I showed up an hour before closing and I was greeted by both employees in a friendly manner. I had called a different auto parts store closer to home to have a part ready for me before closing (item showed in-stock online). As I m driving there they tell me they could not find it. They check and call two other stores and they don t physically have it even though it showed in-stock in their system. I stop by a second competitor parts store who also showed the item I needed as an emergency in-stock and they could not physically find it when I m there. It was just an oil filter cap by the way, nothing rare. I pull up to O Reily s seening that they close at 10PM and the other two competitors close at 9PM and had the best, professional, quality service. Item was in-stock and at a better price for the same part number I needed. Shout out to the Harrison location.

On our way to Austin, we noticed that's our battery was not working well, rather than taking our chance we decided to stop at ORileys...little did we know how hard it would be...we would like to give A BIG SHOUT out to the guy who helped in putting our battery on a 2018 Ford Escape...it is difficult (Google it)and he did it... anybody else would have told us they wouldn't be able to help us ..Give this man a raise.Thank You Sir...

This store is very clean. It doesn t smell like an auto supply shop. The customer service is always very good there. Today Esteban helped me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me walk out with everything I needed. If it wasn t for his knowledge, I would have had to make 2 or 3 trips back for things I didn t know I needed. Thank you for your excellent customer service and saving me a lot of time Esteban!

I was told that the struts for my car were only sold in parts. I had to buy each individual part, then the parts did not fit together. Spent a lot of time running around trying to find the correct Parts. Staff was not very helpful as they continued to try and sell me a part that looked like it had been used previously and was the same as to what I was trying to return.

So i went on 10/27/19. I ordered a Stoplight switch. Before going to the store I called ahead and asked for the part and asked if it's not the correct part and after trying it, if I could return it. The man told told me "as long as it's not damaged, sure you can return 4th part". I thought cool i will go buy it. Went in about an hour later and got part. Well come to find out that wasn't the part I needed to fix my car. Well when I went in to return the part I was told that no I can't return any electrical parts once they are used so too bad. I understand that but I was not told this I was informed I can return no mater what. Well boo hoo me to bad I can't, told my manager, so I hope they will take care of this since they gave me the misinformation. But no they manager gave me attitude and a very ride look and said to bad. Terrible service. If I was told this in the beginning I would be responsible and such. But they don't take responsibility for their employees. So I say don't go and buy from this store since they obviously don't know what they are doing it giving the correct information

They are willing to take my money. But wont helo with install for a hard to reach light bulb. Customer service was decent by one person. But I was turned away for help right before closing time. Now i have to risk getting a ticket cause of lack of customer service. Auto zone ks way better, willing to help rather than leave you stranded.

My battery was dead and when my friend jumped it, he noticed that one clamp on the battery was loose, causing it to lose contact. I called O'Reilly's to see if they carried the part I needed. The answer was yes so I drove right over.Not only did they have the part but a very nice gentleman put it on for me.. Great service, thanks Sergio.This store has fast, efficient service and great employees. I would highly recommend O'Reilly's on Harrison!

To call on the phone and be specific about a part and order it, expect the part needed! Go to get my part, 3 people greet me, one walks off without greeting and I'm just there waiting. Finally after 10-12 minute wait, I get a nice guy the helps me out and he didn't know if the part was wrong or not, well I come back, the person who ordered the part, over the phone, helped me in person, explained it was wrong, I quote, "let me find out who ordered it? ". Try to make up excuses and ended up getting a refund and went to autozone and got help work extreme customer service which order both parts to make sure they were right and no money down, bring my core and I pay the part, where I have my car lifted on jack stands and orileys tells me 3-5 days.... and want to change me freight changes. Last time I go there. Some very good people there but the obvious party drug people don't help, and don't know how to do an oil change.

The customer service was great...everyone worked together to assist each other with their clients. They renamed the meaning of multitasking!!! Great work and great prises!!!! What else could we ask for!

Bad customer service there like 8 employees and no one can attend the coustomers Thera Ara a line of customers and no one help them manager put more attention to you lazy employees

Do not trust these people! They will sell you the wrong part and not let you return it! The manager is very rude and unprofessional! You're better off going to Autozone!
