Receptionist had an attitude cause I was apparently.. asking too many questions (my 1st time going to a alignment shop) but she apologized ..so it wasn't an issue any more but I came home & I found my control arm's bolt(s) were loose so I don't know want to tell yall ...

I went in for alignment after driving all day trying to find a place for alignment that wouldn t charge an arm and leg I finally found them everywhere I went they were trying to change so many parts here they told me there were a few parts worn out but probably won t need replacement in a few years as of 3-4 years . I like the fact that they are honest as a woman when I go get things many times they want to take advantage but not here they have there price posted up unlike other places that give different prices . At a previous place they where charging me $739 for the work I only payed $50 wow what a difference!!!

I Highly Recommend Aaron's! I went there for the first time last month after having new tires installed and asking the General Manager at Discount Tire where he has his vehicles aligned. He said the only place he was comfortable sending his customers was to Arron's and he got online and gave me their phone number. I was disappointed they don't set appointments nevertheless I drove from Harlingen to La Faria and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they they aligned all four wheels on my 2009 Cadillac DTS. They did a great job for a fair price! I just took my truck there for an alignment yesterday and again, was very pleased with the high level of quality and service they provide. They have my business for life!

Trustworthy and economical!I traveled 33 miles to get Aaron's service after moving to McAllen from Harlingen.My trusted mechanic in Harlingen had just replaced 6 steering/suspension components and left the steering wheel 1/4 turn off center. I needed this fixed as well as an alignment so I went to a shop in McAllen. These guys told me I needed 3 parts replaced in my front end because they were worn/loose ... and that they couldn't center my steering wheel until this was done (labor quote alone was $400 - including $140 alignment). I left and went to Aaron's Brake & Alignment in Harlingen (33 miles away) and he centered the steering wheel and reassured me there were no more loose or worn parts that needed replacement ($60 total). This, my friends, is a gem of a service to not let go.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent customer service.....they quickly identified and corrected my alignment problem and I was in and out in no time. Also, at a much more affordable rate than Sears or Pep Boys offered. It's nice to see when the local 'Mom & Pop" places can compete with the big names.

We were trying to find out about their services via the phone. Aaron's Brake & Alignment employees told us that they didn't want our business after we ask them some basic questions about there services ,such as do they have warranty on their work. They rudely hung up on us. We called back and they told us to report them to the better business bureau because they, the better business bureau, are more rational then we are. All this for asking questions. Oh, by the way, they do not offer any warranty for there services.

Call them and I've been to school for alignments and suspension, I request a simple toe, the lady was rude, said it was because I replaced, my tire, tried to explain I hit a curb and it loosen up the alignment, tells me take my business else where and hangs up, oh, by all means I will.
