Great service! New owner was really helpful making suggestions and providing options for two replacement windows I needed for an apartment. I ll definitely use them again for custom glass cuts.

As an independent contractor, Harlingen Glass has always been able to meet my needs when it comes to glass windows and mirrors. They understand that my time is valuable and that to me, time (REALLY) is money, that being said they work exceptionally fast to always have what I need on time and perfect on the first cut. Their customer service is best in town, Laura their office manager has always gone out of her way to meet all my expectations and answer every question or concern I might have. I have been doing business with Harlingen Glass for a couple of years now, and look forward to many more in future projects.

Worst company to apply for the super rude manager hanged up on me.I was asking for my status application. They put me on hold. Don't waste your time go somewhere ethen 2 weeks. Waiting for them to call me. Just stop and go somewhere else, it's not worth the wait

Replaced broken window glass in difficult to reach location at my home. I live on golf course and have had 8 broken windows over the years. First time to use Harlingen Glass am pleased from measurement, order and installation. Workers very careful entering my home with huge extension ladder, removed broken glass, installed new glass and replaced old vinyl stops. Cleaned up inside and outside. Workers polite and considerate.

My parent went to purchase 2 small bathroom mirrors he was quoted 17+ each when they rang it up he was charged 37+ each erroneously... he went back talked to owner a Mr Sosa who agreed there was an error but was not going to refund difference and make right his excuse was that the employee was new and made a mistake.. any reputable business would take the loss due to their employee error but not this company... instead my 78 yr old father was pushed and told to leave the premises... i would have rated this business zero stars but it wasn't an option..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE IT AT A COMPANY THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR EMPLOYEES WORDS ... HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB...
