Went to buy battery for my 2014 Camry. Asked for assistance replacing it. Husband is unable due to back issues. Said had to take to dealer. Really??? Not even offer to sell to me and I take it home. $239 sale gone. NotGoing back there, ever. Went to auto zone. Have new installed battery.

The employees are lazy. Plain and simple they'd rather refund then to assist in helping find the right part I needed. The girl said we'd have to special order and that can take 2weeks rolling her eyes like it was a problem to her...even said you'd have to pay shipping as well.....I got a refund and I'll do my own research and order part online. It's sad how lazy employees are getting. Lesson learned I'll stick with auto zone or online in general.

Terrible service from both manager and regional manager. I bought a part and was told to try it out to see if it is that. The associate who helped me was very helpful. He did tell me that if I ran the vehicle with the new part then I couldn t return it. But to get it to determine if that fixed the issue and return it if that was not the part. So I did. I tried to return it and the manager Alfredo said I could not return it. He Said The company Policy could not allow him to accept the return. He then later admitted that he had broken policy for some people. I asked why he is now trying to follow policy if he has no issue breaking policy with others. He was not helpful at all. Gave me regionals number. Called and left him a message and to this date he has not called. Terrible service.

Walked in and asked for battery screws and tape. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great friendly service.

I went there with a engine light on they do a free electrical test and came up with what was wrong. I took my car to Gillman Chevrolet and they diagnosed it with the same issue. So it's not a bad idea to go to O'Reilly auto first before going to the garage.

I am more of an Auto Zone man, but I have a 1969 dune buggy and O'Reilly never seems to let me down when it comes to having parts in stock, or next day delivery for my VW Dune Buggy. What can I say but great job guys, great service and smiles...

Oreilly auto parts loop 499 is outstanding! The manager Juan is the best! Petra, Jerry, Herminia, Rachael, Melissa and all the team are a prime example of how a parts house should be run. I appreciate all they do for my shop.

I was very impressed with their service and product availability. I was looking for a product and after going to three different auto parts the location on the loop 499 called their location on Harrison street and they had one and held it for me till I got there. That's what I call service!

There used to be a guy that worked here named Juan I think we had the same last name and he would always be helpful and give great service and tips he knew what he was talking about but now that I go the lady s there and manager don t seem to know what they are talking about I asked for Juanito and no one Called him for me it s like if I never asked a question which was rude! I ll just start taking my business elsewhere for my needed breakpads, oil change, headlights and alternator. Also the girls are always jamming to ghetto music full of profanity so disgusting!

Bought a item I didn't need and now they're telling me I could only get warranty for another one.?!! Like what for if I don't even need the first one which is why in trying to return the item. This is bogus DO NOT go to these stores. Advance auto parts or auto zone take care of there customers. Oreilys just rips you off!!!Never again

Always has what you need IF you can get it the 1st time. Frequently, staff gets you the wrong part, so bring in the old one for accuracy
