I've been taking my rigs to Elliff over 12 yrs now and have always gotten great service. Tom and Ashley at service department will always treat you right and take care of you.

Very professional, very accommodating. We've only been in Harlingen a little more than 5 years, and everyone we know thinks highly of them, have bought many cars from them, and only have good things to say about Elliff. God bless Elliff Motors for many more generations

Our family has purchased 4 different cars from Elliff Motors in Harlingen. Each vehicle was perfect and we've never had a problem with them. We know that we can trust this company and that the vehicles are in great condition and will be safe for our family. The staff there is always super friendly and helpful. We just purchased our newest vehicle and was helped by Lupe. He was very friendly and got us into a car that was perfect for our family. He listened to what we needed and set us up with a great deal and was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. If you need help finding the right car, we can vouch for him and this company!

Ashley in Parts went above and beyond to assist me in finding a part I needed to plug in my trailer lights. She even price matched the part to Nissan which had it cheaper but couldn't get it as quickly. Everyone in the store was very helpful.

Walked around for a few minutes. Lupe came out to greet me. I was interested in a Nissan. Called me the next day. Told me they couldn't take my car for a trade. That was fine. Then they told me they were firm on the price of the Nissan. Lupe didn't offer to work with me on another vehicle. I had $3000 to $5000 down payment with great credit, and they let me walk out of the store Crazyness!!!! Bad service!!!!

Everything about the Eliff Motors was an incredible experience. I had been debating buying a new car for years. It was Rene at the Harlingen location that made the process wonderful. From the moment I got there I had a ton of questions and concerns. I am sure I spent more time than a normal customer, but Rene really took the time to make sure I was fully happy with my decision.I ended up buying a car that I am now in love with. I will say that even after I left the lot they were immediate to help with a concern. Rene answered my text message and the issue was resolved very quickly. I also feel they were completely fair with pricing after looking at the market. From start to finish, I highly recommend Rene and his team if you are looking for a new car in the Rio Grande Valley.

Not very friendly staff. I asked for a repair estimate on a trailer I bought there. Four months have gone by, I've called 12 times since and still nothing. They were friendly from the lot to financing! Once I drove off lot that all changed.

I recently bought my first very own car from Ellis Motors, and I must say that it couldn't have gone more smoothly or quickly. For me, buying a car is a really stressful experience, but Rene is the salesman to go to. He is not like other obnoxious salespeople who bug you constantly; instead, he allowed my husband and I some space to consider. He also took the time to fulfill my needs as a customer. Jimmy, a businessman, was incredibly welcoming and made my husband and I feel right at home. He collaborated with us to provide us with the best offer. Happy customer!

I drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle I found online. Rene Cardona was very helpful with answering all my questions. The manager, Jimmy, went above and beyond by being considerate of the fact that I was driving the distance. He agreed to hold the vehicle for me for 2 hours while I arrived. He was also very thorough and friendly throughout the financing. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

While I'm sure they made an honest effort to attend me. I eventually gave up, called and left my information 3 times and no call back. I showed up in person and asked to be informed if the vehicle i inquired about was sold and I never received a call back either. Be careful, if you're from out of town and are trying to purchase a vehicle here with them, they probably won't call you back.

Had my son take in our honda element because check engine light was on. Eliff charged us 120.00 to run a diagnostic and then tell us that there is nothing they can do to fix it. Those diagnostics are free at auto zone, and take maybe 5 minutes to run. I only had Eliff run it because I thought the diagnostic would be free - or at least they would roll the price into service (which they can't do because they don't work on transmissions). They did not tell us there was a fee to run the diagnostic up front, and frankly I feel they took advantage of my son - I wouldn't have just paid it. Maybe it's not outright theft, but it's a shady way to make a buck.

Bought a brand new trailer that has a tail light problem. Had to wait 3 days to get the trailer to them so they can work on the light problem. Took it to them on Monday by 9 am. Called at 3 pm and they haven't even touched it. No follow up call or status call or that they are not gonna get to it today. They close at 5 and Ashley doesn't know what will happen even though she said she was gonna "squeeze" it in since my first conversation with her. Terrible.After my follow up at 3 pm, I decided I was gonna fix the problem myself. I went to pick up the trailer at 4:14 pm, and it was fixed. Amazing...

These guys are a pleasure to deal with. The sales department has taken care of me unlike anywhere I have ever been. They gave me top dollar on my trade and made me a great deal on the new truck I bought. The service center did all my service work faster than they promised and sold me accessories for my truck cheaper than I could by them for online. They even sold me trailers for my business and now Im looking at buying Polaris from the too. They are truly a one stop shop for all things on and off-road. I have had a fantastic experience dealing with Elliff and suggest all my friends and family to stop by before making any automotive decisions. Very helpful and Im a customer for life.

Awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly. The buying process went very smooth. Shout out to Beto Ortiz for staying past closing time to get all of the paper work done. I was able to take it that night. In top top condition.

I had an appointment and got checked in quickly. Had a bite to eat at nearby Las Vegas Cafe (very good) and my car was ready. Everyone was friendly and in a few more minutes I paid the bill and was on my way. Highly recommended!

Walked in for about 15 min then left outside waited in car about 2 minutes, then drove in and around parking lot. I walked around ooking at all the trailers for about 10 more minutes. I had 4,500.00 cash so i could buy a trailer. And YET NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME AT ALL. yes i tried asking for help at front counter. Oh well they dont want money. Ill go to the next place...

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Don't let the SPAM review fool you. I bought a truck from Elliff for one reason and one reason only. They have the best inventory in the Valley! When I am ever looking to get another used car, I will buy from Elliff Motors. I also wanted to add that Elliff Polaris has the BEST ATV, UTV prices in South Texas. I saved a lot of money when buying my Ranger and I got to put it towards some awesome accessories. Elliff Motors & Elliff Polaris THE ONLY WAY TO GO!

Wanted to buy a 7 pin RV plug testor, Tomi in parts offered to use shop test. Little Rich performed the test, found the fuse blown, replaced it and gave me a spare, marked the schematic all gratis. This kind of business model in today's world gives me faith in mankind.
