Came in with my car needing a rear bumper. Asked Sergio if he could replace it in a week because I was leaving. To my surprise Sergio found the bumper, prep and painted it in 3 days (AMAZING). The over-the-top reason for my 5-star review is because Sergio also detailed the outside of my car for no additional charge. It looks brand new. When I drove away I realized he has also detailed the interior of my car. I text Sergio to thank him. His reply was, "That was my gift to your wife and you. Thank you for trusting my business with your automotive needs." WOW! What a nice Christmas gift! Sergio has 100% of my future biz. I'll tell everyone. TOP SHELF person. Very rare to meet this high quality of a business (and person) in 2024!

Worst experience I ve ever had. I called to see when my vehicle would be serviced they gave me the exact day but weren t able to comply with it and wanted me to come in a week later. Why say something if you re not going to comply is just wasting peoples time. To make matters worse it was something very severe that I was not safe driving it around like that. I was told by Alexis they would call me when my vehicle was ready. Never got a single call! When I got there my car was parked on the side not even being worked it. The employees were too busy on their phones to even care about it.

Saved me a lot of money on an electrical repair. Did cosmetics also that turned out great everything still solid to this day. Any cosmetics for my car in the future will definitely be done by their team.

Visiting the lot to purchase my Nissan Rogue was a good visit. The salesman was very nice and informative. I am very disappointed with how dirty my seats are. It was mentioned that the car would be cleaned before I arrived to pick it up. Now, I did notice that the seats were not cleaned. I thought okay maybe it was just a vacuum that was done and wipe down. Not a big deal, a simple clean is probably needed. I would decide to do when I had the tool. I had no words for how extremely dirty my back seats were. These images are just my back seat I didn t have time for my front. I would HIGHLY suggest for the dealership to have ALL their cars DETAILED and for customers to request it because this was just ridiculous. I ve never had a used car this Filthy! I will be sending it to have a deep clean because my tool is not going to be enough for a deep clean

Sergio owner & AC manager of the shop Always in good spirit & willing to help no matter the time or cause...I don't know if i can trust anybody else for oil changes or mechanical issues UniFirst Trucks are always taking care off & you never see them stranded due to RGV Auto HUB, highly recommend RGV Auto HUB Uno Mas...

This business, Ruben and Sergio, sold me a truck that heated up a day after. Had bad head gasket, and I found out now it had a bad motor.

RGV AutoHub is the place to purchase your used car! Everyone was so helpful through the entire process. Giovanni hands down was super helpful was very informative and would communicate to us our options on financing. They also have a service center! I have been without a vehicle for almost five years and searched every dealership but the customer service at RGV AutoHub was where we wanted to give our business. Great customer service, just got my second vehicle from RGV auto-hub and had a great experience. Thank you Sergio for making the exploration and decision making process easy. I've purchased cars from around the valley in the past but never from a dealer that pays so much attention to the little things - from the detailing of the car to showroom ready to providing data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. What a convenience to have a dealer like this near me.

Found out about this place through a nationwide BMW forum that shows a list of mechanic shops that know how to work on BMW cars that are not the dealership. Sure enough, one of the mechanics has eighteen years of experience working on BMW cars. Competitive pricing, professional service and they worked with my busy schedule. I got my car back quicker than I did with the dealership. Very great service and my car was detailed pretty greatly. They offer carwash and detailing too, just fantastic service overall.

Stopped by to change my oil. I was so happy with their prompt and great customer service. They have a very comfortable lobby where they offered me delicious coffee. I was very impressed with such a reasonable price for the oil change and the friendly staff. I am definitely telling all my friends and coming back!

My husband and I purchased our sons first vehicle from RVG. The service was excellent and we felt relaxed with great customer service! With our son indecisiveness we finally found his vehicle. But have to give hands down to he patients of our sales rep. I would (and already have) recommend RGV to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure!

I recently purchased a vehicle from RGV Autohub sight unseen. The car is beautiful, very clean, and was well-represented in photos and vehicle description. Enjoyed the genuinely friendly atmosphere that most service facilities lack. Enjoyed seeing the cleanest cars on their frontline that not even franchise dealers even have. This place is certainly a keeper and can t wait for the next oil change. I hope see that beautiful Toyota Avalon in the front again, I just might buy it !! A++++

I traveled all the way from San Antonio to buy my pre-owned vehicle from Mr. Sergio Guerra, his sales approach comes from a point of counseling rather than desperation which is what ultimately makes most of us abstain from the whole car buying process.I must say that after dealing with Sergio, and listening to his personalized advice; I believe I may be buying cars much more often than I used to.He definitely brought back a sense decency and fun into the car buying process.I sincerely hope his sales style becomes viral. I m certain that when it comes to the auto service side of RGV Autohub the quality of service has to be just as pleasant and professional.I put it to you this way: I already have my doctor, I have my lawyer, I have my Tax guy, and now I believe I have finally found my go to guy for everything car related. The Google reviews for RGV AutoHub are accurate! I bought a pre-owned Honda from them recently. Sales staff is patient and professional. The owner went above and beyond my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed some minor concerns I had with the car. I believe this establishment implements ethical and fair business practices. Good people. I went to get my car sanitized/disinfected there and the service was AMAZING. At a good price as well! Sergio and Mike were really awesome with explaining details and how everything would be done. Totally recommend!

Just got my state inspection done @ RGV AutoHub today. I visited three different places before arriving here and finding help. Other Inspection locations were not doing the due to their COVID policies, Im glad this location is doing them. They took the right precaution & requiremts to get my car inspected. This was my first visit here and gladly found out they have car-wash service...complete mechanic solutions...and sell cars. Thank You RGV AutoHub.
