I have been bringing all my vehicles here for years. They have a great discount on the 5th time you have an oil change, per vehicle. The service is always impeccable. They are always genuinely courteous. I go get a free "Road Check", every time I travel. The technicians have helped diagnose issues and suggest solutions, above and beyond the scope of services offered.

The Harlingen team was a great help. I was turned away from several oil change places because of my Corvette being so low. But these guys took care of me and made it happen. This will be my spot from now on.

Updated 08/23/20.(THEY NO LONGER DO STATE INSPECTIONS.)I've used two different locations for my vehicle inspection/tags here in the Valley. Each time has been fast, efficent, polite and professional. I have not use them for oil changes or maintenance, so I have negative knowledge of those skill sets. All in all, easy $7.00 expense.. Plotted. Scouts out..

I always come here for my oil change and it's always great service. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it's definitely worth it. They still move fast. They are always very friendly and helpful. I initially went to Take 5 oil change and it was way too out of my budget range. So i drove to Oil Can Harry's. Very fairly priced. They gave use cold bottled water while we waited inside our vehicle. They aired my tires and cleaned my windshield. They have great customer service. Will definitely be back.

Took in my car for the state inspection. They had a few cars ahead of mine but they were pretty fast. Took about 30 minutes. Employees were courteous and were offering cold water to its customers. Lobby area clean.

Moved to Harlingen about two years ago and had bad experiences finding a reliable place to take my cars. Two weeks ago took my truck to this place for inspection and was very pleased with the service. Today i took both my vehicles to have the oil changed and again received great professional service from these guys. This will be my place from now on. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Staff is super friendly and service is as quick as advertised. I have joined my husband on many oil changes and this place is by far the fastest and most courteous. I like the little things they do like offer drinks to their customers, and everyone else in the vehicle for that matter,for free while we wait for them to service our truck. Highly recommend this place.

Went on a Wednesday during Thanksgiving break. Took about 30 minutes as one person in front of me. Everything went smooth at a good price. Was allowed to stay in car. Would definitely go back.

Always great service. The staff are friendly and do it right. Typical time is less than 20 minutes to get your car serviced, even when they are busy. I do a lot of driving and put lots of miles on my car, about 2500 miles a month. I typically have to change the oil about every 2 months. I have been coming to this location for a long time and have always had great service.

I came in to get an oil change, these guys were nice and in a good mood. Service was right away even though they were helping other customers. I stayed in my car while they did my service, paid and was on my way. Great Job Guys!

I was a regular customer for Harlingen location #4, I would get my oil changes there. This morning I went to the Chevy Dealership to get a safety recall done and they also offered a free oil change. So I take my vehicle in and the plug that they take out is not the original plug, it is one that Oil Can Harry's tech used and modified to fit my oil pan. The dealership showed me that they can't even screw it back on. It can be pushed in with your fingers and comes back out. I contacted Oil Can Harry's and spoke to a manager by the name of Andrew and he contacted his general manager (Gene) who advised him that since the vehicle is being serviced somewhere else they are not liable. They were the last ones that did my oil change a few months ago, I have the receipt and he is not liable that his tech used a modified plug in my oil pan. I contacted Gene (general manger), who was a joke, no customer service skills there, I was telling him what I was going to do and that I was a frequent customer and he just said " Do what your going to do," and hanged up on me. What a professional. I will be reporting them to the BBB and will be contacting Channel 5 (Five on your side) so they can let other customers be aware of Oil Can Harry's and there process of taking customers issues after they pay for the service and are no help when something that they did to your vehicle is costing the customer more money. Very and extremely disappointed at this company. Will not be returning back. I attached a photo of the plug Oil Can Harry's used and you can see it appears to have like a spring on it as well to make it stay in place, which does not work anymore.

The best customer service and as a repeated customer they know me by name, which makes me feel like they absolutely care about my needs. They always provide full service and the 5th oil change is always free.

If I could rate no stars I would, I took my car for an oil change and by that night my car was pretty much breaking down and nearly left me stranded. They did not put the seal/gasket for the filter on and therefore all the oil leaked out all over, I had to buy oil to put some so I can make it home because it was completely empty. I then had to get another oil change but the entire engine is full of oil and now my engine light is on. They are careless and just to get us out of there right away they don't watch what they are doing. Never again will I let them touch my cars. Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else even if you are in a hurry because it will cost you even more in the end
