It is a highly recommended place, that is why they have so many clients, their quality of work is very good, fast and effective, they completely exceeded my expectations with their good explanations, attention and service, thanks for fixing the problem with my truck.

I took my truck for service to a local mechanic who has always done and continues to do great work. They, however, used Pueblo Tires to perform the alignment on my vehicle. When i drove away, my truck was pulling to the right. I called my local mechanic, and he let me know that Pueblo tires had performed the work and that I could take it back to them for the alignment issue. When I arrived at Pueblo, i could tell that they didn't want to perform the work. First, they denied that it was pulling. Then they blamed the tires and insisted that I get the tires replaced first. Of course. I went to another tire shop and replaced the tires even though i knew that was not the issue. When I returned to Puelo Tires, the staff were lying down eyes closed on the waiting area sofas. I informed them that the tires had been replaced and that it was still pulling. They again did not believe and took the truck for another test drive. When he returns, he drives the truck into the bay for alignment. Upon attempting the algnment, he informs me that the camber cannot be adjusted and that the camber bushing must be replaced. The issue is that my local mechanic had already replaced all front end parts and that the tires were not the issue. The issue is that they did not perform the work properly the first time and refused the second time. Not until the third time did they actually look and discover that the issue was a bushing. Of course, by then, it was too late to get parts. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO PUEBLO TIRES. There are so many better options.

An excellent, honest business with really great folks. Was visiting town when my alignment fell out of wack.After replacing my tires (at a different mainstream tire shop), needed to get my car fully aligned. They explained everything in detail what needed to be done, and the alignment was done at the fraction (literally 1/2 the of the cost of competitors.)When I visit town, will def visit again! Thank you!

These people are great. Went in last Friday to get some wheels installed that I bought off of the internet and they didn't quite fit right. These guys went above and beyond to get them to fit on my vehicle. Highly recommended.

They were the only ones to have the tires I needed for my truck. A size 22" tire. They also took me in right at closing time. Plus they had the best prices. Only complaint I have is there is hardly any parking and there's no Reservations. Besides that. Highly Recommended

This place is a rip off. Got my tires changed and when I got my car back it was making a weird noise. I called them and told them the issue they caused my car. I brought it back to the shop and it was over $400 to fix. Car had no issues before tire change. Don t go here as a single woman you will get ripped off.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went in to Pueblos because my wipers weren t working properly and since the rain has been on and off, I couldn t see much when I d drive.. a nice gentleman named Irvin helped install new ones and they work perfect! He got it done fast! Definitely would recommend asking for Irvin, he was very polite and explained the situation to where I would understand, thank you irvin Service: Wiper blade installation

FYI, please request your original wheel sensors to be changed to your new wheel. If not, you must return to the store and sit there 2-3 hrs and pay for new sensors $$$ (a charge that could've been avoided, especially in the economy we're living right now ). I am just very disappointed with this visit. Usually, this store has good service, but this time, I was disappointed...

We got there 10 min till closing, not for any tire purchase or work, but for nitrogen in the RV tires since this is one of only two places that offer it. As we pulled up they started closing the garage door and when my husband asked if they could fill the 2 tires up they said no because the garage door was already closed.

My girl recently took her vehicle in the shop for an estimate. Somehow she ended up being charged over $600 about some alignment wheels and arm bar Bent and C.V joint Warned out. The vehicle only needed a right tire. Because I too work on cars unfortunately I was at a town. do not recommend this place

Their service was clear cut. Just what I positively expected. Brought my truck in for new tires and alignment after my truck was pulling left for a few months and they got it all lined up to the point that it s therapeutic to drive now. A1 service.

I was kinda disappointed, they stopped accepting Snap- Leading Program n Progressive Leasing also. I don't have good credit to apply for credit cards or pay in cash. I've had those helping apps for a long time. We have three vehicles tat I always bought tires from Pueblo. Well goodbye n I will spread the word to my coworkers, friends, families n siblings. Thank you, Mr. Cavazos. 6/01/23.

Don't bother getting your inspection done here. They will intentionally fail you for something just to get you to pay for a service they offer. Got my inspection done somewhere else and they passed me with no problems.

After hearing a weird sound coming from my my tire, I went in and Irvin helped me. After figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle he was quick to get on the job and get me out the door , A1 customer service ! The worker fixed my car and told me what else was wrong with it. They explained what could happen to it,but I could wait or do it then. I liked that they informed me about the problem instead of just fixing what I told them to fix. Very happy with the outcome.

I m always kinda nervous going into motor shops due to the fact that I don t know a lot about cars and I m always nervous that someone is trying to rip me off because I m young and a women lol but I know enough to get me by. It was my first time ever coming here and the employees were honest, patient and explained a lot of things I didn t know. I really appreciate the whole staff. Excellent customer service. They took good care of my Jeep Tj. Went in for a tune up and oil change and wheel alignment. Reasonable prices and the staff was polite and courteous. Will be doing service with them.

This location has poor communication between the sales/service personnel and me the customer. Today is Ladies day my husband informed me because of his last visit he saw the Ladies day promo. When I checked in to have my car serviced Carlos didn't explain to me that the special wouldn't cover the oil required by my car. When they finally finished servicing my car after an hour and 45min and check me out they told my that the price was going to be $45 even after they took &10 off the price for the Ladies day special. When I asked why that was when Irvin began to explain why in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. I was extremely offended by his actions and how he spoke to me. Luckily I had the money to cover the cost. But, if had only brought $30 I would have been not been able to pay for the oil change.I highly recommend more training with customer service and how to be more empathetic with them as I am a manager myself.
