Highly recommend. I had a great experience with them! We needed to get our passenger rear window fixed on our Lexus. I think I spoke to Nelda through the whole process and she was absolutely wonderful. I called on a Friday to get a quote which was very affordable. The window had to be ordered, and arrived on Tuesday. She managed to get someone to work on it that same day, and only took 1hr 1/2. Definitely going back to get my windshield replaced!Service: Auto rear window replacement

I called for a driver window. The lady told me they have it but they couldn't install it until the next day. Called the next day they said I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment for the next day. The next day the lady said they didn't have it and had to order it. I called the next day to tell them I would be there shortly. The lady said they sold the window. After a week of double talk with lady she called to ask if I was going in to have it installed. I told her I had it installed already and she hung up on me in the middle of the sentence. NOT very customer friendly.

Worst place ever. Would give a zero if I could. Went for a front windshield replacement and was told to go the following day at 8am. Went and was told that they were booked. Was told to go the next day at 8am and was told the same thing. Then was told that they can't guarantee a time. It was so frustrating and waste of time so I decided to go elsewhere and finally got the job done. Beware of this place.

Great prices had to install 2nd windshield first one cracked but they covered it, but inside of my car was so dirty afterwards I had the inside detailed, maybe buy some cheap door mats for your techs to use in customers vehicles. Then I'd give them 5 stars

Older lady in the front is very rude and looks bothered and frustrated. Put a smile on your face and don't tell customers "WHAT?" when they walk in the door. It looks very unprofessional the way you speak to people, and if you hate your job that much ...just retire.P.S tell your workers to be more careful, they left glue all over my dashboard and on my outside paint.

Ordered windshield and waited about 1 week. They called me on May 4th and said they had my windshield. I stated earliest I could go in was the 7th. Went in and they didn't have it, couldn't find it and "didn't have an invoice for it." They called around looking for it and couldn't find it. And to top it off my wife drove to pick me up. I don't understand how you can call someone and tell them you have something and "not have it" or have any recollection of calling someone 3 days before. Very disappointed.
