This happened to a family member of mine :not the place to go if you re elderly or a women! they DO NOT respect women and will do things to your card without telling you what s happening, we called for a referral and they said they d charge 250 for an alternator to be fixed , after the service he mentioned it was the battery and charged way above the price said. They continued to say if we didn t pay we counldnt receive the car. and when we were getting the money together the lady at the desk continued to be rude and grabbed the purse took all the change and sent us away. HORRIBLE service. If my dad had went it would ve cost less and they would ve made sure to communicate.

Rude customer service .. lady in the front needs to go first and last time I will step foot into that place. And that s because this place came highly recommended but with that lady in the front that doesn t seem to want to be there and or help; will detour business elsewhere.

This place was recommended to me because something was draining my battery. They were able to assess the problem and fix it. I dropped it off on Friday and had it back on Tuesday morning.

Unfortunately We are out $500 from an inaccurate analysis and labor that didn't solve the issue. Having to call constantly for updates for 2 weeks when they said they would update, and didn't t. Y'all please start looking out for people the way you'd like to be looked out for. We're very understanding people and $500 and 2 weeks was a lot to waste

Wonderful family owned business! Friendly and knowledge. I had a check engine light start blinking on my way home from the store so I went right to Pancho's and they were so nice and understanding and were able to fix my car right then! Panchos was recommend to me and I see why!! Excellent excellent service!Car was in and out in with in the same day. They located the problem, called me with an estimate, and fixed it the same day. Very reasonable fees. Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle.

My van needed the compressor to the AC. They were outstanding and the owner didn't have to accept the way my repair insurance handled it, but they did. They probably lost about $500 on having to accept that the insurance send them the compressor. Insurance really sucked. It took longer than expected but not because of Pancho's. Yet my van sat taking the much needed space at the shop waiting for the insurance morons to do their job. It only took a days work to get my van back. My family and I are very grateful and will recommend their shop to everyone.

I've taken my vehicle here twice. Both times I have been amazed with how quickly the requested repairs were completed. The prices have always been more than fair, and Frank was willing to work with me to help get the work covered through my warranty company (a tedious task indeed). They have earned my business for all my vehicle needs.

I left my Jeep with them for a week before they got to it but when done it ran good. Except my review mirror that has lights and a compass on it no longer works. I told them about it. They're to busy. I drove Home crying and when I got Home my Jeep overheated. I am confused and heart broken that they did this. I called Ponchos and they going to have come back Tuesday. My faith is restored in them.Service: Electrical repair

I just bought my 2005 Lexus SC430 but didn't want to pay dealership maintenance prices, they were quoting me $1800 - $3700 at the Toyota and Lexus dealerships here in the Valley. I Knew it was a big job but also knew the dealerships where Screwing me over. I took it to two other mechanic shops in the valley who both denied to work on my Lexus due alone to its age. Finally after reading the reviews on here I decided to go with Pancho's. I DO NOT regret it one bit, they gave me an instant quote for all the work I needed done, they allowed me to buy my own parts from rock auto and bring them to get installed there. In total I spent $850 for labor and parts on my timing belt job. I was happy with the pricing so I also had them do my transmission, brake and power steering fluids all at the same time of my timing belt job. It only took them 3 days to get the job done, after driving my car around for the same day though the check engine light had come on and I thought wow, was it too good to be true? Took it back the next day and the problem was completely unrelated, my o2 sensor had just gone out, Frank was able to get the part and get it done the next day . Overall I'm extremely impressed on the mechanics knowledge and pricing of the jobs. Do not hesistate to try this shop out if you have an Audi, Corvette, Lexus or even a BMW. If they saved me $1,000, I'm sure they can save you money too.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The staff was friendly and helpful. I took my vehicle for a diagnostic thinking the results were going to cost me more. I spoke with the technician and told him what was going on. I was having an issue with the brake light turning on and signaling my turn. They were able to diagnose the problem, which ended up a code in the BCM. They erased it, and my problem was solved. Thank you, Pancho's Auto Electric. You saved me lots of money, which I was not ready to spend

I took my restomod 1955 Ford F-100 to Pancho's for a custom job that included installing a push start button to replace the key ignition. The only instructions I gave them was to make it look good and clean. They did a good job and the button works perfectly. I highly recommend this shop to anybody. They do the job right and take their time to ensure quality. Thank you Pancho's!!

Towed my car to have them rebuild the alternator, it worked for 7 days then the alternator goes out again, I asked them about it and what they would charge me and he said he had to look at it. I ve been coming to panchos for about 5 years already not just for electrical problems but for everything on both my cars and motorcycle. I must say this is the only place that I trust to work on my vehicles , and the only place that I would recommend to family and friends. Always fair prices and never have to worry about any of the work that I get done. Keep up the good work!

The service they provide is good, so is the price. Unfortunately the customer service at the reception is not, this has been an issue every time we have been there. I know the lady is an important part of the business, but it will help alot to hire a nice person to welcome the customers. As for the service they provide no complaint at all.
