We re not from Harlingen so when we saw the car battery light come on we instinctively decided to go to Auto Zone. We requested a battery check and Carlos was so prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. He confirmed the need for a new battery. We purchased one at Auto Zone and Carlos was so kind to replace the battery for us. Overall, the experience was positive, prompt, and very efficient! Thank you Carlos for your professional service!

Amazing team working here! So grateful for their kind service and going above and beyond to assist me. Made a small purchase and asked a question, about my Cadillac. They were extremely knowledgeable and quick to offer help and suggestions and even offered numbers for great local mechanics. I d recommend coming here vs. other parts stores (I d gone to oriellys and those employees were rude and helpless) Thank y all so much!

I had a great experience at this AutoZone store. All the staff was friendly, professional and greeted me as I waited.However, special thanks to George, the store manager, who assisted me . He identified the issue with my battery and based on his knowledge of my car helped me select the best new battery to fit my needs. It is always stressful having car problems, but George kindly worked and solved all my car s issues, while making me feel comfortable and at ease.

Went to get wipers for my gf 300c and Carlos L was a great help he found the wipers and even took time to help me installed them he is a great worker and auto zone is bless to have a worker that is devoted to his job and autozone customer he deserves a promotion

Unbelievable!Have always shopped at O Reily s until quality of products and customer service declined. Staff at Tyler location was more than willing to go the extra mile to not only help find the products I needed but they also loaned me the tools to install! They have the parts, know-how, and can-do attitude to help you GET IN THE ZONE!

As a small business operator of a mobile mechanic business, I give this place 10 stars for professionalism and workmanship and very outstanding and down to earth staff. George, Jose, David, Matt, Luis, Melinda, Brenda, Abby and so many more I thank you for your every day service. I could be in McAllen working on a customers vehicle and will drive all the way to Harlingen just to purchase parts and that there tells you how professional these folks are. Thank you guys keep up the great work

It isn't often I get to write a nice review without having one bad thing to say. This is def the place I always come to out of habit and the order online curb side pick up option.. I had gotten pulled over for a headlight out but not knowing how to do it was a big issue. Phillippe and Nick went out of their way to remove a part that was in the way and went above and beyond my expectations! Phillippe also cleaned my air filter while he was in there because he saw how filthy it was. They didn't have to do this, but them doing so helped a single mom out! So thank you!

Great customer service! (Late review but well deserved) I went to the San Benito autozone and they were no help they also had terrible customer service not only to me, my friends and family have witnessed it too. In the other hand this one was very helpful. Felipe the worker who helped me was so awesome! He greeted me when coming in, he informed me of what I asked and even came out in the heat to see my lights even though nothing was wrong, my truck lights were just misplugged but I didn t know and he told me and I was able to fix the problem. This man went out of his way to help me , he even taught me all the lights names and resolved my problem. I really wish more workers were like him he was helpful, thoughtful and funny! I really recommend this Autozone and expectations were surpassed that day and I'm very thankful! Thank you Felipe, I really am thankful because you lent a helping hand when other workers wouldn t.

Had to replace the wipers on my truck. The young man that sold them to me asked if I would need help installing them. I told him yes n he let his coworker that he was stepping out to assist me. He did it faster then quick !!!! I thanked him n I was on my way !!

Thankforautozonecunyouplease hold fastest man to say that in 2 sec and had me on hold for 15 mins, called again a few more time never answered I went to the store realize it was( Philip N )the store manager he wasn't busy just trying to give every customer the least service I dropped off a battery give my info and when I saw my tag he wrote all my info wrong , I went back 1 1/2 no one was busy he was in the front and went to hide on the back when I walk in his co worker was generous to assist me he when he went to check my battery he knew my battery was never check so he did me the favor , if auto zone hire these type managers then you are going to loose a veteran customer like my self, I would take this time to right message public hopefully your supervisor reads this ..

Yesterday Monday 11 Oct 21 around 5 pm my wife went to this auto zone on Tyler in Harlingen, TX to get a headlight bulb and a turn signal bulb for our Chevy traverse. She asked for help finding it and also asked if she could get some help replacing them. She was told although she was willing that she did not need to buy the two pack of bulbs. She tried to explain why it was okay and she was willing to pay the price but was spoken over by the person assisting her. My son was also there and witnessed his mother being disrespected by this individual as well as several other patrons. She was also told that they do not change bulbs they only sell parts which is a blatant lie. My wife had the other bulb replaced last week and was assisted with its replacement as well as treated with respect at a different auto zone in McAllen. I m not sure why this person behaved the way they did when my wife asked for help but it was deplorable and uncalled for. The saddest part about this whole thing is this person was a manger. I really wish I had his name. I rated one star as I could not rate it any lower.
