on the battery and she said I'm going to put u on hold and will find out if there's one in the store. She had me waiting on her response for 10 minutes. Another Technician got my call and asked what he could help me with I told him I was speaking to a female service advisor and she has me waiting. He { ELOY- SERVICE ADVISOR } in return said we are answering calls as we go. I told him all the information about my daughter's Bronco and that it has been service there on several services. He had also ask if the Bronco was purchased there at tis dealership I told him no it was purchased in Mc allen. I started telling him my concern about the Bronco that it wasn't turning on and told him my assumptions are it might be the battery. Tis service ADVISOR started to tell me I can see that it doesn't have gas like he has a crystal ball in front of him and see the future as well. At tis point I was getting no where with him. I responded I am the one that pours gas in her vehicle so i outta know if she has gasoline or not. Than he said he was going to send over Pop A Lock. I told him what for. I responded to him I'm not going to deal with you anymore I'm not getting anywhere here. I told I'm calling the General Manager. I called Mr. Jacob Boggus left him a message. Than I get a call from the service Director by the name of Gonzalo Gonzales and he told me I'm so & so I'm sending over to ur residence a mobile service van and a Technician by the name of Sergio Zepeda. Mr.Gonzalo kept his word and service Technician Sergio Zepeda and the mobile van were at my residence. Mr. Zepeda thank you for servicing my daughter's Bronco as well by checking the battery which wasn't good and went beyond as to checking the tire pressure & checked on the oil and check on all the liquids, filled the windshield washer container. I want to also thank & recommend as well Mr.Edward Cazares Service Advisor for giving us that attention I needed for my daughter Bronco. This is what we as customers need the attention and our critical concerns being met on our vehicles. I'm the mother of a daughter who needs that extra help from a parent concerning her Bronco. Right now her dad cannot be there for his daughter. My Husband suffered a stroke and cannot be there for her daughter. I had to step in. Please be nice do ur JOB you don't know ppls lives and what their going through. I had a vehicle sold to me back in 2021 by Boggus Ford Harligen at a total of $18,000 + dollars, total estimate of 22,000+. Not one month in it began to experience issues with the electrical system to the point it would shut off running. This lead to me getting rear ended as well. When I went to see if I could turn it in and maybe take up another car at Tipton Ford due to the insane monthly payments that neared almost $400 monthly, I was informed then the price of the vehicle was not what it was sold to me for. The person who tended me informed me it could not be done due to what was still owed, $8,000. I informed him I owed more, and he did not believe it until I showed him the documents and he was left in shock. The vehicle was worth at most $8,000, he told me. This was further corroborated by other dealerships along Brownsville and Harligen.. Long story short. I surrendered the car and I am stuck with a debt of $11,000 and my credit line which took a severe hit. Scam and overpriced. Worse, this was done by family. If family does this, then what can they do to other costumers while not being aware? Selling overpriced cars double their worth with faults. Can't even speak for manners. When I informed said family member who sold this to me (the manager of the store) he would always instill fear on me, and even went as far as to say 'You will never get a car as good as this ever again in your life', and mockingly said this car was superb and my xterra which had overheated and broke down after 5 years with it going from brownsville to Raymondville near daily was, I quote 'A toy'. Now the other person responsible for supposedly selling it when I went to sign other papers asked me how i was doing, how my pets were and when I said I had my puppy poisoned he only went, 'Good, that is less expense for you'. Excuse me but what kind of people are this? Scammers and awful treatment. If they speak like this to your face imagine behind your back. Don't trust them. Just look at reviews, they reply to 5 stars but don't show a comment on low ratings as other places often do. Sus much?

Fantastic buying experience with the team from Sames Harlingen Ford. My sales contact John Serna (ask for "Tiny") was awesome. "Tiny" is a no nonsense, tell you what you need to know kind of salesperson. No (cattle excriment) Someone you would be glad to refer to friends and family. I will definitely be calling him again.

Horrible service department!!!We left our vehicle a month a ago that we bought there due to a water leak in the interior back cab. I call for an update service rep says he will call back and they never do we have to call for a damn update. Two weeks ago service rep said he would have to see if we get approved for a loaner and again never got a call back. Wasn't able to ge a damn loaner cuz of the transition from Boggus to SAMES when we dropped it off and as of today there are hundreds of customers in front of me to get a damn loaner. Asked to talk to the General Manager Jacob Boggus and according to the scheduler he doesn't take any calls from customers. RIDICULOUS!!!We were a returning customer but after this experience wouldn't go back to purchase another vehicle or much less recommended them.

Excellent customer service, Mr. Steve in the commercial side was very knowledgeable and helpful every way through the buying experience. I talked to him the night before and drove 6 hours the next day to purchase a box truck and was in and out in a couple hours.

DO NOT GO IN FOR SERVICE/MAINTENANCE. Have heard of stories to no go in there for service and I didn t believe them. I went in and sure enough walk out with a problem that was not existent. My tires now make a scraping noise and this was NOT EXISTENT before entering SAMES Ford Harlingen.UPDATE: THEY REACHED OUT TO ME STATING IT WAS MY BRAKE PADS AND AFTER REPLACEMENT THE SOUND STAYS. What a joke of technicians, and also so quick to assume it was my brake pads. I DIDNT WALK IN WITH THE PROBLEM BEFORE HOW IS IT ALL OF A SUDDEN GOING TO BE A PROBLEM AFTER YOU HAVE TOUCHED IT.

Extremely helpful employees. When during lunch to get four new tires, they even got me a better price then Discount Tire!! Technician was real quick to get the job done, I had enough time left to pick up lunch. Fernando was really nice and informative. Los MUCHACHOS at Boggus in Harlingen make it happen! Jesus Gonzalez El Tanner Ernie and El Tiny were superb! And when I say making it Happen I m talking about 4 awesome cars in the past few months!
